After the success of his first corruption, General Natron was more than willing to try it a second time. He'd even found himself a suitable target - someone he recognized, he thought, from the DestinyCon mess. A handsome brown-haired violinist with a clever tongue, someone who he was sure would be useful to Infiltration or Information.

The General teleported off the roof, where he'd been observing, down behind the man. "Having a nice evening?"

Aloysius was walking down the street with his viola case in hand, he had just finished yet another tutoring section with a less than skilled violinist. His ears still cringed slightly in rememberence of all the wrong chords and sharp notes. Still, he listened to the sound of the night as he walked. It was calming in a way and allowed him to let his mind stray away from the stresses of his day.

He quickly turned as he felt the presence behind him followed by a voice. It shocked him at first but it only took him a moment to recognize the young man who was now facing him. "Hello, how long have you been following me? Also are there any of those small creatures about, the ones from the con?" He watched the young man carefully, remember how things had quickly gone sour at the con.

Natron grinned a little. "So you do remember," he said. Not that they'd spoken, but he'd been around, even if he was still just a Captain then. Oh, how a few months could change you. "I'm surprised you're not shrieking in fear - you saw what people like me can do. You saw what our monsters can do."

That reminded him, he needed to make a trip into the Rift. A personal youma would be incredibly useful.

"None around right now, I'm afraid. And by the by - they're properly called youma. If you're curious."

Aloysius smiled slightly, he liked the sound of youma for the monsters' name. "I remember quite well, the interruption that was caused left me with less profit that I would have liked for my work. I know that you and your group are capable of quite a bit but, as to the nature of your goals, I am more interested than scared."

He shifted his viola from one hand to the other and outstretched his free hand to the young man who faced him. "I assume you know my name but I feel it would be better to have a proper introduction. My name is Aloysius Sharp, it is nice to meet you in personal setting versus the highly chaotic setting which we originally saw each other."

Natron laughed softly. He looked more amused than anything - certainly not at all offended. "I'd apologize, but it wasn't my op, not really." General Bischofite's brainchild convention had been absolutely brilliant, he had to admit, and had done well for energy draining - though perhaps not always so well for PR.

He took the other man's hand, shaking it. "General Natron," he introduced himself. "My...civilian identity will remain a secret for now, I'm afraid. Unless you're interested in becoming one of us?"

Aloysius mentally noted Natron's firm handshake and nodded in reply to Natron's comment on the con. "I am interested in perhaps joining but I would like to know more before hand. I want to have an idea of what I am getting into, so to speak. I do admire your secrecy so I understand if there is a lack of information available to me as I am a civilian at this point in time. I am quite curious about those youma, is there a limit to their size and range of control?"

He smiled slightly, there was something about those creatures that simply fascinated him. In the back of his mind though, ideas of why he was chosen spun lazily while the conversation went on. Natron looked a bit younger than him but he couldn't be sure because he certainly had a bit of experience with this group of his. "How long have you been in this group by the way, if it is acceptable for me to ask that?"

Natron laughed. "You're smarter than me, I think, I didn't ask nearly as many questions." Painite had offered him information, truth, and the opportunity to protect his planet. He hadn't asked a single thing. "Youma are interesting creatures. Some of them are quite a bit more intelligent than others, and upper-level officers can have their own. I don't, yet, but I intend to find one.

I've bene doing this for a little over a year, by the by - took that long to go from Lieutenant to General."

Aloysius smiled a bit more and laughed along with Natron, he didn't seem all that bad of a person so far. That didn't mean much in the long run because different situations call for different reactions but this was a nice pace so far.

"That is quite a complement coming from a General. Although I would like more information I think the option of having my own youma one day tips the scales towards me joining even more so than before. I do congratulate you on your rising through the ranks in a short period of time, you must be quite skilled in that sense."

Natron shook his head. "Some rose far quicker than I did - it took me some time to find my place and stand out, as it were, but it was worth all the work and effort." He hummed briefly, a little tuneless song, and then put a hand on the violinist's shoulder. "If you're thinking seriously about it, why don't we talk somewhere a little more private?"

And then he teleported both of them to the roof of the nearest building. "This should do. No one ever looks up."

The teleport shocked him slightly but he hid his shock well behind a slight smile. Heights we most definitely not his forte but he wasn't technically scared of them. He just didn't like the lack of escape routes. "This is indeed private, I just hope that there is a way to get down after of course. If there is a limit or not on your teleportation ability. Where do we start though, if I may ask?"

He pondered for a moment and ran through his questions in his head, there were quite a few revolving about the group as well as more questions about what he would have to do as an individual in said group. "Well how about this question, what is the goal or driving ideal behind your group? At this point I have very little knowledge other than what I saw at the con."

"There is, but it takes quite a lot to reach it." Natron replied, eyes on his potential recruit. It was nice to have someone who was interested, engaged, asking questions and not shrieking in fear.

"Overall? This will sound a little grandiose and possibly somewhat crazy, but - protecting Earth from an alien threat." He knew well how crazy that had to sound to most people. "You saw the people at the con, the ones in white and light colors, sliding magic around? They are Senshi and Knights, they do not belong here, and it's the job of the Negaverse to keep our home safe from them."

Aloysius nodded and shifted his viola again since his arm was beginning to get stiff. "Good to know, I would hate for that ability to run out in the middle of something."

Natron's next statement did sound a little crazy but as Aloysius thought about it, there really wasn't much evidence to prove his point wrong. "Tell me more about these aliens, where do they come from? Are they easy to spot out of a crowd since they have the white outfits or because they use magic? What can we do to stop them and send them away?" He really didn't like the idea of aliens invading or even taking over seats in his orchestra. If they looked like everyone else that made things worse.

"That's where it ets a bit more complex," Naton said, frowning, "because just like officers, they maintain human civilian identities - and there's magic that prevents us from recognizing them. One of my best friends, a girl I grew up with and practically called sister, was a Senshi. I didn't,t know until she told me, right before she swapped sides." This was the worst prt, really.

"They could be anyone. Anywhere. And you wouldn't know unless they were powered up. Real paranoia inducer. As for how to stop them..." He grinned slightly. "We don't have a way to send them back, but," he summoned his kusarigama, twirling it around his hand, "this isn't just for show."

"That is a bit of a predicament, they could even be some of my musican rivals or friends. The magical glamour sounds really useful for us though. I expect that if it was not such a thing, then it would have been quite difficult to lead a normal life fate an event like Destiny Con." The thought of them hiding amongst the groups of people walking about the university both disturbed him and excited him. If there were aliens around there must be other people like Natron at his school which would mean he could see even more views of their group.

"What do you mean by switching sides though? Are there aliens who are less inclined to invade and take over?" After a moment an question popped into his head, it had been dwelling quietly in the background of his mind since he had begun thinking about joining. "What kind of changes will happen to me or will have to happen to me in order to join? Will I retain my memories as a whole or will I be made to forget certain things?"

Aloysius watched the weapons with peaked interest. "Would a bow or a crossbow be allowed, I do have to say I have a lack of skill with up and personal fighting due to my glasses."

Natron had to restrain his excitement. Curiosity was the absolute best thing he could have asked for - he would recommend this one for Information, once he was ready to specialize. Plus, it gave him the opportunity to talk a lot about his organization.

"To take your questions one at a time - yes, there are aliens, Senshi they're properly called, who are willing to work with us. Some of them directly serve with the Negaverse. Others form the Dark Mirror Court, and we're...well, we aren't enemies." He sighed. He'd preferred an alliance with the Court, that was easier.

"In order to join, you tell me you want to, and then I recruit you - which, fair warning, involves me putting my hand in your chest and grabbing your starseed, which can really only be described as the physical manifestation of your soul, and it hurts like a b***h. It'll be among the worst pain you've ever experienced until you get promoted." Blunt and up-front was clearly the best way to address this. "Your memories won't change. The ones that come over from the other side...they lose memories. My friend forgot her entire civilian life. But new recruits don't.

Physically, most of the changes will come while you're in your powered form. You'll run faster, jump higher, punch harder. You'll also be able to drain energy from individuals - which the Negaverse requires to fuel operations and the creation of more youma. You'll be able to take starseeds from both powered and civilian individuals - which does kill the person you took it from, but this is a war, and people die. Eventually, you'll be able to teleport." He took a breath. "As for weapons, you'll start out with something silly and useless. I had a dodgeball; my partner has plastic throwing knives. Your body and your physical prowess are your first weapons, and you'll learn to use them well - a proper killing machine comes later. Perhaps a crossbow, or a spear, or chakrams - it can truly be anything."
