Seeing as how both our characters are Khajiit and that there's not really that many Khajiit in Skyrim being that its kind of far from Elsweyr, I feel like they should somehow be familiar with each other but I'm not exactly sure how, has you any idea's as far as that goes?

Hmm. I'm not really sure.
Khasrin spends a good amount of time traveling around and such so there is a good chance they could run into each other that way, if she was to meet another Khajiit she would want to get to know them mainly because she lost her mother so young she never truly got to learn about her people.
A lot of their traditions and such are lost to her, even though she has brothers who are Khajiit they don't really like to speak of their people or their past.
With how child like she can be, I can see her seeing him somewhere and literally just gawking[for being so big]/following him.

Yeah I could definitely see them meeting just because Do'Raka is hard to miss even in a crowd. Also because he is somewhat of a womanizer and would probably take it upon himself to talk with Khasrin, but I think I may also make him somewhat knowledgeable about the Khajiit culture and stuff since he was born in Elsweyr. I was also planning on having him talk with all of the Khajiit that he could being that he is in the process of trying to find his father so...sounds like that's somewhat of a plan haha.

We just have to figure out how they run into each other but that is always the fun part : D
They could meet at one of the events c:

Khasrin would want to help him find his father, to her it would be finding out more about their race and helping him finding something she never had. Especially if they got close.

Was wondering if you'd be up to doing some plotting with me? Thanks to losing his father (and indirectly, his mother) to the Dark Brotherhood as a child, Brynjolf isn't particularly fond of them - but, he recognizes the Thieves Guild's need to deal with them sometimes, especially since Maven Black-Briar has her claws in both of their factions.
Perhaps Brynjolf and Khasrin have done business together before? Like, Khasrin was the one sent to the Thieves Guild to discuss some things, or vice versa with Brynjolf being sent to the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary. I can't really think of a way/why they would have any sort of relationship outside of business reasons, but if you can think of one and want to do it, please let me know!
(Not really sure what sort of business it would be. Maybe the Dark Brotherhood had a suspected traitor, so they hired the Thieves Guild to steal some evidence, but also sent along one of their members to keep an eye on him? Or something.)
(Also can't really think of anything for your Legionnaire person. xD; Maybe sort of the same thing - he's dealt with her family for business? They would probably just be strangers, though, unless you can think of something.)
Anyways, just a random little idea that popped into my head. It would make it so that Brynjolf knows Khasrin by sight, so they can skip the introductions in the RP threads. Plus, it seems to make sense to me that Thieves guild members would know Dark Brotherhood members, because their paths tend to walk separate but almost parallel lines. x3 But if you have any ideas of your own, please let me know!

I can defiantly see Khasrin being used that way by Phade, she would want to force her to mature and to also get a break from her being around the Sanctuary since the girl is obsessed with her xD
We could totally turn that whole idea into a 1x1 if you wanted to c:
