now there are sites out there to test them and i would put links up but i don't want people to think the links i would or could provide are ways for me to get there pass thru scamming

but every once in a while you should update / change your password on gaia just to be safe
when i tested mine i got the result
It would take a desktop PC about 846 billion years to crack your password
so i got a good strong password

now go find a site to test yours thru google and or bing

I would recommend to be cautious with these sites. Some of them actually collect your passwords so they can then get into your accounts.

It's a general rule of thumb that if you password is over 8 characters, has letters and numbers and is not a related to your name or anything closely to you, then it's pretty improbable that anyone is able to guess it or would spend time and effort to brute force it open.

yes its always good to be cautious of websites, its also a good idea to update passwords periodically and to remind others in here to do the same WHICH is what i was trying to do
