Our beloved Captain, LOTF, has had the internet to his house cut off until the end of this month. I know that isn't such a very long time (only about 15 days or so), but it will still be hard for him to handle, being away from Gaia. I talk to him sometimes on the phone and will be bookmarking this thread to show him when he gets back online. Please leave some inspirational messages or whatever to him and I'll make sure he gets them. ^_^

I only quit when I actually forget about it. Meaning when I'm:
A) Sick.
B) Playing Runescape
C) Playing Furcadia.

I switched apartments in the same complex, and Verizon took 17 days to re-hook up my DSL. Before that, I moved 19 blocks and they took 21 days to reconnect me. The motto of the story? Verizon sucks toxic waste from between the toes of a mutant camel that resulted from a near miss nuclear strike. And they should die. And so now I pay 20$ a month, more than I should have to, to get DSL. Just so I don't have to do business with Verizon.

Once I had to get business lines moved to a new building in our New Jersey office. Verizon was the only game in town then ... what a cluster.
