The bellow spoiler was just what my last thread was about (I decided to recycle this thread rather than making another.)
I've been scouring the internet for new recipes for making bath salts. But I can't seem to find recipes for some of my oils. The oils I have are: Eucalyptus, Grapefruit, Lavender, Lemon, Lemongrass, Lime, Patchouli, Peppermint, Pine, Rosemary, Spearmint, Sweet Orange, Tangerine and Tea Tree.
What recipes/blends do you use for your spa creations? So far I've tried out peppermint with sweet orange which was nice. What are your favorite blends and why? biggrin
Hello everyone~
This is one of my first posts in this guild.
I've been experimenting with bath salts because I just adore them. The aromatherpy and hot water makes me feel really rejuvenated.
But here's my question. I've dug through a lot of Google searches and nothing conclusive came up. When making bath salts, do you HAVE to use an oil in it? Many recipes say you should put something like olive oil, vitamin E oil, etc, into the bath salts. But I find that these seem to look kinda mushy compared to store bought bath salts.
I did make a batch tonight and tested it out with my feet. Didn't seem to have a problem. But I want to give these things out as gifts and don't want to mess anything up haha. Anyone have ideas?
