She had found her brother; both of them. And with that, her mission was, well, complete. She happily stayed with them, loved on them, adored on their families and friends. Though she often times was only awake at night ( being the dusk star and all ), her family was awake during the day. She spent many nights pacing and watching them. Her wings always seemed to be folded over her back. She hadn't flown in quite some time, despite her love for it. But as the days ticked by, Xolotl found herself getting more and more lonely. She loved her brother and the herd, but she couldn't stay here when her heart was elsewhere. She needed to go out and figure out what made her heart beat at such a steady, boring pace.

So she left, mapping where the territory was so she could return when she figured things out. Xolotl would miss her brother and his family, but she had to figure things out on her own. She has to find out what was going on in her head. She walked for many nights, sleeping during the day. On her journeys, she met many other Soquili; from small mini's all the way to a Skinwalker. The Skinwalker wasn't as fun as the mini, if she had to be truthful. Her ears pinned for a moment as she paused near a forest entrance, eyes scanning the area slowly. Her muscles gave a small quiver, as though she was cold or something was creeping up on her. Her ears swiveled again, head tilting from one way to another to peer around the area, before she sighed and shook her head.

Night had always been dark. It had always been with a sort of lack of color and ambiance. And as much as she enjoyed it, it only grew darker when the bright orange left her life. Shaking her head, Xolotl let out a huff, her eyes narrowing. No. She must not think of him. She had swore to herself not to. Not until he figured out just what he needed to do. If it meant going out and being on his own, then she honestly hoped he found whatever it was. If he fond someone to be with, than she would wish him the best and support him. The mare shook her head again, huffing slightly as she stomped a hoof. No. Stop. She turned and walked casually through the woods, her hoof fall barely making a noise. Her tail flicked behind her, wings spreading for a moment in a stretch before folding carefully back onto her back, first the lower set, than the top set. She would be fine.

She would figure out all she needed to and go back to the herd to live out her life with her brother.

As was intended.
