My power is the creation and manipulation of a crystal-like, reflective substance. These can match up to metal and most other materials fairly well, but will shatter if used by the wrong hands. Historically, this ability was granted to the ruling House in Inoue, but now, only the current ruler and most capable heir possess a potent version of it. The legends go that the Inoue Kingdom could repel a full-scale invasion merely by protection of the ruler, using this ability..
The power I offer is Blood Lord. Any user of this (most likely my Knight) will be bound to serve me, but have control over blood in both my body and his or her own. The Blood can be formed and shaped into weapons and are similarly hard to most of the hardest weapon materials, but returns to liquid form if anyone else tries to use it. If the Blood contacts anyone else's blood, it can be used to paralyse them momentarily..

My story is Mayumi was born to the Royal Family of Inoue, and trained for her future position as the Sovereign. The castle was built of reflective crystal materials, providing the poorer serfs and peasants with a magnificent view of the supposedly pure and sacred location. However, inside the glistening walls were treachery, debauchery, and violence - much from the king himself, and also the rest of court. The castle was a warzone, and blood was spilt daily, for amusement, or by battle. The king believed this scene to be an integral part of the royal children's life experiences, to prepare them for a future as a strict, unyielding ruler. All the children were showered with gifts, servants, and all the material goods they could ever want or need, but never any familial love.
Mayumi has her eyes set on the throne. She has her talent, her beauty and her very special Knight to help her get what is hers by birthright.
