Karlsland - Germany
A militaristic nation that is constantly in a pseudo-state of war, the social status of its military personnel is high. At the same time, it is enthusiastically nationalist and, in part due the Emperor Frederick IV's neophiliac disposition, it produces many high-performance weapons by means of high-technology
Hispania - Spain
There is little known of Hispania, whether they had a similar civil war to the Spanish Civil war is anyone's guess. A series of skirmishes involving early Strike Witches were fought here during 1936 against presumably Neuroi. The battles were probably of the same situation with the Fuso Sea Incident. The first use of Striker Units in battle was here in 1936. Older backpacked Striker Units were used in the conflict, especially early Bf109s. New Striker Units were also used although this is unconfirmed. A lot of volunteers of Karlsland (the Condor Legion) , Romagna and Orussia go to Hispania in a military campaign, but a lot of people participated individually. Some Witches participated.
Ostmark - Austria/Hungary
After the first appearance of the Neuroi near the Black Sea, Ostmark acted as a buffer zone, resulting in the creation of a line of defense near the Carpathian mountains. Various countries gave slight reinforcement to Ostmark by stationing squadrons to observe the situation, but they didn't engage the enemy. It fell shortly after since the country lay directly in the line of the Neuroi invasion.
Gallia - France
Gallia was tooken over by a Neuroi Hive, and then later destroyed. Gallia is currently being rebuilt, and currently only consists of a few small towns.
United States of Liberion - United States of America
It is one of the two major countries that has not been invaded by neuroi yet, the other being Fuso Empire. In contrast to Fuso, Liberion has relatively few Witches. This is likely because of its limited contact with the neuroi, compared to other countries. Liberion plays more of a supporting role in the war, being mainly a supplier of goods for the war effort in Europe, much as America was for the Allies in World War II before the attack on Pearl Harbor. Liberion has a drastically different geography of the real world America, missing most of West Coast, the South-East moved inward, and the Eastern Coast downsized.
Fuso - Japan
A foreign trade country that developed the technology to process raw materials into high-grade ones and is currently mass-producing/developing small-sized, great-added value, high-credibility industrial goods. It monopolizes foreign trade from the Pacific to the Indian Ocean and has a reputation as a maritime, industrialized power that rivals with Britannia, and is second only to Liberon. During the 17th Century, it fell into a state of war with Britannia due deploying mercenaries in the Netherlands. As it puts emphasis on maritime defense, it has a strong navy and possesses a great number of witches-use aircraft carriers. Other than the Fuso Sea Incident, it has remained relatively untouched by the Neuroi incursions. However, Fuso remains a nation at the forefront of Striker development falling just behind Liberon in this area.
