Mission Name: Subjected to Fear Number of Teams Allowed: Private Mission (just Herald and Emma) Enemy/Enemies: -???- Reward: -???- Images (if any): Pandora:  Leader's Headquarters:  Summary (up to two detailed paragraphs): Emma received a mysterious invitation to a city in Europe known as Pandora. While reading about it, she learns that Pandora is a city full of demons who wish to live peaceful lives like humans do and that she was hand picked by the Leader of this city to come and experience it. Included with this, is an offer for her to live in the Leader's headquarters during her stay. Obviously excited by this, Emma gladly accepts and manages to drag Herald along with her. From what they experienced in the first day, Pandora seems like a utopia for demons who wish to avoid the constant battles outside of their city and, from what the citizens say, the Leader is great and kind. Something doesn't seem right about this place though. The Leader doesn't show his face to Emma, the citizens seem a little too happy, and there are weird statues of people here and there. There is also an uncomfortable feeling within Emma that makes her want to get out of there as soon as possible. So what's up? Is this place really as peaceful as it may seem? And what is the Leader and his advisors hiding exactly?

After a while of traveling, a ship docks at the bays of Pandora, where many happy demons, witches, and kishin eggs live. When you get off the ship, a woman and a couple of guards stand there, most likely waiting for you to approach them.

Never Again...Herald stepped off the boat, having transformed into his standard combat form before they had left the dimension. He wasn't particularly fond of this whole idea and had only come along at Emma's insistence. He had to admit he was slightly surprised at the size of the city, but that wasn't nearly enough for him to be impressed by it. He looked over at the woman and guards who seemed to be waiting for him. "I didn't realize we rated a welcoming committee," he growled under his breath. Will I be bound in chains

☽ Emma, who was busy for a while, admiring the view of the city, followed Herald off the ship while reading a small pamphlet. She saw the group as well then when Herald pointed them out "We are staying at the Leader of Pandora's home... I guess they are just making sure we get there okay..." she said with a shrug. ☾

Natalie- Once Herald and Emma were close enough, the woman in the group of guards approached them and bowed "Welcome to Pandora, my guests. I am Natalie. If you need and assistance during your stay then just say so." she said with a friendly smile. She stood up straight and looked at both of them -Emma grinned "Thank you! I am Emma and this is Herald." she introduced "Thank you very much for giving us an opportunity to come here. It already looks amazing." she stated before looking around some more.

Natalie-Natalie continued smiling "Since this is a place for witches, demons, and kishin, our Leader likes to keep an eye out for anyone who might like this place. Anyone that shows high potential gets a special invite to Pandora." she explained as Emma looked around. Natalie adjusted her glasses "Let's start heading to the mansion now. I'll also give you two a little tour of the place as we walk by some notable places." she said as she turned and started to walk. Emma looked around a few seconds longer before following quietly. -

00SpiritedAway00 I forgot how much fun it was to go on missions where I don't know what's going to happen! smile Said Herald with a snort. "Well at least they have keen eyes." He began to follow Natalie and Emma, looking around at the place to get a feel for what it was like. "And what exactly does your leader want with us?" He asked Natalie as they walked. Natalie herself didn't seem like a demon so she was probably a witch, but what kind Herald didn't know. Was she the liaison for whoever was in charge of this place? Will I be bound in chains

Natalie-"Our leader likes to take time to invite others to this place... almost like a free vacation. It also allows the word about Pandora to spread to more beings around the world." Natalie explained as they walked. "Anyway, Pandora's major population is obviously demons, witches, and kishin. There are many spell shops here, as well as different training grounds. We also have your everyday shops as well like restaurants, book stores, things like that. There are multiple living residences that can be picked by preference from a house to a condo or apartment..." she explained and kept going.- Emma continued looking around at some of the shops they passed. She saw some of the people that lived there and they all appeared pretty happy or natural. She supposed it made sense since they didn't have to worry about getting judged here. She looked forward and saw a huge tower in the distance "What's that?" she asked once Natalie took a breath between sentences. -Natalie looked back at Emma with a curious look then towards the tower "Wha--- Oh! That is where we are going. That is the Leader's mansion. It is obviously used for more than just living space. It is also where meetings are held and such." she explained.- ((well I hope you like it then, I have it all planned out! ^-^ ))

Never Again...Herald listened to Natalie, looking around at the different shops and demons/witches as they walked. "So what does that make you?" He asked her as they walked. "A demon or a witch?" He kept pace easily with Emma and Natalie, being much larger than they were. It was different being able to walk around without people staring at you all the time. Will I be bound in chains

Natalie-Natalie adjusted her glasses "I am a demon." she replied with a smile as they slowly approached the huge mansion.- Emma listened to Natalie before she felt something slither up her leg. She froze and looked down "Uh..." she saw a pure white snake coiled around her leg. "P-Please get off, snake..." she stuttered.-Natalie looked at Emma as she froze before looking down at the snake "Ah! Bobby!" she stated. The snake looked over at Natalie as she bent down and held her hand out to the snake around Emma's leg. It extended and coiled up on her arm. "I was wondering where you went off to." she said with a laugh before looking at Emma "Sorry... my pet snake likes to go wherever with me. He is friendly." she said with a giggle. Emma relaxed slightly but was red from embarrassment.-

Never Again...Herald looked over quickly as he heard Emma, seeing the snake wrapped around her leg. He was walking over to grab it and crush its nasty little head when Natalie recovered it, calling it Bobby and saying it was her pet. "A demon, huh?" He asked as if the whole incident had never happened. "You don't seem like much of a demon, more like a secretary."Will I be bound in chains

Natalie-Natalie giggled "I am a mix of that and a medic. The leader and I are close friends so it is natural that I have an important role here." she told him as Bobby coiled around her wrist like a bracelet. She turned then and continued walking.- Emma listened to Natalie and let out a small sigh and continued. She didn't like snakes. She never had and never will. -"Anywho, it appears to be getting late already. You both had a long trip. You are free to wander in the living quarters once we get to the mansion and roomservice will be provided. We have a huge menu of any food you can think of." she said with a happy tone.-
