I'm curious what people want in RPs and such since no one uses the Ideas Board. I ask this since a lot of people seem to prefer battles in RPs over doing things.
So I'm really curious, What do you want in Aqua? What do you want to happen in the future? Do you prefer doing battles over actions and adventure?
Feel free to add in other comments and things that I forgot to ask.
EDIT: As everyone else said so far I too prefer trying to have everyone have a bit of a different experience and not just use battles. Personally after like 8 years I'm pretty tired of battles and much prefer creative experiences and working with/off other people than running my own plot. As long as it's not too extreme or at the wrong point I like it when people sort of derail the RP. It's not just the Tier 1s that should have an effect on RPs.
It's one reason I revamped the class system.

Currently, I've been favoring creative problem solving over battles. Battles can get repetitive, but if I have each aqua member a box and told them to open it, the possibilities are numerous.

I've been trying to introduce opportunities in the RPs I host for people to earn evo points for a Pokemon or two without battling. Personally, I don't like typing up battles that much, which is why mine are always so short. Plus I fight like in the games, where the right move at the right time can just one-shot most things. xD

I'm not sure if it's ever been said either, but Tier 1 is totally down for criticism and complaints. We're really open to new ideas and aren't afraid to restructure for the better. You can't improve without knowing your flaws.
I just want everyone to remember we're all doing this together and you don't have to rely on Tier 1 for everything.

I prefer action and adventure over battles. Battles are kinda repetitive and honestly, I kinda hate typing out the battles xD
I think the RP should have some battles, but a good bit more of creativeness in it, while for pure battles, hand that over to the Coliseum. Make it so we can actually use that thing xD

Make it so we can actually use that thing xD I'm glad someone else thinks that way. But since everyone RPs like they're on rails it's hard to have something like that happen. Throwing the RP off a bit is fine as long as it's not a super heavy story one, like today.

True, and I'm no exception. Reaper is on rails xD
It will be hard to get off the rails on my own, same might go for everyone else.
If we get off these rails, we might be able to do something pretty amazing here xD

Going off rails is how Ginji and I were first made admins. We weren't afraid to throw wrenches in the RPs sometimes and we even volunteered to act as major plot points in some arcs. Like when Maddy was abducted by Team Shadow and such.

Like everyone, battles can get repetitive. Unless they are anime-type of battles. Which is unfortunately complicated if not executed properly.
There could be some challenges/obstacles in the future (like the ones in the orange leagues), as well as possibly adding puzzles in the rp (example: trapped in a room with a few things, or finding a way to the other side). Something that exhibits creativity and boundless ideas. Or it could be like an investigation/mystery that needs to be solved.

We used to have anime style battles.
We also used to have powers, but that got really bad.
We used to do stuff like that but I guess with how limited control we have right now because of the Archie arc we can really do something like that.

I'm not as good as I used to be at it, but I'm definitely trying to be. Powers are blehh. They all get way out of hand. And yeah, I feel like once we get past the Archie Arc, we can do a lot more stuff like that.
