Wandering didn't always have a purpose, not with Olivia. But there were a few occasions that it did, especially when traversing to one of the other dorm houses that were clearly not of her own. Yes, this undead ghoul found herself in the demon dorms, traveling down the halls and without much of a care; she didn't think much of any stares in her direction, just kept on that cute smile as he arms swung in repetition, often picking up the ruffles of her skirt.
There was a mission in mind though. And at first it was to track down a few friends to see if any of them wanted to accompany her on a particular field trip; though she had the right of mind not to try for one of them, being a fire demon and all. But, for all accounts, so many seemed to be missing or out at the moment. It was odd (for some reason texting didn't come to mind) and for a moment, as she remained at their unanswered doors she was a little down, that smile fading in a disappointed little pout. That lingered until she discovered a new objective when a certain other undead was brought to her attention. Sammy. The RA. The one she had briefly met in the undead's booth, who seemed to not be apart of them. It was then that her mind and her mission went onto a different path and a curiosity got the better of her.
It had taken a little bit of time to locate where the zombie ghoul resided, what with Olivia's lack of introductory talking. She had stared at a few of the residences, hoping her unsaid questions would be answered in just a few looks. But when it turned out it wouldn't and talking would be required, somehow a room number was acquired when she simply said Sammy's name in the form a question. And finally, that was how the wight found herself at her door. And knocked. A little lightly. And then waited. And hoped. With a smile.

Somewhere inside the room the sound of a bass guitar could be heard, the strumming notes low and repeating thumping along quietly behind the closed door as the ghoul drew closer. Note after note continued to roll pausing only when she finally knocked on the door.
Setting down the bass into a pile of pillows, blankets, and mats that served as a bed for her and Siddie she shooed a group of Scareons away, Ixxy remaining who followed Sammy to the door as the ghoul cracked it open, "Eh? You're not Siddie."
Sammy tugged the door in a bit more cocking her head curiously, "And you're not a demon either. You're..." She frowned trying to match a name and feeling rather horrible she didn't have one to give. "Sorry... I don't spend as much time in the old dorm as I used too."

That sound could have really been anything, though Olivia had the feint notion that it was meant to be music. But, it didn't really indicate that someone was home. Only the opening of a door would be the best kind and Olivia's eyes lit up when it did in fact open. With the ghoul in question on the other end.
"Nope." Was her first reply to the mistake in identity (and a name that sounded familiar, she had been told this, wasn't she?), and still with a little bit of mirth in the tone as she shook her head and let the curls of her hair spring about.
"So, you do live here." Because it just seemed to be confirmed with that statement. "Neat." There might have been a little bit of awe there. Being this high up, the zombie probably even had a few windows! Something Olivia was lacking, but she made up for it with lots of fun pictures she drew. And she was so close to many friends, not that the wight didn't have a few in the many of the other dorms; some that didn't even know of such a moniker.

"Yeah I guess she's still tied up in class." Sammy tugged a beat up skelly phone from the pocket of her baggy jeans, flipping it open to confirm the time with a nod. All the while giving Olivia a view just past her shoulder towards the large window centered on the opposite wall. The blinds where pulled back in light of Siddie's absence to let natural light in. A few scareons sat in the sun of the window lazily absorbing it's rays not at all bothered by the visitor.
"Yup. I've been here since my first year, or at least not long into my first year." The neat comment made Sammy smile as she tucked her phone away. A message pinging off to Siddie. "So what brings you by?"Prolixity Text To Siddie: Some ghoul who isn't you just stopped by. Class still going?

As simplistic as Olivia was in mind, she was able to figure out whom the other ghoul was referring to and let her eyes wander to the now unoccupied space that Sammy had left open while she was on the phone. Because yes, there was in fact a very large window and the smaller ghoul stared at it. Stared at it hard. And of course noticed there were a few scareons. She very much wanted to touch them. But her attention was pulled back for conversational purposes.
"I remember hearing something about that at the House Cup, Olivia nodded again, "And a few creeple not being very nice about it." Her lips tugged into a frown briefly before settling a little more into a neutral position. And then a series of blinks, taken aback by the prompted question. Why had she... she looked confused for a moment. Until it came flooding back.
"Oh," and because Sammy had asked, well she would of course get the whole story. "There's a field trip for the undead because we won the cup and I was seeing who I could find to bring along," Olivia's tale began, "though I don't think Andrew would have been a good choice since he's on ... fire." Another frown, "I couldn't find some of my friends but then I heard your name and remembered you from the House Cup so I wanted to see if you really did live here. It took me a while to find out your room number, but I did and you do!" And back to that chipper tone and expression. Olivia seemed very pleased.
"I like your room, you have a window. I don't have one." And this is what happened sometimes when Olivia opened her mouth, sometimes the quiet ghoul didn't stop.

None of the Scareons paid mind of things laying as they where in the window, the one that did was Ixxy who was a rather good judge of character and seemed to like this ghoul, the water scareon made sure to bump gently at Olivia's ankle as if to suggest hey maybe you should pet her behind an ear fin.
"Oh... that..." Shehk, the image of the ghoul brought a whirl wind of emotions, the worst of all was a blank and a searing pang of hurt and rejection that she still had yet to solve causing her to wince slightly, her purple flaming eyes seeming to dim for a moment. "Not a lot of folks like that I live here unless you count my friends."
Listening in to the ghoul she tilted her head curiously. "I mean... most people can stop the whole fire thing.... I think." She frowned, "Okay most, not all, I don't know about Andrew. Honestly at this point I'm only worried when fire is pointed at me intentionally." To prove her point she raised her left arm charred black and cracked slightly in places. Blinking her hollow sockets Sammy looked at the window then back to Olivia grinning.
"Yeah, I kinda kept this room after I was told to switch to it for a 'racial tolerance' exercise. Windows way better then a basement."

Well of course Olivia would be glad to pet a creature if they rubbed themselves against her ankles. Even though she had a bad sense of personal boundaries, it wasn't like she was just going to barge into someone's room uninvited. That would be rude. So, the wight gladly went to her knees (which disappeared under skirts) and obliged. It took some time before her blackened hands got to the soft spot behind the ear fins, there needed to be some proper petting along the spine and under the chin as well. All while being mindful of her more icy nature.
"That seems silly for them to be mad," Olivia tilted her head towards Sammy's direction, "I understand why we are separated by race in the dorms but you were allowed to stay here," she shrugged with her simple opinion while still petting the scareon, as much as she would be allowed. "I wouldn't mind getting to live in another dorm, it would be neat even though I do like my basement room. Even though it has no windows. But its nice and cool and has all my things and pictures." Not like they couldn't be moved.
But on the more touchier subject, "Andrew says he'll protect me from fire, but it still makes me nervous." She mentioned in a low tone, not liking the look of Sammy's blacked limb. It prompted her to look at her own hand, not the same color by the same means but she had to wonder if such an injury would happen to her if she touched flame or.. if it would just melt like snow or something. It wasn't something she really wanted to think about. So, a subject change it was. Signified by the shake of her head.
"So, you are the Ar Ei here?" That position had been up at the Undead dorms as well, it had been tempting to apply for.

"Class system, everyone thinks undead don't belong here sooo they tend not to like me here. Some people don't mind, I have a few supporters in the demon dorms."
All the while Ixxy was thumping her tail on the floor cocking her head in every direction in pure approval of all the little scritches and scratches Olivia was offering her. She didn't mind the cold, Sammy wasn't exactly the warmest corpse either.
"You could try to apply for a room higher up in the undead dorms. Or move in with a friend." She smiled, "I almost moved into the Monster dorms, then I got this position so I decided to stay."
Slowly she frowned at the promise from Andrew, "Fire's still a danger, even for me, it can do the same damage it normally does and it always will. The trick is accepting that and knowing how to handle it." Her phone gave a slight buzz and she paused to pull it out.Prolixity To Siddie: Not much. Undead ghoul looking for me in the demon dorms, not sure why. You'd love to go shopping with her I think. Tucking her phone away again Sammy cocked her head nodding a bit, "Yep, I applied because none of the demons did and I figured it would look good post school."

"Oh." A short reply at first. Olivia was aware of the hierarchy of Halloween of course; her family worked for demons after all - thankfully never mistreated - but she had also simply been told where her place in the world tended to be. And those looks she got when she entered the dorms themselves. It was just not something she thought about, or worried about. So, it wasn't surprising to hear Sammy mention it. Just a little sad to hear it be used in practice. "I'm glad you found those that don't mind, there are many nice demons." As was with many races she encountered.
Even if someone of them were very flammable. Which was a topic that Olivia didn't really want to continue talking about. So, she just kind of... ignored it and settled on the other things. The nicer things, like company and rooms and interesting job opportunities. All while continuing to display affection to the water type scareon. "I do still get to go outside and see it, so I'm alright for now." She smiled, taking another glance up at the zombie on the phone.
"Are you almost done with school?"
