It was after the sensitivity training was done and over with when Kostya sought Lucky out. It was difficult, to find him alone: but he had managed nonetheless. It had taken a day or two, but Kostya found him alone in the computer labs. He wrenched an arm into the other man's jacket, and dragged him outside by the arm, a grim expression set on his face.

In Russian, he hissed: "We need to talk. Do not fight me. I don't have any intentions of causing you lasting bodily harm, and we have much to talk about, I think. The best-laid plans of mice and men often go awry."

He was taking him somewhere isolated, and hoped that Lucky believed him.

Most people were generally a little apprehensive about being dragged off to an unknown location.

Even moreso by an individual they knew they had recently almost killed wronged.

Lucky was most people.

"Talk? Us?" he repeated incredulously, also in Russian, also sounding very much like that was the last thing he thought they should be doing right now. He struggled every once in a while to free himself, which was more or less pointless, as Kostya had a firm death grip on his upper arm by now. Of all the times for Mimsy to leave him alone somewhere-- "You know, uh, you'd be really surprised what you can accomplish by sending a text instead, these days -"

If this was about revenge, Kostya had certainly taken his god damn time.

Kostya gave Lucky a flat, disapproving stare. "Text can easily be monitored, you idiot, and we've much to discuss that is far too sensitive for those that might read it, be it via kept records or over your shoulder."

The word Mimsy hung over their head. He was more worried of her finding out his intentions than the powers that be.

"I feel as though we could be allies, " Kostya said, each word bone dry, "even if you are a polack and I am cast out from her good graces. It would be in your best interest to avoid informing her of any proceedings to follow."
