Demonica was collecting some herbs for some medicinal purposes. She was still trying to find a potion that could turn her back to what she looked like as a regular unicorn. It wasn't the fact that she was so much bitter as she used to be so much as it was it gave her something to look forward to and focus on. Most didn't socialize with her because she would possibly depress them or bore them to tears. She had met other ponies that didn't seem to mind her, but they disappeared to like the others. It almost seemed like nothing would stay by her side at all.

"Today will be different. I will find that one ingredient even if it costs me." She sniffed around the area almost like she was a bloodhound, but it didn't seem to help her one bit. She raised her head and looked around. "It's got to be near the border closer to dream valley." She then took off and headed towards Dream Valley and away from her home.

Demonica slowly made her way to the border. When she got there she saw a male earth pony watching the border. She was a bit confused at first wondering what could be so special about just staring into nothingness. She then looked around to see if the ingredient was around. "Ah poo! It's not here either." She sighed for a second before looking over at the other pony. She was normally pretty bad at conversation especially since she had low self esteem, but she didn't want to seem anymore strange then what she was. "You looking for something too?"

Demonica watched him in sheer bewilderment before looking down. "I see..." She watched the grass before looking back up. "Some say that Nightmare Valley is cursed. Then again a lot of scary creatures and ponies live over here." She was a bit surprised that he was so willing to help. Normally others avoided her because of her freaky looks. "Oh I was looking for a flower that was purple with blue petals and a silver stem. Sound familiar?"

Demonica looked excited for a moment. "Well that's ok by me. I'm up for anything tough. I have too many weird mutations and abilities, but it should be ok." She kind of bit her lip a bit. "I mean I'm hoping this plant works so I can cure myself. It's a long story."

Demonica looked to the side a bit hesitant. "It's a long story. I'll tell on the way or later if you really want to know." She thought for a second. "Oh! I guess I could grab a couple more things, but I'm used to being hunted and attempts on my life by now." She paused for a second. "So do you want me to meet you back here then?"

Demonica nodded her head. "Sounds good." She then went back to grab some small, but useful items. Most of them were relics she had collected to enhance her own magic, but a couple medicinal herbs as well.

She then headed back towards the area hoping to meet up with the pony she had just met.

(It's ok. You have a lot to respond to, and truthfully, I'm a bit bad at responding to some of mine atm.)

Demonica shut her eyes for a moment to regain her composure. The last things she wanted to do was look like a sad pony or worse lash out at others for not understanding. "Alright...I do not fear death, but I will take your words with caution." She got up. "So which way?"

Demonica cocked her head to the side. "Oh I didn't mean to sound so depressing." She paused for a moment not wanting to cause too many problems. "Alright then let's go. I promise you I'm not that much wanting to die, but in truthfulness, not much tends to frighten me."
