~Story~ This is a story between a man that works at a flower shop, and a woman who is new in town.
However, this isn't any normal male or female. They both hold special gifts that may push them together, or keep them apart.
The man who works in the flower shop can regenerate plant life in minutes, sometimes seconds. He notices a decrease in the plant population in town, and he starts to investigate. Learning that there is a new woman who may be the cause of this, he seeks out for her. Little does he know that he may find her in the most obvious place.

25/Earth Regeneration/Art Teacher •± : . : ± : . : ± : . : ±• Watch It Grow... Sarumatsu awoke to his alarm going off. He wished he could get an extra five minutes of sleep, but his bladder said otherwise. Last night he probably consumed more sake than he should have. After using the bathroom, getting a shower, then getting dressed, Saru pulled his hair back in low ponytail. He still had a few moments to spare before work started. He loved working in the flower shop. It was once owned by an old man, who passed it on to him, including the apartment right above it, which is where Saru lives. The room was quiet, something that he wished wasn't always around. He thought about getting a pet, but the amount of time he spent at the shop it would be way too hard to train. Looking at the time, he realized it was time to go.
Walking out the door, he took a deep breath in, and opened his eyes. Saru loved to be outside. It always relaxed him, however, something seemed different today. The green landscape didn't seem as green, and the plants didn't seem as happy. Locking the door to his apartment, he started down the steps touching all of the plants along the way. They all instantly started to perk back up. 'Weird... it's just the beginning of spring.' Shaking the thought out of his head, he walked into the flower shop, and looked at all of the plants. Everything in the flower shop seemed nice and happy. He was perplexed at what was going on, but tried to shake any bad thoughts out of his mind. Watering the plants in the shop, he still waited for any potential customers to come in. ...What A Beautiful Masterpiece! •± : . : ± : . : ± : . : ±• With: Just his flowers

Cold!" ` ❅ . ¸ ¸ . ❅ ´¯` ❅ . ¸ ¸ . ❅ ´ Hana shivered when she awoke and bundled herself further inside her blankets. She could never seem to be warm enough in the mornings, which caused her to want to stay in bed longer than she knew she probably should. After a few more moments, she kicked her blankets off and staggered into the shower. About a half hour later she was dressed and downstairs rummaging through her fridge. She'd only been in the town for about a day now, and wasn't used to it yet. But so far, she liked it; it seemed nice enough. Hana glanced out the kitchen window and saw the sparkly dew on her lawn, no doubt caused by her. She sighed and drew the curtains, then gathered up her things to leave. First thing was first, she needed to buy groceries and some necessities for her new home.
Hana took to the streets, only slightly lost. Mostly, she wanted to take advantage of the early hours to try and find her way around. As she walked, she tried not to notice the slight color change of the nature around her as she passed it. She stopped short before passing a flower shop and glanced around, trying to decide another way to go. If she made grass start to wither by passing it, she'd hate to ruin someone's business from the same result. She glanced inside the window to see the flowers and smiled a bit seeing they weren't touched yet. She knew it was as far as she would go towards them, but she wanted to at least appreciate their beauty a little before going on her way again. ` ❅ . ¸ ¸ . ❅ ´¯` ❅ . ¸ ¸ . ❅ ´ "Ice has a magic can't be controlled." {o.o.c.}

25/Earth Regeneration/Art Teacher •± : . : ± : . : ± : . : ±• Watch It Grow... Seeing a woman standing outside of his shop, a smile worked its way onto his face. Finally finished watering all of his plants, he put the watering bucket down and walked out the door. "Hello, Is there something I can help you with Ma'am?" He could feel a cold breeze tickle his skin. Since it was just coming off of the winter months, he just thought it could be from that. "If you would like to come in, we have an assortment of plants and flowers." Thinking to himself about what he may show her first, he decided it would be the lilies.
As he was about to open the door for her, Saru realized that he had never seen her before. He knew almost everyone since his shop was closer to the center of town. "Oh! Where are my manners? I am Sarumatsu, but you may call me Saru. I am the owner of this fine establishment." He motion his hands to his side to the flower shop. "What might you name be Miss?" He was always open to make friends around town, especially ones that seem to be his age. Noticing the flowers outside slowly wilting again he sighed a bit. "I can't wait for this winter wind to go away. The plants aren't enjoying it at all." He said this with a carefree laugh as he touched the plants and the started to come back to life. ...What A Beautiful Masterpiece! •± : . : ± : . : ± : . : ±• With: Curious potential customer

Cold!" ` ❅ . ¸ ¸ . ❅ ´¯` ❅ . ¸ ¸ . ❅ ´ At the mention of the winter wind, she knew she had to go. Looking at the flowers and possibly getting some would be nice, but she didn't want to risk it. Not yet, anyway. Maybe once she could learn to control the chill she brought with her everywhere. Still, she gave him a polite smile and tightened her jacket around her. Although she couldn't enter his shop, he seemed nice, and she couldn't go without introducing herself like he had done.
"My name is Hana, it's very nice to meet you. You have a nice shop here by the looks of it." She glanced down and tried to hide her surprise at the vibrant looking flowers. Just a moment ago they were starting to be affected by her cold. A flash of relief filled her seeing it, but she knew she had to leave before the plants started to wilt again. "Thank you for your offer, but I was actually on my way to the market for some groceries. I may stop by again though." She knew the last part was false, but maybe one day she'd be able to be around plants without them dying. ` ❅ . ¸ ¸ . ❅ ´¯` ❅ . ¸ ¸ . ❅ ´ "Ice has a magic can't be controlled." {o.o.c.}

25/Earth Regeneration/Art Teacher •± : . : ± : . : ± : . : ±• Watch It Grow... Watching the girl walk off, he kind of sighed to himself. Waving goodbye to the girl he said, "Okay, see you soon!" Looking at his plants, Saru spoke to them, "Well it looks like we are going to have a slow day today." Walking back into his shop, he sat and waited a few minutes. Something about her perplexed him and he was very curious as to what it was. It may have been her suddenness to leave.
Standing up he decided to maybe even help her with her groceries after closing up the shop. Finding her soon than later, thankfully he spoke up, "Mind if I help you? If so I can always go back to my flowers." Saru gave her a smile as he approached. "Or I may just be a little creepy for following you too and you may dismiss me that way." Laughing a bit at what he said noticed they were by the market. "I can pick out the best fruits and veggies too. It's all about how the talk to you!" Probably sounding nuts at this point, he decided to stop talking in fear that she may find him overly creepy. ...What A Beautiful Masterpiece! •± : . : ± : . : ± : . : ±• Sorry, I'm still getting onto his flowershop owner role.

Cold!" ` ❅ . ¸ ¸ . ❅ ´¯` ❅ . ¸ ¸ . ❅ ´ Hana smiled and waved back as took her leave, and tried not to look rushed as she did so. She was thankful there wasn't as much vegetation around inside the town, besides the grass. If she could, she would walk in the middle of the street, but that would draw too much attention. Hearing the man's voice again made her jump a bit. He followed her? Strange.
Hearing his offer, she about turned him down politely, than thought about it. Maybe having someone pick out her produce for her wasn't a bad idea, especially someone who seemed to really know their plants. Usually, she stuck to canned or frozen produce. But it would be nice to have something fresher than that for once. If it could make it to her home without freezing, of course. She just hoped she didn't have to go too near them.
"Hm, you know, sure. Some help would be great, thank you." She said, giving him a kind and somewhat amused smile. "I actually just moved here yesterday, so I do need a lot of groceries. And for the record, you're not creepy. I appreciate your offer, and you work in a flower shop. I'm not surprised you'd say something about fruits and vegetables speaking to you. They're part of nature, grown like flowers are, right?" She added with a tiny laugh. ` ❅ . ¸ ¸ . ❅ ´¯` ❅ . ¸ ¸ . ❅ ´ "Ice has a magic can't be controlled." {o.o.c. Haha, it's fine!}

Hana began to tell him how she was new to town and for someone to help her pick out her groceries, it would be quite helpful. She also confirmed his suspicions that she was new in town as well. With a smile, Saru nodded. "Well you can tell by the way the look, and feel I guess... not physically feel, but... well I don't actually know how to describe it... heh..." He scratched the back of his head embarrassed. "I guess it's weird, but I'm pretty sure everyone here has something special with them. Something just pulls them here." He looked at her with a smile. "I'm sure you were pulled here by something or another." Remembering she had things to do, he started to the store.
Walking inside, they were greeted by freshly baked pies, and sale items. "Oh how I love both of these." He said this with a chuckle referring to the pies and the sale items. Looking down the long stretch of isles to come, he turned to Hana, "So Hana, what do you need here? I'm sure I can find pretty much anything here for you." Now knowing she was new, Saru didn't want to run off on her and get her lost in the store. 'Maybe I should help her home with these things too... It would be awfully rude of me not to. Especially if it's a lot and I didn't even drive here.' Thinking back to his shop, he figured if anyone needed anything they would leave him a note with what they wanted and their address. ...What A Beautiful Masterpiece! •± : . : ± : . : ± : . : ±• Sorry for the wait! >.<

Cold!" ` ❅ . ¸ ¸ . ❅ ´¯` ❅ . ¸ ¸ . ❅ ´ Everyone had something special with them? Hana supposed that was true. As far as being seemingly drawn to the town, she supposed she had been. The scenery in the town was beautiful, especially in spring, she'd heard. Despite the cold gift she brought with her wherever she went, she wanted to see the town for herself. Then one thing led to another. Hana gave Saru a small smile before following him into the market, secretly hoping nothing would be damaged on her arrival.
A delicious smell caught her attention and she dared edge slightly forward towards the baked goods. "Milk, bread, eggs... Well, I have a list. I'll get it out in a second. But Basically, everything." She said with a laugh before looking at the pies again. They were so tempting, probably why they were out at the entrance. Very smart. She weighed her options for a moment, then picked up an apple pie. A slight frost laced the edges where she touched, and she glanced up at Sarumatsu. She hoped he hadn't seen what she had done. "Umm... Are there any carts or baskets around?"` ❅ . ¸ ¸ . ❅ ´¯` ❅ . ¸ ¸ . ❅ ´ "Ice has a magic can't be controlled." {o.o.c. No problems smile }

25/Earth Regeneration/Art Teacher •± : . : ± : . : ± : . : ±• Watch It Grow... Hana started to go over the small things on the list of what she needed. "Okay!" Turning around to start towards the dairy isle. Saru started to walk until he heard her ask about carts. "Oh yeah! You will probably need a cart rather than a basket." Walking to the front of the store, he grabbed a cart and walked back over to her. He saw that she was going to get one of the apple pies. "That is a good pick. Their apple pies are good, buutt their cheesecakes are better! But more expensive." Letting her place the apple pie in the cart, Saru reached over and grabbed a cheesecake. " This one is on me." He said this with a smile to her.
Remembering that she needed eggs and what not he looked over to her. "If you follow me, the dairy isle is this way where, conveniently, you can find all three of those items!" Walking towards the dairy isle, which was on the other side of the store, most of the employee's and some of the towns people waved to him or said hello, which he returned the greeting. "Okay so, eggs, bread and milk? Cheese maybe... Yogurt." All of the possible things that may be a necessity, Saru said out loud, mostly to himself, but still loud enough for Hana to hear him. ...What A Beautiful Masterpiece! •± : . : ± : . : ± : . : ±• Sorry for the wait! >.<

He seemed to get along well with people. Which made sense, he was definitely friendly enough, and she hadn't found anything wrong with him so far. As she walked, she remembered her list and fished it out of her purse.
"Yogurt would be great. I could make some smoothies and things with that." She glanced through her list again, thinking of incorporating some things on her list. It was mostly normal items: frozen vegetables and dinners, canned fruits and small snacks she deemed okay to be around her. Usually she stuck to things that were already frozen or that were well packaged so she couldn't damage them with her cold. But now that someone was with her who could go in the areas she couldn't, maybe she could have something fresh for once. She caught up with Saru to walk beside him and held her list out to him. "This is what I need, but there's always room for more. You know what's good here, and I'll trust your judgement." She said, flashing him a smile. ` ❅ . ¸ ¸ . ❅ ´¯` ❅ . ¸ ¸ . ❅ ´ "Ice has a magic can't be controlled." {o.o.c. It's fine! smile }

25/Plant Regeneration/Flowershop Owner •± : . : ± : . : ± : . : ±• Watch It Grow... Hana caught up with him after grabbing yogurt for smoothies. "Smoothies sound good. Do you make them often?" Saru loved the taste of a fresh smoothie. Especially with fresh fruit. Grabbing eggs, milk and bread. A list was soon handed to him. He felt that it was odd that everything was either canned or frozen. 'Maybe she is afraid the food will go bad if it's fresh. Or was...' Knowing exactly where the fresh produce was, he made his way over there pushing the cart with him. Hoping not to lose her, he made his way in front of berries and other types of tree fruit.
Walking over to the banana's, Saru took close inspection to them. Color, shape, and smell. "Okay, so, if you are going to eat banana's and you want a whole bunch, you would want to make sure they are still a little green, that way when you go to finish eating them, and this is all if you eat one a day, by the last few they will be perfectly ripe." Of course there was more to it, but he was just teaching her the simple things. Now berries were a little more difficult. Looking at them he just picked up a box of raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, and blueberries. "All of the berries are on me. They can be a bit expensive." He wondered if she had a job that brought her here or not. "Do you have a job yet? If not, I could use a hand in the flower shop. It's going to start getting busy." He felt bad not offering if she didn't. He grabbed various vegetables that were on the list and other fruits. "I'm going to help you bring these home if you don't mind that is..." Saru felt that he was sounding a little forceful saying that so he felt a little bad. ...What A Beautiful Masterpiece! •± : . : ± : . : ± : . : ±•

Cold!" ` ❅ . ¸ ¸ . ❅ ´¯` ❅ . ¸ ¸ . ❅ ´ "Yes, I do make smoothies every so often." Smoothies were normally cold anyway, so she could make them without fear of it getting any worse. There were occasions where her powers would intensify and completely freeze her smoothies, but it didn't happen too often. As they neared the produce section, Hana began to walk a bit slower, keeping her distance. She knew he was teaching her things about various fruits, and could see and hear just fine from where she stood. She hoped he wouldn't ask her to come too near as she followed him throughout the isles. The comment about Saru paying for her berries were unexpected, but she smiled. It was a huge help.
The job question caught her off guard. Why hadn't she thought about getting a job before? At the last town she lived in, she had just worked at a ski slope. It was already cold there, so nothing that went on with her had made a difference on the environment. Here was a little trickier. She could work with him; she felt indebted to him for everything he was doing for her already. Maybe if she bundled up enough before going in, she could keep the cold from getting out. It was something she would have to try out. "Oh, that's perfectly fine. It would be a big help, actually. And I may take you up on the offer to work with you. You've helped me out, I need to repay the favor one way or another. Plus, I like your little shop." I just need to figure out how to be around it without destroying your flowers...She added in her head, deciding to test out her new idea later. ` ❅ . ¸ ¸ . ❅ ´¯` ❅ . ¸ ¸ . ❅ ´ "Ice has a magic can't be controlled." {o.o.c.}
