Angel sat in front of her makeshift drumset, pounding a beat with her hooves as everyone passed. Children clapped and pounded along with her and adults smiled and dropped change in the bucket beside her. Angel smiled and stood, doing a small dance with a passing child, and waved as they went along their way, giving them a bright "thank you, have a nice day!" as they walked on. She tapped a few more beats before getting bored and standing on the makeshift drumset instead, singing one of her favorite songs. "Dearly beloved, we gather here to say our goodbyes..."

Well, that was mildly irritating, Victor thought to himself with a grin. He had lost track of his beloved darling brother.Oh well, he'd find him again sometime, he was quite sure of that. Until then, there was a whole wide world to explore. He loved his parents dearly and all that yadda yadda. However, they didn't travel much. To shows, of course he did love the theater... but he also wanted to travel, to see the world. Make some new friends. He did so love looking at all the pretty ponies around him.
Coming up along the way, he heard somepony singing. He trotted over, his hooves tapping a tune as he moved, to match the voice, his magic sending up small firework like sparks to accompany.
He found the singer. So beautiful! Wonderful. He shook out his mane and wings, sparkles flying free as he watched. He was enthralled, enraptured. Brilliant. "Bravisimo!" he called, and the sound of a full theater full of ponies thundered through the area. His eyes sparkled with the performance he watched, and the pony at the center of it all.

Angel noticed the other pony about half way through the song, and found the reactions rather curious, but had to complete the performance. Was she a true actor otherwise? She danced around her makeshift drumset before standing on both the containers and finishing with a loud, deep-breathed, "Actual reality --- act up --- Fight aids!" And, almost as if it were nothing, hopped off the drums and took a bow. "Why thank you," she added breathlessly, covering the distance between the two and tilting her head at him. "But I've noticed something even more magical than my singing --- how did you make that noise?" She motioned around them "Almost everyone else is gone, and there surely aren't enough people to produce that loud of a reaction. Do you have some sort of magic?"

"What magic could there be here, besides that of your amazing voice, pretty one? Never before have I heard such music, it moved through me like pleasant thunder, like the very sound of the Gods themselves. Truly there has never been a sweeter sound."
