Abigail is a pompous woman who flirts with anyone worth spitting in their direction. She neglects her children not caring about them for she blame them for her loss as the heir to her family's fortune and her comfy lifestyle as well as the death of her beloved ex-boyfriend, whom was the father of the two girls, and the force of her having to move to the "poorer" areas of the walls. Abigail is an extreme flirt, like said before, and she's also very possessive when it comes to her liking someone.

Abigail was of pure German descent and being a pure decent was rare. Those who were of pure descent were looked up upon as well as considered valuable. Men looked at her while other females would envy her. She had beauty, wealth, popularity, as well as her pure descent. Abigail would often flaunt herself around with the boys to get attention. She thought she could anything and anyone she wanted being the spoiled girl she was. The young German girl would flirt with many but only had eyes for one type of boy: a wealthy, purebred. Luckily, living in the Inner District made it more easy to find a wealthy lad but as for purebred it was not. Just about everyone to her was a filthy mutt until she came across Gale Asayami when she was taking a casual stroll.
Gale was a boy belonging to a well-known wealthy family who was a few years older than Abigail. He was also half Japanese which Abigail really liked. The two liked each other instantly and began dating. Her parents refused to let her marry believing that she is too young so in retaliation she would often either sneak over to Gale's place or vice-versa where they would show their love for each other.
Abigail was no more than 16 when she became pregnant with her two girls and the father, Gale, was not pleased. Both knew that they would be in extreme trouble and neither of them wanted to deal with it. Gale instantly broke up with Abigail and the next day committed suicide so he would not have to face the responsibilities of facing his mistakes. Abigail, on the other hand, could not bring herself to commit such a thing and tried to have an abortion. Since Humanity needed all the people it could have doctors would never allow abortions. She could not bring herself to drink finding the substances disgusting so she had to keep the baby.
When her family found out they sent her away so she would not disgrace the family. She was given a small amount of money and sent to live behind Wall Rose as well as forbidden to take over the family's fortune. Abigail hated her life. She couldn't flirt with anyone because of her stomach and she couldn't have what she wanted with what little money her parents gave her. Her life went from paradise to trash in a matter of a few weeks. She gave birth to two healthy baby girls and when she heard there were two of them she became furious. With two children that meant less time for herself and it also meant that the money her parents gave her wouldn't be enough since it was only meant to sustain her and one child. So, Abigail had to get a job.
Abigail became a night worker as the children became 10, which is when the funds from Abigail's parents ran out. Abigail would be gone for hours always with a different man and when she was actually home she would drink and curse at the two girls calling them mistakes and saying that they destroyed her life.
She didn't even notice when Krista ran off to the military. Instead, she continued her "job" and continued saving up money. As the years passed she realized that the two girls were no longer home. She figured that they had grown up and moved out to do what poor people do. Abigail soon raised enough money to move back into Wall Sina. It had taken her years to raise the money and she had to do things to get it but to her, having the protection of Wall Sina and the luxury was well worth it for now she can flirt with the more "suitable" people in life.
She enjoys the fact that her youthful beauty has yet to leave her but fears that it may start leaving soon. She also fears that she'll scare away men with her "old" age so she is very conscious about it.
