Annah is actually a very out going person. She loves to talk and get to know people. She hates when there are people not wanting to talk. She really hates silence. It reminds her too much of her empty house without her husband. Hence, she's always talking. She used to be a little more reserved, but once the Titans came through the gate she realized life is too short and things like that can happen at any time. She has learned to be more friendly and caring She's always willing to lend an ear or a shoulder. She only wants to help those that are suffering. She's coming a bit of a councilor. She can seem a bit jittery and jumpy at times. She's also very crafty and makes a lot of the clothes she wears.

Annah had been born inside the walls and with her parents being poor, she was born within Wall Maria. She had no qualms with that, her father being a strong and brave man who worked in the fields and her mother a caring and loving woman who taught her all she knows. Her mother also tried to shelter her as much as she could, though Annah loved to be outside. Love to draw and paint all she saw. Being such an escape artist something got her in trouble since she did like to try and steal some food here and there. She got caught by a trainee who wished to join the Survey Corps. They talked a lot, whenever they could. Annah started to fall in love with Wayt and he with her. They got married before he joined the Survey Corps, even though they were young. She waited for him every time he left, her mother always worrying and telling her not to expect him back.
Then the Colossal Titan appeared and destroyed her simple and quiet life. She had to run away from her mother, her father, and her husband had to try and help. He ended up dying. She fell into depression for a while, but she learned to pick herself. She knew her family would not want to see her this way. She was able to survive, she was alive, and she needed to live.

Animals really love her, especially a squirrel she named Maretil. He is still stuck in Wall Maria.
