- ________________The setting takes place inside of Seireitei's walls, more specifically the Eastern section (the marketplace and the open roads) and the Northern section. The Soul King, accompanied by his fellow Divinity counterparts, have brought a full parade of lights into Seireitei in honor of the final addition to the Gotei being successfully formed after almost five-hundred years. The parade begins at the Eastern Gate and ends at the Captain-Commander's grounds where a speech will be given by the King himself. All Shinigami officers have been invited to partake in the Seireitei-wide celebration and follow the parade floats along the decorated streets. In contrast, Squadron Two has been put on patrol due to the recent events that have occurred across Rukongai and Seireitei. Central 46 has also raised the security ten fold but has chosen to keep these officers withdrawn to not spook the masses. Several Rukongai merchants have been invited inside of Seireitei, also, to sell their goods to the partying Shinigami. With the high-level of stress running amongst all the higher-ranking officials, this night comes more as a hinderance than a celebration. Tensions run high and eyes dart while the music blasts and the floats match onward.
________________There are a total of Fourteen floats; each for a respected Captain and their Vice-Captain. The attendees have been ordered to not leave their floats under any circumstance, rather soak in their cheers. How can one remain dormant when a suspected murderer runs about the Seireitei? Nevertheless, stealthy eyes scan every inch of Seireitei amongst the array of beautiful lights. Meanwhile, I Rukongai, the bright lights of Seireitei can be seen in almost every district and the thump of heavy music shakes the ground below. With only the citizens of the Crimson City being allowed to enter Seireitei this night, the Gatekeepers have been ordered to check all market permits by order of Squadron Three.
________________As the night commences, one can only guess the events that may unfold as all the issues within the four gates are brushed under the rug. Will the night go off without a hitch?
