The Sekkiseki Grotto is a massive training zone that once was open solely to the members of the Kidō Corps. It has now been open to the general public and is believed to be one of the most ideal places to train due to the nature of the material in which the grotto is made of - Sekkiseki, being the mineral that was used to create the protective walls around Seireitei, has the ability to repel all Reiryoku (Spiritual Energy). This makes the Grotto ideal for those who wish to train anything from Kidō to Zanpakuto Abilities, and even an ideal place for individuals to achieve/master their Bankai.
