Cyrus had never been so glad to see the backside of his lord before. True, his loyalties ran deep, but the journey home from the mountains had been more trying than he could have ever anticipated. Each stop the mortals forced upon him had been agony. Even his lord's needs seemed faded in his deep desire to return to their home. He was exhausted, achingly so. For the first time in his long existence, he wanted nothing more than to spend some centuries trapped away from the world and its demands. Perhaps trapped in Elora's embraces. But even that was not a very comforting thought. He wanted to curl up with her and lavish her with attention, but he was not entirely sure he had it in him. Still, as soon as he was dismissed by Isambard, he made his way through his lord's streets until he came to The Garden. Shaking a bit of dust from his clothes, he ran a large hand over his hair, then made his way into the lavish building.

Elora knew he was coming, she had a knack for these things. They were magical beings and as such had some kind of connection that Mortals did not have. Animalistic almost.

She had filled the large, sunken bath with hot, scented water. Boiling hot. She sat in it, lapping up the feel of the heat on her skin, waiting for him to appear.

Cyrus barely gave the few girls lounging about a cursory glance. Making his way to the stairs, he forced his feet to take him up. He was close. He could feel it beneath his exhaustion. Going straight to her room, he paused after closing the door and looked around. He did not see her, but he could smell the oils she favored in her baths. Stepping into the luxurious room, a satisfied smirk stole across his lips and he began to shed his travel-worn clothes. With all of the wonderful sights he had seen in his lifetime, this had to be the most welcome.

Elora grinned as he appeared in the doorway. Yep, he looked a mess and very worn out but that was nothing that a few days of TLC wouldn't cure. She stuck a foot up out of the water, watching the water drip from her feet.
"Well hello there stranger." She smiled, watching him undress, definitely not a bad sight.

"Hello," Cyrus smirked and loosened his trousers so that they fell to the floor. Stepping forward, he left the last of his travels behind and sank into the gloriously hot water. He had missed heat so very much. He had intended to go straight to her, but as he sank lower into the water, his will and ability to move any further completely left him. Closing his eyes, he breathed in deeply. He could not begin to describe how good it felt to be back home. "I trust you are well?" he smirked and cracked an eye to peek at her from the spot he had all but melted into.

"Of course, when am I not." She smirked, watching him as he melted into place. "It was a hard journey then." Elora moved from her perch to take up a seat behind him. She placed her small hands on his massive shoulders and channeled the fires inside her into her hands, she ran them slowly over his tired muscles under the water.

Cy closed his eyes again as she moved behind him. Sighing heavily as she began to work her skilled hands over his back, he found it difficult to concentrate on constructing an answer for her. After a moment, he nodded and opened his eyes to look off across the very feminine room.
"Sending me out to scout ahead, dragons, contamination detecting, and holding up mountains all while freezing my arse off and being so very far from you... I was pushed to my limits. I imagine I would barely be able to give you a spark if you asked me right now."

Elora laughed a little at his griping and slipped her arms around his neck.
"Well, you shouldn't be so talented." She joked, pressing a kiss to the side of his head. "But really, you let him take advantage of you too much. He's half mortal, you don't have to obey everything."

Cyrus gave a light snort of laughter and relished the feel of her against him.
"He won't be half mortal forever," he said quietly. "And really it is because of his mortality that he needs me so much right now." Hopefully once he was fully reborn his needs would return to how they had been before his fading.

"Hmm, very true." She replied. She had never been that close to the god, she did what he asked of her mainly because it was a good living, better than being in some harem back in her homeland or stuck in a lamp.
"Well, just don't let him take advantage of your powers, you do look rather burned out."

Cy smiled at her concern and reached up to take one of her hands in his large one. Gently, he eased her around him and he shifted to sit back with her on his lap.
"I just need some rest. Hopefully he will not need me the next few days," he said quietly and wrapped her up in his large arms. Sitting in silence for a few moments, he let his eyes drink her in. "I missed this."
