Lennyka stretched her arms above her head and hummed in contentment. "The weather is nice, isn't it, Daff?" the Rocket agent asked her Raichu. "If only this moment can last forever..."

"Rai," Daffodil agreed . She tilted her the cup of tea she had and took a sip, exhaling with a mirthful sigh at the mixture of sweet and bitter to wash down her throat. Her ears perked up when a waitress came by and set down a slice of cake before Lennyka and the Electric-type.

"Compliments of the owner," the burgundy haired woman said as she gave the two a bow.

Lennyka blinked at the offering and turned her head over to an elderly man enjoying tea a few tables away from them. He raised his cup to them and, in gratitude, Lennyka dipped her head to him and raised her cup as well with a smile. Turning back to her Raichu, she said, "What a nice man..."

But her words fell on deaf ears. The teal-haired trainer's eyes widened when she noticed Daffodil had suddenly disappeared. Again. "Oh, for crying out loud!" she huffed. "Where did that Raichu go this time!?"

Daffodil had wandered away, more interested in the scent of fresh cut flowers rather than the chunk of sweet she was offered. Scuttling up to the young man who was selling bouquets on the corner, she sniffed them happily before clamping her hands on one and running it off with her without paying. She wanted to gift it to Lennyka but, when her eyes drew up to the throng of people littering Katarina's square, the electric-type realized she had no idea where she was.

Samantha tromped along the city, admiring the masses of people milling about. It had been a while since she had been in one--her recent escapades had kept her out and about away form most city folk.

Her newly gifted companion Sungshu hopped along her side, seeming quite content with her new trainer. Still, she was a bit of a trouble maker. No doubt a habit she had picked up from her previous owner. But Samantha wasn't one to judge.

An abrupt shout broke her train of thought and tore her eyes away from the amass of colors. A florist, who seemed more surprised than angry, had one of his lovely flowers taken by a pokemon.

Samantha watched as the yellow fellow darted away into the crowd, then stopped and looked around confused. Sung's nose twitched as she raised herself on her haunches and looked before idly wandering towards the confused pokemon. Sam followed slowly behind, trying to be careful not to scare the little one.

"Are you lost?" she said sweetly holding out her hand gently and bending on her knees as to not intimidate or frighten the creature off.

Daffodil scanned her beady eyes across the people again and again as if searching for an opening to pass through and venture her way back to Lennyka -- wherever she was. Unfortunately, her anxiety was rising like a tumbler being filled and, as the cacophony of voices and laughter filled her ears, it was brimming with the chance to overspill. An impromptu voice from beside her jerked her attention away and returned color to her face.

"Are you lost?" the female human had asked.

The Raichu didn't know how to respond and the plastic surrounding the stolen bouquet crinkled as she clenched it harder. Her mouth flapped open, but her throat felt as dry as sandpaper. Conversing with others was not her forte. Swallowing, she turned her words into actions and nodded her head furiously.

The blond smiled gently, her green eyes shining, "It's okay little one, I promise I won't hurt you."

Sung came up from the side and sized up the Raichu before creeping nearer....though her interest was mostly in the flower. Chomp Chomp.

Samantha tutted, "Sung that's not yours."

The buneary snorted then backed down, pouting a bit. Sam held her arms out, "Would you maybe like to climb up? You might get a better view from up here. Don't worry, I'm a healer so it's my job to help Pokemon."

Lennyka sucked her teeth as she used her Rocket communicator to browse and reblog posts on Pokeballr. Flicking her eyes up from the illuminated screen, she scanned it across Katarina's square as she tapped an impatient foot beneath her chair. Daffodil's sure taking a long time, she thought to herself. She would've returned from what little adventure she was having by now. The Rocket agent's intention to get up and look for her was stalled when fan art of her OTP came up on her screen.

"Oh, wow!" she gushed aloud, tapping a few fingers on the screen. "Daffodil can wait; I've got to contact the artist about a commission!"

The Raichu retracted herself back a step when the Buneary approached, whipping the bouquet also away from her when the rabbit dared to take a nibble. She then looked at the arm as if it were a stairway to heaven. Nodding her head again, she crawled up the length of the limb and sat on the hunch of the woman's shoulder. Scanning her eyes across the area, she searched out Lennyka but her attempt came to no avail. Her trainer seemed to be no where in sight.

"Raiii..." the Electric-type sighed in dejection. Would she ever find Lennyka?

Sam walked around the circle, hoping the Raichu would spot her trainer. But, after hearing the dejected sigh, she knew it wasn't going to be easy.

Still, the Raichu had stumbled upon the right person! Sam reached up and gently stroked the yellow pokemon on the head, "Don't worry! We'll figure this out! Just hold on to your flower okay? I'm sure your trainer will be pleased to see it. And you!"

After, Sam walked up and down the street, stopping random passerbys and asking if they had seen her with a trainer earlier. Many were undecided, many more were still hadn't seen either of them. Sam signed as the minutes ticked by and no result had come yet.

"Let's not give up! We can check the shops next!" she said, starting towards a busy cafe, "We can ask the trainers outside first--they've been there a while maybe one might know where you've come from." she assured the raichu.

Sung was most pleased by this decision, and dashed quickly ahead of her trainer.

Though Samantha's reassurance provoked a smile from Daffodil's face, it faded with each no the trio received from questioned pedestrians. Her expectations did rise a bit when the healer decided they should return to the square and ask around the many cafes that had set up shop at the busy intersection. Watching Sung the Buneary bound off ahead of them, the Raichu dropped from the woman's shoulder and followed after her. Her new-found determination certainly overshadowed her anxiety, but didn't quell it completely.

Unfortunately, Lady Luck was against their advances. Tired of remaining still, Lennyka was to her feet. Sipping down the last of her tea and her last bite of cake, she paid the bill and exited the cafe just as Samantha and the others started towards it. The Rocket slipped her hands into her pocket and sighed with each step she took. Where is that Raichu? she mentally huffed.
