Lowering her belly into the snow Kioda pondered Erionda's words. Now that she had mentioned it, Vinara were said to be what these tiny things looked and acted like. It was common to know a friend, of a friend, of a friend who had run into one of these tiny things and made it a pet. She herself had never seen them but now that she thought on it. Vinara must be what these were called. "It's possible, I'm sure everyone knows of someone who has one as a pet. At least I'm pretty sure that's now it works. These act like the Vinara from my mothers stories. You know one of those friends of an Aunt's uncle's stories."

She watched as another of the little guys attempted to get into the circle of warmth to attack. Reaching out with her muzzle as it's strength began to wax, Kioda whimpered as the tiny creature melted on her nose leaving behind several small razor cuts on her snout. "You know I think they are angry I killed one of them."

Shivering from the prolonged cold Kioda made the plants around her body grow and thicken to protect her from the insatiable hunger of Aisko's frigid air. "I don't understand how you can stay so warm out here."

"A chance to get warm might be nice. I still don't understand how you can stay out in the cold this long."

Erionda was a strange hybrid to her. Very hard to comprehend or understand in the best of times. But perhaps it was due to the affinity with ice that allowed her the skills to remain in the cold for so long. She was somewhat envious of the hybrid but wouldn't pass up her own healing spells just a chance to be immune to the cold air. Not that it was much of a change. She was already sensitive to the very hot air by the Firani and didn't need to wish for any further sensitivity to it.

At Erionda's inquiry as to Kioda's health, Kioda sneezed and shook her head. "Yeah I'm fine, the silly creatures managed to cut up my tongue and now my nose. I don't think a Khehora or Ysali like my self is doing to be able to help you catch any one of these Vinara."
