[ Setting : ] Stone carvings and ancient ruins rise up out of a heavily forested area. While most seem to be at random, there is a pattern to a few that point to the opening of what may have been a temple... of doom?

gaia_crown [ Round 1: ] This round takes place just inside the entrance of the Location, barely a few footsteps in. All is quiet; no one is there but you and yours. For now. - All players roll a 6 sided dice. This roll does not consume any stamina. Roll 1: For every player that rolls this, you trigger a boss: a rusted, reanimated wrought iron mirror revenant. - Yes, that means if two players roll a 1, you now have two bosses... congratulations. - No one can proceed to Round 2 until it has been defeated. - The DM is in charge of keeping track of the boss's HP. The boss has 30/ 30 HP and does 3 auto damage every time it is attacked. Normal battle rules apply. -IF NO ONE rolls a 1, or if you have defeated the boss, you may proceed to Round 2.

Call her demanding if you must, but she was feeling cooped up and well... she didn't feel like being alone. So of course that meant dragging some of her friends along. Ceres had long gotten over how most of her friends on deus are of the opposite gender, it was just how things worked. Besides a lot of her fellow moons, minus Abbi, were also male.
She had grown used to it.
"C'mon you two, portals right there..." She sent a smile over her shoulder, eying Bix and Arland with a amused look. Part of her wondered if she bullied them in to going in the first place...
She entered the portal first.
By force of habit or call it meat shield instincts, she wanted to go in first and scope out the area.

Bix threw Ceres a wave as she moved ahead. After being stuck on the island so long there was an extra bounce in her step that made him a smirk a bit. "She's crazy." Bix said fondly to Arland with a smile. "Thankfully I think this place was reported to have minimal resistance. BUT WE SHOULD STILL BE CAREFUL." Bix spoke up louder for Ceres to hear him. HP: 60 STA: 7

"Second adventure I've had... If this one's anything at all like the first it'll be easy peasy up until the end and then maaan watch out for the fall, hope you like to swim." He shook his head slightly before pulling a hair tie out of his pocket, tying his dreads back preemptively. "I'm sure Ceres will keep anything too bad from happening to us though, hm?" He flashed Bix a smirk. HP: 40 STA: 17

gaia_crown [ Round 2: ] All players now continue into a hall of shattered mirrors, accompanied by architecture fitting of your chosen location. Ruins walled with mirrors, simple shards of glass propped against cave walls, etc.
- All players roll 1d100 to determine their result.
Roll 1-25: It appears that you've lost your way, and the halls get darker and darker with every turn. Keep rolling, and subtract 3 Stamina because of how long it took to find your way.
Roll 26-50: You are entranced by your own reflection in a nearby mirror. A whispering runs through your mind, full of all your doubts and fears and-- you snap out of it. Keep rolling, and subtract 1 Stamina.
Roll 51-70: The corridor ends rather abruptly, opening into a steep drop. However, there's a ladder, and it leads to another level of the same kind of hallway you were in before. Weird. Keep rolling, and subtract 1 Stamina.
Roll 71-100: You manage to make it through the hall of mirrors unscathed. Continue to Round 3.

Still continuing forward she snorted at the conversation. "If you boys behave I am certain we will be plenty careful." She tossed back at Bix, giving him a knowing look followed by a grin. He knew well enough that she was a trained meat shield, even if he also took up the profession now and then. "Only if you say please." Though her words were lost to the wind, as they entered a strange room filled with broken glass and mirrors. "...This...place is creepy." She muttered out loud. Ceres had yet to realize that she was alone, her words echoing off of the mirrors and pathways. "um... Guys?" She turned around finally, noticing that apparently she took a different path than her boys. Oh great. HP: 50/50 Stamina: 15

The mirrors were strange and seemed to not match the ruins they'd found themselves in. Bix had been too busy glancing at them lining the walls and when he'd looked up found Ceres and Land nowhere to be found.
"s**t.." Every corner he turned was darker and a darker. "Ceres!! LAND!"
He yelled into blackness. The archer summoned Mina, her pulsing red light barely penetrating the dark around him.
All he could do was stay on his toes and keep going.

"Rule one of dungeon crawling: don't split up." He murmured as Bix went on ahead of him, pausing at the first shard he saw to flash a grin at his reflection. "Hey good looking." He winked and was suddenly overcome by the feeling that his reflection wasn't going to return the favor.

"Th'hell." He blinked, glancing around quickly to see where the other two had gone before scrambling ahead to catch up.

He caught up just in time to see the light from Bix's weapon disappear around the corner and he cursed at his own idiocy as he tried to dart after it. The reflections from the shards on the walls around him must have thrown him off the trail, however, because he soon found himself wandering through darkness...

The darkness he was following almost ended in a fall. "********!" He scrambled back away from the edge before feeling around for a way back out. His fingers found the rungs of a ladder and a strong feeling of deja vous washed over him. Last time the ladder had lead to the landing. Maybe this time...

This time the ladder lead only to darkness. "Hello darkness my old friend..." He sang softly to himself, continuing the song in his head in a soft hum that Tivadar joined in with. ... the sound of silence.....

Just as he was starting to get to one of the good parts he stepped out of the dark hallway, blinking at the change of light and scenery as he finally caught up to Ceres and Bix. The look of relief on his face was rather clear, although it faded all too quickly at the sight of the stares looming before them. "... Ladies first?" He gestured ahead, trying not to give anyone a chance to make too much of a mention about how long it had taken him to catch up. "These things don't look all that sturdy. Do we want to do it one at a time, quick as we can to the top...? Or...?" gaia_crown [ Round 3: ] You reach a large, seemingly insurmountable... staircase. Yes. A staircase. Crumbling, precarious, and ever so tall. - All players need to roll to get a total of 25 steps each to make it to the next round. - All players must roll 1d10. This is how many steps your character walks up, accompanied by the following effect: Roll 1: You slip on nothing. Subtract 1 Stamina. Roll 2: With a spring in your step, you manage to not cut your feet on a huge shard of glass. Subtract 1 Stamina. Roll 3: - 50% of your remaining HP. A large shard of glass slices into your abdomen. Roll 4: Instant death for you. Return to Round 1, reroll stamina, and proceed. Roll 5: Fog obscures your view, so you step on glass caltrops. Subtract 3 Stamina. Roll 6: -5 HP. A vicious hand wraps around your ankle, cutting into your flesh. Subtract 2 Stamina. Roll 7-10: Nothing happens. Subtract 1 Stamina.

Even though she might not say it out loud, she felt her chest unclench at the sight of both Bix and Land. Bix was there almost right after her, but land eventually made it through.
"Ladies first huh?" She cast a suspicious glare at Land, befire starting up the staircase-
Only to find a broken stair and fall down into infinity.

"Ceres!!" He grasped for her but she was too far ahead, plummeting down into the hole. Hopefully there was a bottom or she'd use her pendant before she hit bottom.
"You weren't kidding about the fall?" He glanced back at Land.
