*Bio: Vince’s family was killed during a titan attack in the outer walls. His brother and him survived and took care of each other. When his brother, Zecane, was old enough he joined the ranks of the military and choose the path of the Scouting Legion and became the youngest Captain known, next to the young Lieutenant. Vince would have joined the military but chose not to join by request of his brother, who does not want to lose the last of his family. So instead he moved to Wall Sina and opened a tailor shop and also plays his violin in the parks to earn extra money.
*Other/notes: Secretly trains in his basement so he is ready in case Wall Sina is breached. He is disgusted that the Military Police think they are all safe and just use their power to push people around. Since he is the brother of the Captain of the Scouting Legion, the Military Police don’t touch him since they know of the stories of how good Zecane is in fighting.
