Matty grew up in quite a normal household, and most of his other family that still resided in the house had been well known Slytherin's at Hogwarts. In a way, this gave him a certain respect for the house, and he knew that he was truly destined for greatness. When he received his letter on his 11th birthday, both him and his family were bursting with joy. As soon as he had gotten to the school though, many problems stood in his way. Cute girls, sports.. Homework. It had all made life so difficult. He put up with it though, in a way that no one else could of... He out his priorities in order, and got his life straight. He was happy, to of had such a great childhood at home though, his parents and brother had truly raised him right.

Matty can be a total jerk from time to time. Although, he is nice to his fellow Slytherin folk. His good looks and charm have given him quite a view on himself, and he truly has an ego big enough to fill two football fields. He dates around, but tends to stay away from many of the girls in Hufflepuff because he finds their endless laughing to be a nuisance. One particular house of people that he truly enjoys giving a hard time is Gryffindor, because of the constant competition between the two houses that has been going on for years.
