Aneira blinked, cheeks till flushed as she looked into the boys eyes, somewhat hindered by his dark fringe.
"Yes, I am the only heir." She said softly, neutrally. The pinkette had come to terms with her position long ago. She would marry and her husband would gain control of the company. She was only there to make her husband look better. Like fancy, talented jewelry.
Aneira smiled softly at his last comment. She owned the very same violin. It was a beautiful instrument and created the sweetest sounds. "Thank you, but the credit is my fathers." And then a regretful sigh escaped her painted lips. "He'll be cross when he sees my hands." She was supposed to perform for a number of his meetings this week.
Dierek Rosewood was a great businessman and always held a demonstration of his instruments when meeting with a potential buyer. Aneira just o happened to be the one to play them. She was supposed to play her cello and violin this week. That was going to be a bit difficult.
"A-and your name is?" The pinkette asked a bit uncertainly. She hadn't seen him around the club before.

"A-and your name is?" The pinkette asked a bit uncertainly. She hadn't seen him around the club before. As the First Aid kit was brought to them, the Englishman accepted it with a small nod, and wasted no time getting it open. Cloth bandage, a towel, hydrogen peroxide, and cut and scrape balm were selected before snapping the case shut.
" Yanagi Foster, Miss Aneira-- it's a delight to meet you. " He looked up from the task at hand to flash her a small grin. Fingers so used to delicate tasks made quick work dampening the square of material with the disinfectant and lightly dabbing at her wounds. " Mm. These wounds don't look as bad as I expected. I'm glad. "
From there, he made quick work of the rest-- nimbling applying the soothing balm, and carefully wrapping the bandages with a gentle touch. The Virtuoso carried a sort of air about him-- warm, gentle, dignified, but always just a touch sad.
" There. That should do it, " The youngest Foster informed her with satisfaction, admiring his work. " I can't tell you how many times I've had to patch up my fingertips from practicing the strings. When you love the art of music as much as I do, it's a bit of an occupational hazard. " The boy chuckled softly. " Has been since I was a small child-- of course, that's what I get for being the prodigal son of Himiko Akiyama. " That name should ring a bell. Himiko Akiyama was one of the great solo string instrumentalist of the past three decades.

Aneira winced slightly as he cleaned the scraps before applying the soothing balm and bandages.
"T-thank you Yanagi-san." The pinkette said softly, before laughing. "Yes, usually my fingers are my only worry, but I am quite clumsy." It was nice talking to another musician. Aneira found it relaxing. Even if her enthusiasm wasn't as tangible. Her true love was fashion.
Powder blue eyes went wide at the knowledge of his parentage. "Wow, your mom is an amazing musician." She breathed. "Do you ever feel daunted by her?"

" Heh, she is, " Yanagi admitted a but sheepishly. " Ah, well, quite a bit, at first. It was difficult, growing up in her shadow, as a musician-- there's a lot of expectation. " He cast his gaze to the side. " But, well...with time, I developed my own style, my own comfort zone, within the musical genre. It's so different from hers that people stopped comparing us, and that took the pressure off somewhat. It's all about being true to yourself, instead of what others want. " It's a shame that I won't get to write and preform half the pieces I'd like to before...well, my grand finale. Catching the melancholy that'd crossed his face, he promptly replaced it with a smile. " So tell me, Miss Aneira-- what is it that YOU like to do? Music aside, I mean? "

The pinkette's head listed to the side and she blinked her bright powder blue eyes in curiosity. Why did he look so sad? A dash of envy shot through the girl, but it was quickly stamped down by years of lessons and grooming.
"Well, it wasn't exactly my choice to learn to play. I was born a Rosewood, it was required. I much prefer fashion. To placing seemingly different pieces together and watching them form this outfit that's just perfect." She breathed passionately beforeing her eyes locked on his and she flushed scarlet. "B-but I very much enjoy my violin. Especially since I learned to use it with a synthesizer. It's quite fun, though my father would be cross if he found out." Aneira added in a mumble.
"T-thank you again, a-about my hands I mean." She added quickly, looking at the bandages that covered her palms.

" A-ah, fashion? R-really, now? " First, the pink hair. Then, the cute demeanor. And now, A PASSION FOR FASHION? It felt like fate had swiftly just kicked him in the gut. He wanted to swear under his breath, or flip a goddamn table, but it wasn't as if any of this were Miss Aneira's fault. He cleared his throat, perhaps a bit too audibly. " Mm. You'll have to show me some of your work sometime. "
A small, playful smile crossed his face, and he pressed a finger to his lips. " I won't say a word about the synthesizer, promise. And it was a pleasure to help. "

If her head wasn't already tilted to the side it would have as she watched his cheeks flush. She wondered what she had said to illicit such a response.
"O-oh, well, I threw this together." She commented softly, indicating the white button up, black sweater, and shorts she was wearing. The cream panda hat hasmd threaten to slip from her her on more than one occasion during their conversation. "B-but I usually do more sweet lolita outfits because it matches my hair." Aneira added, idly playing with a strange of her pink hair. "Though, if I stick with the punk look I may hair to dye it." She added a touch regretfully.
The pinkette flushed adorably and smiled. "Thank you Yanagi-san--well actually it would be Yanagi-sempai since you're a third year huh?"

Yanagi's emerald eyes lingered just a bit longer than they probably should have upon the pink locks, before tearing his gaze away. " Ah, that'd be a shame--er! I mean, of course, I'm sure whatever you wanted to do with it would look lovely. " The boy caught himself. This whole situation was just getting more and more complicated, wasn't it? As she called him ' Sempai ', he grinned sheepishly, scratching lightly at a cheek. " Please, Miss Aneria, just use ' San ', if any honorific at all. I may be a year ahead of you, but we're the same age.~ "

Aneira blushed, powder blue eyes blinking rapidly. "D-do you like pink?" She asked softly, before turning her eyes away and smiling.
"O-of course Yanagi-san. I still confuse the honorifics sometimes." The pinkette admitted with a laugh.
