*Why'd you join the Scouting Legion: It may sound like a selfish reason, but to find my brother and make sure he's safe.
*Personality: Chiaki is a very cold person to those she is first meeting, but she eventually warms up to them. Everything is like a giant chess match to her. You have the pawns who carry out the dirty work, and the knights who will do any type of move to save the queen. She views herself as the queen in this situation. She is often found alone with her nose in a book. She is very cunning and deceptive until you break through her walls, leaving her vulnerable. When you see her in such, she is afraid, and she can become rather naive for her age, and she is prone to cry quite easily.
*Likes: Sweet things, strategy games, reading, studying.
*Dislikes: Arrogant people, the cold, the dark, being alone.
*Bio: Chiaki and her older brother, Yuzu were abandoned by their parents when Chiaki was 7, and her brother was 11. Once they were alone, Yuzu assumed the elder brother role, and began taking care of Chiaki. Chiaki was a shy child, and clung to her brother for protection, and it was there that she felt safe, loved even. When the Titans had made it to their small village inside the wall, that changed. Yuzu suddenly had stepped up, lying about his age to join the Military Police at the age of 16, and left Chiaki, who was then 12 alone. She learned to pickpocket and steal, because she needed to in order to survive, but once she turned 14, she went to join the Survey Corps. She had not heard from her brother in 2 years, and she was searching for him desperately. She couldn't figure out why he had abandoned her, and feared the worst. But she is not willing to accept that he is gone. So she joins the Survey Corps to not only kill Titans and make this place safer, but to find her brother and find out why he abandoned her like that.
