"Dad! Dad!" bounding down from the upper branches of the massive Oak he had been granted permission into, the young Hippogryph chirruped excitedly as he danced in place, his bells jingling merrily, unable to contain his excitement. It was clear, by the way he looked, that he was nearing adulthood, but still had that soft spriteliness that came with still being a child in the eyes of the spirits.

In only a six months he'd be taken to the Sacred Mothers teaching grounds to be educated about the transfer from childhood to adult hood, and graduate to the Safe Zone with the adult stallions, a token of himself taken to keep the spirits pleased enough to try and allow him to live a life of peace within the boundaries of the flock and never tempted to wander.

He had just gotten back from his meeting with the queen, having been, due to his mothers request, been granted an audience with her for his ideas, and while his meeting around the Queen had been nothing but respectful, reserved, and full of a humbled awe to be within her presence, he hadn't been able to make it completely down the tree without his heart flowing over with bubbly excitement.

Watching his son bound down the tree's, Cabriole could not help but feel his heart swell with joy and pride. Clearly, judging by his sons reaction and sheer excitement, this had been a positive encounter, and that his son had managed to impress the queen. He had been waiting anxiously in the Safe Zone surrounding and surrounded by the Heart of The Flock, where the Queen, her Honor Guards, and the Oracles visiting nest was. While Zahraa' had a nest within these boarders as one of the Queens Commanders and heirs, she preferred a ground nest a little bit away from the bustling heart of the flock where she could get some quiet and privacy.

He laughed softly, lipping at Taarab's hair to pluck a leaf from his mane, "I'm guessing it went well?"

The Sky haired stallion was practically wiggling in his joy, "She approved it, dad! We get to start working on it immediately! I have to go tell the others."

Over the last few months or so, Taarab had been looking over the last two years of his life and tried to figure out why so many of his friends of childhood had simply.. Gone. The lastest was Nakita and her sister, the former having left shortly after getting her custom adult hunting claws to make up for her hooved feet and allow her a proper hunt to watch out for the later, who had left because she simply felt as if she didn't... Belong. It was unusual for Colts of Taarab's age to even see Fillies of his own age, but unusual circumstances had led to him helping growing mares born without claws to learn how to use faux ones attached to their legs like gauntlets, styling them to each mares individual fighting style.

His idea came to him much like most of his did: in a flash of inspiration while consulting his muse on what he should create next. And his current project was going to take much of his time but be his biggest piece yet, but it had needed the Queens permission. And now, bursting with excitement and drawing the attention of some of the more lethargic or recently 'rescued' males who couldn't understand why any stallion would be so happy in such a matriarchal amazonian society, he basked in the afterglow of receiving his permission.

For all the lost and confused, the males and Non-Warriors who were unsatisfied with foraging and standing guard, those who were not called by the spirits to become priestesses, and the betterment of the flock as a whole, he was going to make a home.

He was going build an Artisans Guild.

He quickly spun in a circle, all turned around in his excitement too energized to calm down, "Oh ma'am, oh ma'am. Imagine dad -- a place where everyone can work together and have a purpose."

Cabriole chuckled, dancing in place with a jingling of bells in order to share his sons excitement -- an excitement shared all too easily as, while he was going to let Taarab take on as much of the work himself as he could handle, it was going to require a lot of work of a lot of soquili to get it off the ground, and many of the new additions included with it would require the know how he had learned from the years he spent under the protective wing of his godfather Cuauhcoatl.

The ability to be useful to his new home was exciting, and to see his remaining son of his first breeding rising up to take so much responsibility with such glee was heartening, knowing that any boys from the second set of children that Zahraa was now growing heavy with would have a place to belong and a reason to stay, and that they could find a way to thrive and be happy within the limits of their culture.

"Oh Spirits that's great! I'll signal a guard and you can tell me on the way back to your 'club'" He lead his son to the edge of the safezone as Taarab followed beside him with a gait that'd have made a show Paso Fino Jealous, "Ah, hello, could we have a guard to return to the south eastern Nursery camp? Queens request."

Kamunyak made a soft grunting noise of acknowledgement as she held her new mask in her claws fondly, looking it over in pride before peering down from her post in the branches, looking down at the two stallions squinting upwards in the dappled sunlight, trying to see her with the sun in their eyes.

She had only been back in the flock for a few months, having been lost for almost Three years before finding her way back to the old territories and being directed to the new home of the Flock by The Oracle. And only this morning had she been given the 'blessed' mask she had been made by the priestesses from the dead hawkwalker she had found and collected the bones of during her time away, having 'purified' them so the evil spirits no longer lingered on them by her devotion and determination, according to Aylin anyway. While most of the bones had gone to the Priestesses to create tools for warding off evil spirits, she had gotten to keep two of the claws and, with what was her greatest pride, the skull, which had only just been returned to her crafted into a protective helm of a mask.

It seemed almost a shame she was guarding and escorting a bunch of males rather than out there hunting walkers, but... She also hadn't felt comfortable away from her Sisters-in-arms, and had to spend some time in the heart of the Flock before she was ready for boarder patrol.

Sighing, Kamunyak put the mask on and climbed down, landing beside the two larger stallions. The mare stood with her ears only just barely cresting over their shoulders, be she stood before them with such a fierce aura of strength and assurance of her ability to take both of them down that neither stallion, if they had been in the mind to, would have thought of taking her on, electric eyes seeming to glow from the dark sclera of her eyes and shadows of the mask, "Fine. If you 'know the way' you can lead... So I can keep an eye on you two to make sure there's no funny business."

She waited for them to pass and flicked her ears back a bit as she followed. To tell the truth, she had no idea where the nursery was in the new territory, and it rubbed her the wrong way that two males, even if one was born to it, knew the way around her home better than she did.
