Okay, with planning stages already halfway over, we need to finalize our plot, Finalize our characters and what positions of the crew they are, We need to start talking Graphics, contests and outfits. So I am creating this list of deadlines we need to meet.
March 5th-7th: Next Room meeting (Please let me know which of the dates work best for you)
March 14th: TekTeks Submitted
March 15th: Room Plot Finalized
April 14th: Contests should have a rough idea of them by this point
April 15th: Graphics should be discussed by this point
April 30th: Graphics should be ordered
May 15th: Room Funds discussed with how much we will need
June 1st: Finishing touches
Dates may change, If they do I will send a notice out.

I'm most positive i can attend for March 15th (it's my dad's birthday) I will notify you if anything would change (most likely nothing will change, where i couldn't attend)

Wintry Tea Your welcome, i'm a noobie this year to actually planning (last years event was great!): but why do we need to submit tekteks? :3
The reason they need to be submitted so early is because we use them to order art.
Also I can loan you Aria Dannata for the three days of the event but I will ask for collateral of some sort to be traded back after the event because it's such an expensive item.

Symbolon Haha you don't have to look now, it won't be an issue until the event itself and I imagine your assets will have changed by then.
