Sailor Draconis and Nunki had been out patrolling for about an hour or so. Time always seemed to go so much slower when Draconis was powered up. An hour of running seemed to last 10 seconds with how little effort it took. Without anything to fight, they were barely nicking the surface of what they were capable of.
"See anything?" she called from her little perch on top of a statue in the local park. It was easier to see from higher up. "It feels way too quiet. It's like, boring."
She looked down at Nunki and said, "Think they took the day off?" One of Draconis' bright and pearly smiles would greet the other senshi, perfect teeth and all.

draconis what do your dragon eyes see
Nunki couldn't say she was bored like Draconis. She kind of liked having a quiet night of patrolling. It meant less fighting and stress, really. Every night should be like this.
She put her hands on her hips and shook her head at her teammate. "I don't see or hear anything. It's totally dead out tonight," she agreed. She scrunched up her nose a bit and shrugged. "Like a bad guy holiday? Maybe it's a paperwork day."
Surely the negaverse had a ton of paperwork. How did they stay so organized without it?

they see you bein' an a*****e
Sailor Draconis hopped down from the statue, hands on her hips with displeasure. She wanted something to DO. She couldn't just sit still like this, it was painful to a hyperactive A-type. She needed to be defending the world, saving the innocent, all that kind of stuff! It wasn't right to just be taking a glorified walk.
"Could you imagine some of them doing paperwork?" she said, smiling something mischievously. The image was actually kind of hilarious. A whole bunch of youma and negaversers squished under desks, bent over their precious paperwork. She gestured to her shoulders and said, "Some of their outfits would get in the way, y'know? Bet they'd poke themselves in the eye." She started laughing at the image, having known one too many negaversers to be pompous little showboats. Then again, a lot of those negaverse had kicked her a** from one of the city to the other. Maybe it wasn't really fair to judge them.
Buuut it was fun. This patrol was quickly becoming a "s**t-on-the-negaverse" patrol. Not that Draconis was complaining. She liked hating on the enemy as much as anyone else. It helped to have a bitching buddy like Nunki under her belt too. They could be twice as negative that way.
After all, complaining was what a valley girl like Talia did best.

Nunki snorted out a short burst of laughter. She could definitely see some of them struggling to lean over a desk to sign a document. "Do you think they get casual Fridays? Jeans and a hawaiian shirt."
She perched on the edge of the statue and looked up to Draconis. She was the senior officer or whatever here. "What should we do now?"

Draconis laughed at Nunki's stupid joke and looked up at her on her little perch. "You know, you look like a proper owl up there."
She leaned against the cool stone and said, "Well if there's nothing to do I guess we could just go home ..." After all, there was no sense in wasting energy when they didn't need to.
An idea sparked as she remembered her senshi phone. "Oh I know! Want to visit Draconis?" She had never actually taken anyone to visit her planet before but ... who knew! Maybe they could do it? It would be totally fun to take someone to her planet and let them rummage around all the space rocks with her. Who knew, with two eyes maybe they could see things better than one?
