True to her word, forty-five minutes later Sasha knocked softly on the door to Jerry's room. Dressed in a simple cotton shirt, leggings and comfortable flats, she waited with her hands clasped behind her back. She wore her hair loose and a carefully crafted smile on her lips.

Jerry didn't own many things- especially with his instrument collection dwindling. The sitting room had been tidied, his papers organized into neat piles on the coffee table, the place swept and vacuumed. He had changed into a worn Tshirt and his sweat pants, his hair still wet and combed back when he answered the door, having just taken his own shower, "Hey. How you feeling? Better?" He hoped as he stepped out of the way.

"Much better, thank you, Jerry," Sasha slipped past him, idly patting his chest as she did so. "Your room is clean." She sounded pleased.
Settling onto the couch, Sasha glanced at Jerry.
"Do you have tea?"

"Oh, yeah yeah! Just the same crap as before, but I swiped one of the honey-bears from the cafeteria at least!" He bubbled, hurrying to go set up his kettle and hot plate. "Robert said when I finished the scores he'd look over them, but not to mention his involvement but whatever, it's Robert."

Sasha discreetly hid a snort behind a cough, rubbing her throat as if it pained her.
"How nice of Robert. Is he participating otherwise? Dance, song?"
She watched Jerry fuss about his kitchen as she reclined on the couch.

"Once I get a cast, then he said he'd see about choreography... here's hoping he sticks to his word, right?" tea in progress, he gave a pleased sigh, turning back to sit across from her on the floor on the other side of the coffee table.

"Mmm, wonderful. I haven't spoken with him in quite some time. How is he doing? I hardly think him the sort to back out on you, do you?"

"Generally, no... but when it comes to theater and his talents... he's always frustratingly touchy." He huffed. He shifted, "Uh. He and Petra um. Split. She's on extended missions mostly now and he's er... hooked up with that Mimsy from Life. I'd say he's doing okay." He couldn't hide the bitter edge to his expression as he flipped through his papers, correlating them by song.

"Mimsy," the name was said slowly, savored on the tongue like the finest of wines. Sasha tapped her chin and smiled broadly. "Ah, well, that's.. it's nice that they found one another, isn't it?" She watched him closely, noting the bitterness that hardened his expression.
Mimsy. Clerise's cousin, and the one who had shattered Balthazar. Sasha made a mental note to check in on the other Life hunter.
"What's bothering you?"

He drew in a deep breath, smiling bright again, "Nothing! Nothing. Hey, so..." He pulled out some notes, "Here's the general outline- I figure we could probably just do two acts- still take the three act structure but just have one intermission between the first half and the second. I've got Solia lined up for costume design, although without knowing the cast just yet it's hard to cater- I gave her the hypothetical cast list to start with. Y'know, the Division Chorus, the main Hunter, a couple of the division leads for laughs, some Horsemen, some monsters-"

Sasha looked through the notes he handed her, glancing up now and again as he spoke.
"I'd love to play Life lead," Sasha bit back a dark smile, morphing it into a soft giggle. The thought simply tickled her, especially after her last conversation with H. "Unless you think I'd be ... better suited for another role."
She picked up a soft hum.
"Solia's my cousin. Nothing concrete, but she comes from my family."

Jerry stared straight ahead with a befuddled expression. First, that Sasha wanted a part in the play. Second, that she wanted to play H. The mental image wrestled with his imagination and he made a strange sound that was part laugh, part wary groan, part cough. "W-well, ahahaha if... I mean... you're certainly welcome to audition!!"
The second fact finally wedged it's way into his comprehension, "Wait... Solia's your cousin? Really??"

"Yes, well. She is Delacroix, and my mother was Delacroix." There was genuine pride in her voice. "Our line goes back to the very beginning. We have almost always been Life hunters." Sasha waved a hand, "I don't know exactly how pure Solia's Delacroix blood is, and I don't think she does either." She shrugged her slim shoulders before shifting the topic back to the musical. "I'll audition - and I'll get the part," Sasha's tone was smooth and confident, but the smile she flashed was giddy.

"I don't know much about my family..." Jerry muttered, "My dad was a Sun. H says he was er... as disastrous or more so than me. Considering he's diseased... well, I don't know if my ties to him are anything to be proud of." Thankfully, the kettle's whistle gave him a good change of subject, and he laughed as she laughed. "I can't wait to see what you do! Gosh, I should really start getting a group meeting together- I've had all sorts of people interested! I'm SURPRISED how many people are interested, although I probably shouldn't be!"

When the kettle went off, Sasha rose to her feet before Jerry could. Removing her shoes, she padded into the little kitchen and began to prepare their tea.
"You have a way of inspiring people, Jerry," Sasha couldn't help but roll her eyes to herself once her back was turned to the Sun, "and I can't wait to see what you create. It will be a nice change of pace, I think, and so very fun. Is, ah -- Chanel? Was that her name? -- is she taking part?"
Turning about with two mugs of hot water complete with teabags, Sasha set them both on the table before sitting down once more next to Jerry on the floor.
