FULL CUSTOMS allow you to specify everything and anything you want of your character, from appearance to powers to costume design.

You will need a character profile that is preferably RDY or APPROVED.
SEMI CUSTOMS only allow you to specify 5 traits you want in your character. They can be anything within reason, such as physical appearance, costume design, personality, etc.
You can be as vague or as detailed as you want with these 5 traits, but take note semi customs are usually meant for people who have NO idea what they want their character to look like except for a couple of nitpicks. Full customs are recommended if you already have all the details of what you want your character to look like.
Semi customs cost 1 mil flat
For semi customs, profiles are not required when you apply, but you'll have to make one eventually
RANDOM CUSTOM is simply that, random. The design will be left totally up to the artist. Randoms cost a flat fee of 300k.

Do read each of the artists' posts carefully before sending in your offer. NOT ALL OF THEM ARE OPEN. If you're not sure, ask in the main thread first.
All offers should be PMed to the artist. If accepted, the artist will PM you directly to discuss details. A non-reply after three or so days would mean rejection. They may or may not explain why, do not harass them if they don't.
Trade should be sent directly to the artist.
You CAN try for more than one artist. Or if you have no qualms about who draws your rookie, PM the mule and the first artist who claims it will PM you.
All customs start out at rookie stage. You may try for a higher stage if you wish, but there is 99% chance that it will be rejected, just sayin.
Do NOT harass us for replies. Really. Not cool. (But if you really must harass someone PM the mule.)
As a general rule, artists can choose to open customs after we have a large event but this may not always be the case, jsyk
