He wasn't sure when it started. Coming here.

When had he made this the 'base' of his operation. Where he started and where he finished what little 'patrolling' he actually did now.

And yet he still walked the path around the park. It was probably a little too obvious to tell that he wasn't really paying attention, or else he would have notice the energy signature that literally popped up on him. He yelped in surprise, jumping and stumbling a bit as his ankle rolled. "So of a bi-" ...Wait a minute. He knew that voice. There was only one person that voice belonged too.

And sure enough when he turned around there was Persephone.

He stared for a minute, not so much noting her appearance other then that she was there and not burned to some crispy pile of ash and husk. He blinked back to reality a second later. He opened his mouth as if to say something.

"YOU SON OF A b***h." The young teen yelled.

"******** you." He snapped, before waving his hand. "Oh no. You stand. Right. ********. There." He was by no means done with her. "As far as I ******** know." He hissed. "I told them all the ******** off and took Alurda home and that was it. I haven't seen hide nor hair of any of them. And do you know why?" The blonde snapped, fishing around in the folds of his tunic.

"Because I have spent the mast month looking for you." Then he threw something, pegging her square in the forehead. "I spend the last month running around this god forsaken city, avoiding EVERYONE, looking for you." Looking to see if she was anywhere."

"As you can imagine, I found nothing. No sign you were alive, hurt or otherwise. And you have the ******** gall to show up a god damn month later and be happy I'm okay?"

"You're an a*****e." He grumbled as he stormed up to her and snatched the pen back. "That's mine by the way. So you can't have it." He snapped. "I see that... Too bad they couldn't do anything for that height issue of yours. Still as short as ******** ever I see. Not all of my 'looking' was powered up. And last time I saw you, I want to remind you, you consisted of shorter hair and a shorter dress." How the ******** was he suppose to know he had to look for a shiny new corrupt.

"Well shows how much I know. I didn't know your name remember?" In hindsight, maybe that would have been a smart thing to learn. He rolled his eyes at the wings. "Always knew you were a dingbat..." Dionysus sighed as he walked back over and dropped his head on her shoulder. "I'm glad you're okay though..." He mumbled.

"It's fine." He grumbled. "You did what you had too. I get it. Just... Why didn't you try to find me. I mean come on Seph. Don't you think me, of all people, would have given you the chance to talk?" His voice grew quiet, almost distant.

Dionysus rolled his eyes, though she couldn't see it. "Mad, sure. That I'll give you. Hate? I don't think we're at that point yet." He snorted, though it sounded more like a sniffle. "That won't be for a while." He mumbled, not bothering to explain further.

"Seph, I can promise you that till the world ends. But that doesn't mean anything." While Persephone might not attack him, that didn't mean other's would do the same. "There's nothing either of us can do about it."
