(6 foot and above) Other Information:Background before Joining the Military: Buingu grew up in a village with his sister and father, his mother having died in a attack about a year after his birth. It was when he was 7 that his sister died and he pulled himself into depression due to it being partly his fault. This led him to being quiet though most of his childhood after that and led him towards the army to try and help out with the war. It was here that he found his love of flying high and fast Personality: Buingu is a shy lonely person staying away from others even during briefings or meal times. He is rather scared of people hurting him or people he cares about. Unfortunately the people he cares about really know he does as he doesn't know how to talk to them about being friends with them quiet. Although this is slowly changing about him. Background after Joining the Military: While Buingu is the fastest and can fly higher he doesn't actually have a single kill under his belt directly, while almost all the time he gave reliable information he did make a mistake once and miscounted the amount of Neuroi and that cost them a squad. Buingu blames himself for the miss reading of the enemy. He also holds the record for flying the highest as he achieved sub orbit and does regularly now for his recon missions as its the fastest way to get around. However his uniform is a regal version as he doesn't wear it except special occasions.Witch Ability/Power: Shadow dancer: Buingu is impossible to track while flying due to radar being absorbed into a black fire aura around him as he flies. The black aura allows him to fly faster than almost any one else while masking his signal to everything but he can still be seen. The max height he has achieved so far is 71,500 feet

A couple thing to point out. To be at a speed that'ld be impossible to track by sight, would be lethal due to wind pressure and built up heat, plus a radar is able it pick up objects miles away by movement and sound, easily able to pick fast objects that are no where close to it (not to mention the base wouldn't be able to track him, so they wouldn't be able to help him). Plus, if one can't see him for being so fast, he can't see them, which would defeat the purpose. He can be fast then everyone else, but he still needs to be track able. As being undetectable by radar, you can have his magic jam the radar of his choice (can still go fast) or cloak himself from radar when at a lower speed (for balancing) for example. The Raven Familiar has already been taken and doesn't seem to be related in any way to that character, nor have a similar ability. Since their Raven wasn't specified, it's assumed to be a common Raven. If you specify it's breed, you can still use a Raven Familiar. To my knowledge of Raven breeds (other then common) are: Australian, Thick-Billed, Little, and Forest. This one isn't really a problem, but more to point out. going 71,500 feet in the air means he'ld be around 13.5 miles off the ground. The Troposphere is 9 miles off the ground, which is basically the cloud layer. The cloud layer is 47997 feet above the ground so it shouldn't be too much of an issue when fighting. You don't have to change that, but I though I should note that.

Also radar works by bouncing a electromagnetic wave off a object and when it returns it is 'pinged' the aura that is around him absorbs that 'wave' and therefore it dosn't return to its orgin point and is classed as open air. Its exactly the same way a stealth bomber works (except that also reflects off at weird angles as it cant 100% absorb) also hes a recon person more than a fighter hence why he is so high as well as having such a small weapon in comparison to the lower fighters. (if hes even carrying a weapon) Also he is 'cloaked' from every one so friend and foe however he does have a radio to convey his messages. But i will edit to make it even more clearer.
