Having traveled to his once home he returned to the lands that were his home. He had accepted the Kawani lands and would not trade the souls he'd met for anything but he still refused to give up the search for his mother and herd, he refused to abandon hope. Every time he went he searched a little further in another direction, he still yielded no results. He had been gone for three days this time, past the desert oasis and he was exhausted so he headed into the forest welcoming the cool shade of the trees and walked another hour to a small pond near a small clearing.

He was happy to be back but he had to admit that he was lonely, he missed the company of his friends, but they all had families of their own or were on their own adventures. He found some nice berries to munch on and then drank from the pond and laid down leaning against a tree with a sigh. He took the time to ponder on his life and what his purpose might be, he had yet to find it. He had faith that it would find him when the time was right so he told himself as he breathed in the nature and let it calm his ever wandering heart.
