The air hung with a grey stillness as Shiny slipped out the front gate of her little house and darted for the warmth of the waiting car outside. Sunrise was still an hour or so away, and rather than her usual habit of greeting it with a cup of espresso and a fresh pastry in the warmth of her own kitchen, the fallen star was headed towards the Suou estate, tapping in a text to a certain sparkly prince type... picking you up in 20 minutes. dress warm!

w8ting eagrly! ^o^ Him and his silly commoner practiced texting...
Naturally, the male blond was already up as well when he received the text message from the female, and he only seemed to get more excited as he rushed to get ready for the early morning activities that all hosts but Shiny had no interest for. The prospect of it being an outdoor activity had his precious Antionette just as excited as she followed her master around his room--- helping with preparations? "Isn't this exciting, Antionette? A commoner event so early in the morning!"
The two rushed through the Suou Mansion number two and Tamaki was quick to dismiss his very exhausted looking servants back to bed(a few that looked as though they hadn't even changed from their pajama's to wave off their master). "I'll be back later everyone!" He and Antionette exited the mansion just as a car was pulling up front...

It took her the entire remaining drive to decipher what the blazes that 8 was doing in his text... Thankfully, the drive was fairly short, and as the car pulled up in front of the estate she rolled the window down, grinning and waving enthusiastically to the boy and dog as they approached. "Good morning, Tamaki-kun! Good morning, Antoinette!"

"Shiny-san! Good Morning!" The fellow blond greeted with with equal enthusiasm, if not more, as the two closed the distance to the vehicle. The driver was quick to open the car door for them, and Antoinette was the first to jump in and affectionately greet the hostess with overly friendly nuzzles. Tamaki entered the vehicle next and seated himself next to the female, "This is so exciting! Commoner's really don't waste any time, do they?" He was easily fascinated with how said commoner's ran their lives, even so early in the morning. "Will you tell me more about this.. Farmer's Market?"

" Bonjour ma petite reine!" The bright greeting given as Antoinette jumped up and started nuzzling, "Ack! Non, Antoinette! Non pas lécher mon visage!" A briefly stern look at the pup as she started trying to lick Shiny's face. The dog, as appropriately dramatic as her owner, whined piteously over her kisses being refused and proceeded to crawl under the seats to grow doggie mushrooms. The sparkly hostess shook her head with a soft chuckle, then turned to greet Tamaki with a properly European air kiss to each cheek. "Not all commoners attend these events, Tamaki. Although I do agree it is strange how they must reserve such novelties for so early in the morning, and that it is not nearly so much like a carnival as one might hope it to be." Once everyone was bundled into the car the driver took off, the trip lasting a good half hour since they had to first get to the normal people district, which wasn't exactly close by.

Tamaki couldn't help but laugh at the canine's energetic behavior and even the small scolding from the hostess, "There there girl, Shiny-san isn't mad." He reached down to pet his mushroom-growing dog who seemed just as easily to recover as her master; she licked his hand affectionately but remained laying on the floor of the vehicle as it started to move along.
The blond often had such delusions as to imagine a 'farmer's market' as something like a carnival, but it had completely failed on him until she had mentioned it. And though she had made a point of telling him it wasn't the same... he couldn't help the mental images of a circus full of farmer's and vegetables.
This obviously wasn't what it was that greeted them as they got to their destination, and the king was nearly glued to the window of the car. "A-amazing! Do commoner's have other such events as well?" Despite it being so early, there were surprising amounts of people already there(though most of them being the vendors).

His enthusiasm was so dear, that as they reached the area where the market was set up she found herself watching him rather than taking in their surroundings. The driver parked nearby and Shiny let Tamaki and Antoinette exit first (more like zip out of the car ready to See And Taste All The Things, really) and thanked the driver as he offered her a hand in getting out. "Yes, I am fairly sure there are regular gatherings such as this, sometimes just for food items, sometimes for other kinds of products as well. I think this one is mostly fresh produce and home made foods, though." The vendors were all crammed into what would normally be a fairly wide street, practically piled on top of each other as they noisily called out their wares and advertisements to entice people to buy. It was so crowded that Shiny wondered if they ought to have brought a leash - not for Antoinette, but for a certain commoner-obsessed blonde whose current expression reminded her of Honey's when presented with a smorgasbord of sweets.

Indeed he did look like a sweet-induced-Honey as she stood in mild shock at the amass of people that had gathered at the commoner farmer's market. His head whipped back and forth as the people bustled about with their newly purchased goods. It was a maze of people, but somehow commoner's were able to ease around and through each other without problems--- unlike Tamaki and his poor dog who would occasionally bump into one person or another, attempt to apologize, only to realize the person had already disappeared.
"Oh look!" He pointed wildly, his outstretched hand motioning in the direction of a stand with a large supply of strawberries. Perhaps his eyes had picked those out first before anything because it was a certain first year's favorite fruit. "Let's go look, Shiny-san!" Grabbing hold of her hand, the blond began to lead them in the direction of the stand eagerly-- at the very least, Antoinette knew to stick close by on her own accord.

Deciding that the best way to make sure she didn't lose her partner in this little field trip was to keep hold on him at all times, Shiny slipped her arm through Tamaki's in a firm, but gentle grip. The unfiltered way he had of seeing the world around him was enormously refreshing, and she couldn't help the bright smile that seemed permanently plastered to her face because of it. She would have also tried to help him maneuver through the crowds, but his tendency to move in the direction his head was turned made that part a bit more of a challenge. When he darted off towards the strawberry stand she laughed and followed as best she could, managing just barely to keep that hold on his arm. ~ "They look very fresh and ripe"~ switching to French so they could discuss the produce without giving the vendor a false signal about whether it was time to start haggling, ~ "Do you want to buy a crate? We can have the driver transport them to the car so we don't have to carry them around, or we can buy just one carton to eat while we browse, perhaps?"~

While very much distracted by all the stalls and food around them, Tamaki didn't fail to notice when her hand slipped from his own and he suddenly felt it looped through his arm instead. The blond flashed his classmate an owlish look at the small change but seeing that happy smile quickly dismissed his confusion on the matter. It was rather normal of the King to treat the female hosts more in a familial regard then like the princesses that visited them in the club--- but he often forgot to treat them as the princesses they were as well. Perhaps this mindset caused him to slow down for the female and give her that polite apologetic smile. "Je suis désolé, Princesse." For causing her trouble.
None the less, they had finally made it to the stand, and his eyes were sparkling happily as he looked over the mountains of strawberries the vendor had to offer. ~"How about both?"~ Those indigo eyes fell to the blonde's, ~"We can share them with the others! But Shiny also likes strawberries, right?"~ The prince-type flashed her that dazzling smile. Either way was good for him, as long as everyone would be happy.
