Get out there and take in a museum or a performance -- your energy demands cultural exposure, and there's just no denying it this time. You may have to create your own event.

Talia couldn't believe she was actually doing this. The doors to the Destiny City Museum towered before her, old stone like a garrison guarding its treasures. The entire place ubiquitously stank of nerdiness and all that was uncool.

So why she was here was an absolute mystery.

For a moment or two she debated turning around and going back to her apartment like it never happened. It was silly to follow a horoscope on a tiny electronic screen all the way across town to a destination she had no evidence was at all real.

Yet she'd already driven here. "Might as well," she mumbled to herself. She supposed it was at least more interesting than sitting in her room painting her nails and watching more American Horror Story. Actually, that sounded somewhat nice now. Maybe she'd squeeze that in when she got home.

Regardless, that was the future. As of the present, Talia was pushing open the doors and trying not to cringe with the sheer amount of geekery that was present. The smell of ancient texts and old dinosaur bones immediately filled her nose with the pungent scent of museum musk. She hadn't actually been here since ... wow- maybe elementary school? Museums weren't exactly her normal hangout area.

After purchasing her ticket, she followed a group of kids that were boisterously looking at all the artwork hanging in the entryway. Talia felt her cheeks blush in embarrassment as she realized she was alone at a museum that seemed to be target at children. Well, at least this way she wouldn't run into anyone she knew. Nobody could make fun of her if nobody knew her secret, right?

Eventually she shook her head, realizing that she'd been completely dazed. Her feet had carried her straight to a small subset of the gemstone section; a room with no one (not even a guard, strangely enough). The gemstone room she felt more and more at home as she walked along the eyes, running her hands over the smooth crystals. She read along the plaques, touching the cold stones where she could. She felt particularly attached to a piece of opal. A tiny sign was posted by the rock, explaining that years ago it had been taken from a meteorite sample.

Her vision went hazy, but she didn't feel her body give. It felt like she was floating, really. A throne room appeared before her. Decadent gold draped across every orifice of the room, vibrant reds weaving in and out of spaces in between. Tapestries hung from the walls next to large, open windows.

Her head throbbed with pain as a man, who sat at the vertex of the room, said, "Where is she?"

Then everything crumbled. Columns cracked an split, windows shattered. A loud droning buzz grew louder and louder until-

-A fierce heat wave pulsed outwards, destroying everything in one succinct moment.

---

Talia awoke on the floor of the museum, cradling her head. Not a moment or two could have passed- the clock on the wall didn't read any later than it had been.

Feeling slightly embarrassed, Talia stood by leaning on a nearby table. She faltered once or twice, but eventually regained enough stamina to hold her ground. She felt her senshi phone buzzing in her pocket, but she didn't want to answer. Her breathing relaxed as she tried to sort through her thoughts.

That had been Draconis, hadn't it? What else could be it be after all? ********* had told her she'd once had a great kingdom ... but then who was that man? Had someone stolen the throne from her?

There were too many questions. Too many for now.
