Amrita was thrilled to have her feet back on real ground again, even moreso than having gotten here without a horrific train crash. She stretched her arms up over her head and leaned up onto her toes before following the Professor into the City and, eventually, the office building. After his explanation she spread her bedroll on the ground, as far away from any windows as possible, and then carelessly tossed her travel bag on top of it so she'd be able to pick it out later.
Then she put on the clothes they provided, though she struggled a bit with the goggles.
"Ahaha, this is kinda fun!" She grinned, holding out her robes like a dress and doing a little spin for Remi. "So, how's it look? Oh, wait - " The robes were dropped so she could pull up the hood and wrap the scarf a little more securely around her. "There, better, right? I bet this is how the grue feel."
There was a small part of her - okay, a rather large part of her - that was very suspicious of this place. Something in her was nervous and worried, since new places tended to not work out very kindly. It was a voice in her that she was trying to quiet, and the only way she knew how was to keep moving, or at least keep talking. The former seemed to be the way to go as they were released to go exploring, but overcoming her worries was back to square one as someone took her shoulder and gave her a coin. That...set off an awful lot of warning bells.
"Er...right, okay. Thanks?" She muttered to the cloaked figure who vanished with a flourish, and then very quickly left the building. Keep moving, she told herself. Don't stand still. But the moment she saw the dune buggies, she stopped. So...these were Dune buggies? They were bugs. Bugs climbed on things. Sometimes vertically.
"...Yeahidon'tthinkso." She muttered, side stepping around them with as wide of a berth as she could give. As she did though, she saw others start to file out of the office building, and raised her backwards hands to wave to them.
"Oh, Hey! I'm going to explore on foot, if anyone wants to come?"

Her cloak was a deep green almost to the point of black as she shuffled towards the others, purple eyes glowing faintly and well, she thought it looked rather cool from under her hood. A purple scarf wound around her neck as her boots crunched sand under toe.
"You know I'm in for exploring." A bone hand moved to shift outside the cloak flipping her strange coin into the air before catching it. Apparently the traitor of the undead dorms had weaseled her way into the trip thanks to Olivia coming to invite her along out of kindness.
"You aren't going to get mad at Olivia for inviting me on this trip.... like its okay.... right?"

Said wight had actually followed Sammy out of the train and lingered close. Because that was what you got when you were partnered (the right word for this?) or at least dealing with Olivia. You got a little shadow, eager to follow. Especially on field trips and the promises of adventure and fun.
First stops were made at an office and introductions. Which wasn't all terribly too bad, especially when gifts were presented. Olivia liked things and dutifully put on the designated clothing; her cloak was grey while her scarf was a soft shade of blue. The bed roll was left haphazardly on the floor, forgotten because of the coin and the movement of her field trip buddy.
Where Sammy went, so would Olivia until proven otherwise (Sorry Sammy). Which she hoped wouldn't happen. The ghoul decided not to think about it and instead trailed along and stopped a few feet from the group, and offered a floppy wave thanks to the sleeves of the large garment. OuO

Remi felt he SHOULD have been taking in the sights more, but instead he really felt cramped. The ceiling of the building was a little less than two feet away from the tips of his ears and he knew if he reached up he would be able to place the palm of his hand against it. Remi knew for a boil of 6'4" he was tall, but this only emphasized it. Enough to where they had to find him a extra long cloak, the normal sized ones allowed his ankles to show. He thought it was funny, they did not. The hood though looked rather silly on him, tenting across his set of fox ears. Everything else was fine, they seemed content giving him an average sized bedroll along with the scarf and goggles.Remi was used to scarfs, so that was not much of a problem. Goggles were new though, so they felt weird. When the coin was handed to him, after adjusting the goggles so he could get a good look, he frowned at it. Free currency? That seemed odd... normally free money came with a price. Was this area weird or just liked tourists? He followed Amrita around almost like a shadow, she being the one who invited him along. "Aw man, are you sure Rita? The buggies look like they could be fun!" Though Remi was wondering if he was sparing one of the creatures future back problems... he was tall and heavier because of it. It was the expression on her face that made him back down... for now. "Okay okay... though i ask you please stick to the...higher roofed areas please." Voices made him turn to find the source, falling on one familiar face and one not. "Hello Sammy, and im guessing Olivia?" The question went to the second ghoul close by, giving them both a small smile.

"Why would I be mad?" Amrita sounded surprised and her hood shifted a little bit to suggest she was tilting her head. "You're here fair and square, Sammy. Sorry we couldn't formally invite you, but rules are rules." Her tone was honestly apologetic. "I'm glad you could come~" She offered, before turning to look at the shorter bundle of cloak.
"Then that makes you Olivia, right? Thanks for bringing Sammy along!" The ghoul in the dusty brown cloak waved a backwards but gloved hand. Before she could say anything else to the ghoul, Remi was contesting her desire to walk.
"You won't catch me on one of those things. My feet are staying on the ground, thank you." Heavily cloaked shoulders lifted as she shuddered uncomfortably. In the end all that mattered was that he gave in, and she let out a keen of joy when he did. "Okay, great! Onward and upwards, then!" A pause. "Downwards?" Another, slightly longer pause. One that ended with her hood turning to the right. "...That way!" She pointed, and then turned to head off in the seemingly random direction.
Keeping to Remi's plea she tried to stay out in the open, walking woefully past the smaller nooks and crannies that she knew at least herself and Olivia would fit into.
"There could be something in there that's interesting!" She offered, pointing at the open window a little ways off the ground, that seemed to be the only entrance into a tilted building. The ghoul drifted this way and that, looking for another entrance into the buried, tilted building. Upon finding none, she looked back at her companions.
"...Wanna go in?"

Sammy turned to face Olivia as she joined the group. She was lacking a sleeping bag but hopefully she was like Sammy and didn't need sleep. Like most undead. Still Sammy would happily give the smaller ghoul her sleepy bag should she need it. Even cloaked up she reached over to pat the smaller ghoul on the head.
"She reminds me of you first year Ammi," Sammy said with a grin, "I know I know formal rules, you could have invited me yourself butt." She playfully pushed Amrita on the shoulder before waving again at Remi.
"I'm with Fuzzbutt, the buggies could be fun. Can't be worse then flying around through a burning Christmas workshop?" The grin was hidden thankfully by her hooded cloak but her eyes flickered playfully between the cloth. "Don't worry Rem. I think we can find you somewhere to sneak about." And not a bit away, Amrita found that.
"I'm in!"

Two creeple had prompted her to first respond with a simple, "yes," in regards to her identity. She followed with a rather chipper, "hello," with a customary smile followed by a, "you're welcome," to Amrita. The ghoul was just glad that the same ill will she had seen at the booth wasn't present in this little group, because it would have put a major damper on exploring such a fun place. But they all seemed friendly all around, making Olivia's smile spread a little further on her features.
And remained as she began to follow them when they began to travel. Her blue eyes drifted briefly to the general location where she had seen the buggies parked, "They seemed neat," she chimed in a soft and happy tone, slightly muffled by the folds of fabric, "or are they really not? Or bad?" She asked them curiously, pulling her attention back to the rest of the group before some sites took her gaze away again. Most of the transportation she had ever been on seemed safe enough. And they looked like big bugs!
But hey, there were some neat things around on foot at least, like small crevices and things. "Burning workshop?" Olivia questioned. Oh, there was a door now, "I would like to." Exploration ~

The 'fuzzbutt' in retaliation waved his trio of tails, making a point to tap them against Sammy. "Its times like these." The boil pipped in some time later, arms swinging back and forth as he walked to follow the three ghouls. "That i really wish i was slightly shorter." Out in the ruins it wasnt so bad, but he really was not looking to forward to when they went underground. He hoped that they were large caverns.. "Maybe." Nah he liked being tall. The nook in question, currently having his attention, made him briefly wonder. Hmm. "Ghouls first?"

"Oh?" Amrita tilted her head towards the little pile of fabric that was Olivia. "I think she's much braver than I ever was." Sammy pushed her shoulder not too long after that, and Amrita couldn't help the whine of protest. "I'm sorry!" It was important to apologize, but Amrita was not going to admit out loud to Sammy - with Remi so close - that he had actually been the first creature she thought of once she omitted her Undead companions. In that moment she was horribly thankful for the cloak and the way it obscured her face.
"Euuugh, don't remind me! If you want to go on the dune buggies, you do right ahead. I'm staying where I can keep my feet on the ground, thanks." She turned towards Olivia, shaking her head. "I'm sure they're fine, but I just...I really, really hate heights. I'd like to avoid it if at all possible." She did sound apologetic at least; the idea of stopping them from something interesting wasn't a nice one.
"How chivalrous." Amrita laughed at Remi, elbowing him playfully as she went past him, crawling carefully into the gaping window. It was easy enough to get onto the ledge, but the drop down was a lot longer than she had anticipated. She turned very carefully and lowered herself down, backward fingers clinging to the side of the window; it got to the point where she simply hung there, her feet swinging a full foot off the ground.
She held her breath and let go to fall the final foot to the ground, stumbling to right herself as she did. The area was quickly surveyed for immediate danger, and upon finding none, she turned back towards the open window.
"It's a bit of a drop, be careful! Especially you, Olivia!" The ghoul was shorter than she was, so it was a fair enough warning. Amrita patted down the dirt and dust from the front of her cloak. "I think it's...an old museum? Either that or - Jack I hope this isn't someone's home." The last part was muttered as she moved away from the window, allowing others to come in behind her without crushing her.

Sammy only cackled slightly at Amrita talking about how brave Olivia was. "Don't worry, you pack a punch now Ammie, Jack, you graduated didn't you? You're ahead of me now so who's who's hero now?" Moving towards the window she shrugged a bit. "S'cool, I'll forgive you but you soooo owe me." It was all said in jest, she wasn't hurt, the real hurt was Shehk and her rejection during the games. That was a hot knife between the ribs. She might be dead but that pain was all too sharp.
"Hey hey now Fuzzbutt I have a ghoulfriend watch where you put those little tails of yours~" She cackled again moving to tug Olivia into a one armed hug shaking the little ghoul around. "Seriously, thank you for bringing me along, I mean it." Moving towards the window she gave Olivia a bony thumbs up.
"I'll catch you on the other side alright?" Taking a few running steps she jumped for the window hauling herself up. "WATCH OUT BELOW," it was the only warning Amrita had before Sammy smashed into the ground beside her with a heavy thud of her metal boots. Turning around she held her arms outward, "Let's move fuzzbutt and Olie."
Yes Olivia you have a nick name, you are now Olie.

Afraid of heights, that made sense. And Olivia left it at that with a little nod, which probably got missed because of the cloak and hood that covered her. There were many things she was afraid of after all, despite how brave Amrita commented she was.
"You're welcome, I'm glad I could help," Olivia replied with a wide smile when Sammy pulled her into the hug. Meaning every word, happy that she was allowed to and just glad that no one seemed mad. And also, pleased that it seemed to be turning out well. Because although they had just been walking, she was having fun and this was just the beginning. Because there was that window that the other two had gone through.
It took a few hops for her to get attached to the ledge of the window, and a few times thinking that maybe that running start Sammy did would have been a better idea. But the petite ghoul managed and got her small stature through soon enough, fabric and all. And really, with all that fabric (she had one of her puffy dresses on to boot after all) she just looked like a heap of cloth hitting the ground when she landed. She landed a little ungracefully, but nothing worse for wear and was back on her feet, looking about as she readjusted her hood so she could see.
Did she hear something about a museum? - and did she just gain a new nickname?
