I know Gaia has ads but it seem like its more. I thought it was a virus or something else but no....though something weird is going on. When I click on the tv boxes it sometimes switch me over to some random site or if it does open up its not a video at all but an ad about sex or something else that could very well hurt my computer if i clicked on it. It doesn't happen on other sites (at least not yet..if it does happen i probably got a hidden virus that the thing cant find).

Anyone else get this?

It almost sounds like you got hijacked. Does this occur on any other site? I would get my computer scanned if I were you. AVG and Comodo are good free options.

I got AVG but its old and it doesn't happen on the other sites. I looked in the forums and people are getting it too and on facebook group they say so as well...so I don't know I guess its just gaia but if so why?

I haven't had this problem. I've seen a lot of inappropriate ads (like that awful "League of Angels" game ad). I would scan you computer like Blackgry said.

Maybe try ad blocker if it is a really big problem.

One key thing I've noticed is that since the start of the new year I have practically no free cash offers. I'm not on as much because of this. It's not worth it to buy gaia cash for a number of reasons. I know of one user who spent $2,500.00 and got banned after starting a thread about how she wouldn't buy any more gaia cash. That alone made me uneasy for a number of reasons...

Let me know if anything changes.

I've been getting lots of mmorpg ads and used to get the 'single asian woman looking for a husband' ads, but that's as most inappropriate as it got....
