New Network City: Guild Hall

Within this city is the Guild Hall. This mall like Building features many large rooms that house a few of the cities Clubs that are composed of both humans and digimon. At the entrance is a young lady in business casual sifting through files. She, Kathrine Cross is a primary contact for those wishing to create a club of their own.

In this area, not only can you register for creating a club, but you can also meet with members of other clubs and plan out adventures and events for your members to take part in. You can also pick up missions here meant only for clubs.

Katherine Cross

As you enter the club, the young lady looks up from her office to see you walk in. She greets you with a smile, "Welcome to the Guild Hall! Here you can create a club for yourself and other members to partake in and, hopefully, better the bonds between both humans and digimon alike." Katherine then moves from behind the desk to shake your hand and continue her introduction.

"My name is Katherine Cross and as the Public Relations Chairman of DRF, I will be the moderator for all things pertaining to Clubs, club-based events, as well as Club Development. If you have any questions, I will be the one answering them."

Sizing you for a moment, she assuming, "Are you here to create club?" For a moment, without waiting for your response, she steps to her desk and produces a tablet with a stylus attached to its side. She then hands it to you and the screen flickers on.

Create-A-Club Arc

In order to Create a Club here, you'll have to complete the following prerequisites:

1.Be a Gold Rank Tamer.

3. Upon submitting the form, you must recruit at least 2 more people that share in your desires and will join your club. RP your discussing the club and everyone deciding to join, you may choose to name the club or give it a meeting location within New Network City. (Note that this will count toward your approval and you are not allowed to have a meeting place outside of New Network City at Club level 1)

4.If you're approved, (After RPing out starting your Club) you will receive a pm saying that you're approved. Otherwise, try again next time.

5. After successfully approving, you can return here and rejoice in having completed the Arc and can being making your club.

Club System:

Once you are approved and have set up you club you will earn Guild Points (GP) like this. For every mission outside of Club Arcs a member of your guild completes you will earn GP The points earned from Club Arcs will still go toward your Tamer Rank but not toward the guild rank.

*Note-Joining members must be at least bronze, rank setup within the Club is up to the Club Leader

RANK 1:
Perks: your guild can earn Guild Points, possible arc bonus not sure
Requirements: 3 members (Including Leader) and completion and approval of new club arc.

RANK 2:
Perks: Ability to obtain NPC mascot, can host E-D Club Arcs.
Requirements: 32 GP

RANK 3:
Perks: Can host E-A Club Arcs, Club bases or meeting place can be formed outside of New Network City. The Club can pick 1 Hazard to be immune to.
Requirements: 64 GP and 4 completed Club Arcs

RANK 4:
Perks: Can host S level Club Arcs, The club can pick 2 Hazards to be immune to including things line Level Restrictions at certain locations.
Requirements: 150 GP and 8 completed Club Arcs, Leader must be Platinum Rank

RANK 5:
Perks: Can create their base as a thread in the rp as well as on the map and can inflict hazards on that location, basically they become a small city
Requirements: 400 GP and 15 Completed Club Arcs, Leader must be Legendary Rank

Kiro entered the hall as he ran away from the creepy girl. Hands on his knees panting,taking deep breaths. DynamoPlug hurried behind him. "Kiro are *huff* alright?" DynamoPlug gasped looking up to his tamer. Kiro stood up straight and wiped off dust off his sports jacket. "Yea man I'm fine but sadly I haven't removed this anxiety yet." He said. Since he did entered a random building, he might as well look around. "Come DynamoPlug. We might as well see what this building is. He walked up to the information booth and pulled a pamphlet and another for DynamoPlug. The two then walked over to a couch. Giving DynamoPlug one, Kiro started reading it. A few minutes the two finish reading at the same time and look at each other. "Interesting...we can make our mafia here but in the public, its just an ordinary guild. This will be amazing training for me." Kiro said with determination in his eyes. DynamoPlug jumped out of his seat in excitement. "Totally man! We are unstoppable as it is! But with others almost as strong as us we will be the greatest mafia!" Kiro smiled at his Turtle Ally. "Alright buddy! Lets go register!" The two then walked up to the registration desk and were given a form to complete. It was all fine and dandy but the one issues was the Guild's name. ("Hmm...I can't call it the Mishima Family. That's Dad's.) Kiro hasn't moved from his spot for a few minutes. All of a sudden, Kiro got an idea for a name. He wrote down "All-Starz Syndicate" Next to it he drew a logo for the guild.



Completing the application, Kiro handed it to the receptionist for verification. He was then given some final applications that if he doesn't get two more people to join his guild by the end of the month, the guild would close down. Finishing off the paper work, Kiro and DynamoPlug leave the hall to get some coffee and hope to ignore the scary girl from before.

The guild receptionist could not help but laugh at the boy's display. He looked almost intimidated, though she couldn't tell why or if it might have been her fault for having such a serious demeanor. As she handed him the application, she began to size the boy up and take into account his digimon of choice. It was a rather adorable turtle digimon that wore a helmet on its head. She would listen in on the two's discussion and would simply smile at the idea of tamers banding together.

Once she received the finished application, she merely gave him and nod and went to her computer to type in the information given to her.
