xx Xemnas Yoshihiro Zaxaria - ゼムナス 義弘 ゼロ "You would have to be half mad, to dream me up." ___________________________________________________________________ .. Basic Criteria
Name | Xemnas Yoshihiro Zaxaria [Formerly Vertigo Zexal Corsaire] Alias| Deus ex Machina, Neo Toymaker, The Hatter, and XYZ Gender | Biologically identified as male [Personally claims no "set" gender] Race | Shinigami [Considers himself an undiscovered species] Affiliations | First Division, Gotei Fourteen, Thirteenth Division Rank Held | Consultant, Escapologist, Illusionist, Latent Criminal, Psychologist .. _______________________ Numerical Files
Birth Date | The twenty-fourth of March [24/3 (the birthday of Harry Houdini] Astronomical Sign | The sign of Aries | the sign of the Serpent Age | One-thousand-five-hundred-sixty-six [1,566] years of age
.. _______________________ Physical Attributes
Blood Type | AB, RhD Negative [AB-] Height| One-hundred-ninety centimeters Weight | Eight stone eight Ethnicity |
If inquired on the matter, Xemnas would attempt to justify his belief that he is of no known true "ethnicity", claiming to be, even, a species yet discovered, though of which is beyond him. Although it is true that he, as well as all others, are unaware of the racial existence of his inherent parental figures, seldom is it that one might believe his claim of transcending the known ethnically apparent reality. In actuality, his history would prove to be rather meshed if one were to uncover it, with himself tinged directly by American, Australian, British English, Japanese, and Scottish descent, others beyond the generation not included. With his unbeknownst parents having possessed a pedigree comprised of, predominantly, mid-eastern encounter, the offspring adopted a moderately tan tone of skin, though considerably more pale than most. If its natural mien were allowed visibility, another would be easily capable of comprehending further his true derivation, however, undertaking a purposefully unorthodox shade of the fairest, muted, porcelain skin, it might be more probable, his continuation beyond that of present recognition. Eye Color |
In their often darkish and obfuscated hue, the eyes of Xemnas possess an unorthodox trait, wherein they are not identical with one another. To a foreigner, this may be recognised as the birth defect known as heterochromia, but the history of the spheres tells otherwise, one only being truly his own. His eye, a deep shade reminiscent of the red of fermented, settled wine, resides on the rightmost portion of his face. The tone seemingly not apparent in either of his progenitors, it should be assumed that they are of recessive origin. That would be to say, however, if one or the other were capable of being identified. Reflecting light in their wake still provides visibility enough for the pupil, however, without it, they may be noticeably less outstanding, if not invisible, when without intensive focus; it contrasts immensely the leftmost side of his face. Shrouded often by his waning fringe exists an eye whose iris proves to be hinting a clear and almost citrus, vermillion green. Belonging to his lover, this was one of various bodily fragments claimed after her death, each with its own justification; the eye was believed to assist himself in seeing what Alice saw, perhaps the reason why he had to lose her so suddenly. Some that are partially aware of this history [or are familiar with his relationship with his once wedded] determine that the red in appearance relates to the blood of his passed beloved, their connection so potent that it physically manifested upon his person, the other merely a reminder of her presence. Physical Description|
Despite what one might assume from his above-average height of one-hundred-ninety centimetres, Xemnas' physical body is particularly lacking in the field of muscular definition, resultant of his once predominant inability to accomplish extensive corporeal work [albeit this has altered in recent times, him utilising motor skills at a far more frequent rate]. He is also underweight, though this is not influenced solely by the defective heart condition that he had possessed during his lifetime. Contrary to what might seem to be evident, Xemnas is far from malnourished, and consumes a much greater amount than the common individual might [especially foods with high concentrations of fat content], however a high metabolism prevents the majority of weight gain from eating. Relative to this, his body is frame and structure is rather sharp, and while not excessively stark as one might think of a man of his nature, he appears to be quite average. Throughout the majority of his body, Xemnas' skin appears to be pristine in that it has not been permanently blemished or injured but once. Resultant of an implant that bestowed upon him the prolonging of his life, but at the cost of the life of she who was most dearest to him, various scar lines exist across the expanse of his right breast tissue. The male having required life support due to an ineffecient heart [caused by recurring heart attacks throughout his lifetime, subsequently influencing congestive cardiac failure], he became unable to extensively stress his person, lest it further his already disorderly health. His wife, stricken ill and prematurely destined an undesired death, quite literally, offered her heart to allow Xemnas to continue with his reality and find prosper. Thus, he came to possess a considerably binary vascular system, no longer requiring the support of a machine to retain life. Wardrobe |
Casual | [ x ] | Original Status: Present
Adorned with the most eccentric choice of attire, Xemnas' common wear appears foreign, to the vast majority, as its style is derivative of no solely recognised origin, and is, considerably, a fabrication of multitudinous regions' traditions accompanied by a certain trait of imagination. This selection of clothing proves to be a tangible result of the concoction that is the debonair's appreciation for clothing and an unstable mindset, adhering to no true limitations, failing to acknowledge such laws. Comprised primarily of four significant portions- footwear, jacket, shirt, and trousers- it may seem, basically, conventional and ordinary, though its specifications are what separate it from most other formes of dress. The undermost layer is consistent of a purple, slim dress shirt [always ironed, lacking in any display of crease], buttons concealed by a grey cover, with a frilled collar adorned by a black, fluffed, unattended cravat, and black, puffed breeches, unfastened at the knees, so as to accommodate for the usual restriction of the legs that the trousers would cause. Beyond this, one might locate a rather significant segment of the dress, an open, stylised, white overcoat is worn above all other pieces of clothing, though failing to cover the shoulders, cut with a low rim, holding fast unto the body with a pair of chest belts. Formal | [ x ] | Original Status: Lost
The most regal of Xemnas' dress, his formal attire proves to be quite accentuating of every detail. Lieutenant | [ x ] | Original Status: Lost
Unlike the majority of residents of the Seireitei, Xemnas was reluctant to readily don the standard shihakushō of the Shinigami, let alone the badge representative of Lieutenancy. As a result, though still compliant in their wearing, he dresses with as little respect toward the clothing as one could achieve, without asking an unnecessary amount of effort of themselves. Under common circumstance, this would not be tolerated, however the mental state of the character proved to be far too unstable to allow refute to be a considerable possibility. Wholly thickened in fabrics, the robe is worn more similarly to an overcoat than any other article, formally and modestly covering the attire beneath, hind trailing backward in a single tail-like style, providing leeway for slacks, the garbed refusing to adorn himself with the traditional hakama. Heavily modified, it would require much effort for one to distinguish the resemblance. Seemingly a black pea coat with thin white trim, it folds over once, across the chest, the shoulders also bare, similarly to the wearer's casual dress. However, the pale undergarment layer of the shihakushō is not left untouched, being tweaked to close the aperture not concealing the chest and neck. This design is completed with the addition of loose threads that are used to firmly grasp the coat's positioning, as well as a signature cravat. The emblem, on the other hand, is placed on the length of Xemnas' right forearm- considered odd that he chose this location, as opposed to the upper arm, the justification for this course of action is so that he may utilise it as a conventional tool or weapon, if he so desire. In regards to his otherwise attire, his preferred garb is similar to most other choices of clothing, though slightly more regal in atmosphere. Entirely monochromatic in the black scale, it also appears to be harsher, with a respectively more solemn ambiance.
.. _______________________ Personal Attributes
Quirks Naturally, as a result of many mental disorders and his Zanpakutō, Xemnas possesses multitudinous personalities, with his own rarely being seen by others. Most often, when viewed through an external and linear lens, the male appears to be nothing less than a carefree soul with absolute ignorance towards the world; seldom serious and never ceasing to retain a flamboyant smile- breaking it only in the most dire of situations [that is, by his definition of the word]-, he displays a personality reminiscent of a child that has yet to realise that the world is not consistent only of "fun and games". Xemnas is an epicentre of grandiose, while his personality majorly represents grandeur and eccentricity, though it rests on a very thin line of sanity, and is often considered to have already passed such, considering the relation between his age and character. Though this remains true, he is rather polite in conversation, despite the fact that he holds himself and his speech quite dramatically- though this doesn't mean that he hides any of himself during a chat, and often fidgets or finds distraction to keep himself intact when found necessary. It also does not put him higher than one that would ignore or interrupt their conversational partner, as it would be a blessing that he is listening to every word being spoken. It is unaware to him that these things are considered "rude", as they were never earnestly melded into or taught. He majorly presents himself as harmless to those who are clueless of his true nature, though this is a very select few; a disposition that is rarely seen, even by its owner. Despite this, Xemnas can accidentally present himself as rather sarcastic, not knowing that others might take offense to it- another detail of etiquette that he was left without. Upon seeing through this innocent guise, though, he openly changes his personality to reveal something of a more selfish, manipulative, and rather borderline take [more proper of a latent criminal, some might say (that is, if they knew that this male was precisely the one and same)]. If not clear that he is out of his right mind, by this point, it is far from difficult for others to determine that he possesses a very outstanding and outlying personality. He then reaches a point of destroying other peoples' lives and twisting their thoughts, beliefs, and lives simply for his own achievement, having even shown the ability to force his conversational partner into committing suicide with nothing more than his eloquence in speech. This is easily supported by his bipolarity disorder, which openly displays that he houses an extremely wide and sporadic range of emotions, thoughts, and mindsets leaving himself as rather unpredictable. He has no qualms in killing those who might stand before him, and holds no resentment for the lives of which he decides to take. Despite this, when given an opportunity to be at his utmost eccentricity- whilst still having refrained from entirely revealing himself-, such as an event as a party, he will take into the offer more than willingly. Due to his eclecticism, emotions are not things that Xemnas tends to stow away when not wearing a fake persona, although as a result of his extremely carefree and hedonistic nature, he doesn't care much about the opinions of others, although there is a darker and more maniacal face behind the generally wild and excitable mask that he most often wears. Upon discovering his true identity or perhaps his nature of origin, the external personality alters to correlate with the change, becoming a far more sadistic and insane manner, relishing in others' misery and suffering for his own pleasure. In this stage, Xemnas takes every opportunity he can reach to upset others by mocking them, deliberately provoking them, or even bringing up and prodding at a sensitive topic, simply for enjoyment. Despite its crudeness, this persona is not the full extent and range of what he harbors within himself. Although it is rare that he exhibits the colder side of his personality, when annoyed, upset, or irritated, he reaches the point where he would excessively torture a person. Though it is uncommon that such a state is reached, certain sides of it openly reveal themselves in everyday and generic conversation, however not necessarily entirely. Though, when pushed to a certain limit, these aspects reveal themselves easily, seeing that he is unable to contain certain traits of himself due to the wavering effects caused by his disordered mind.
Hikaru Hiroyuki Takamori | Twenty-One Years-of-Age Borne of Xemnas' attempt to adhere to a religious lifestyle with optimism toward bettering his existence to become more socially acceptable, Hikaru possesses an evidently stoic and seemingly non-existent personality whose focal point is represented by balance. He is quite reserved, and because of this, favours solitude, though this is incapable of translating to him being alone. However, despite his preference of quietude, he is not one to restrain speech during conversation, if found at all necessary. Neither shy nor stark, he, rather, believes in equality and freedom, allowing himself more than enough right to speak, despite whatever audience he may be entertaining. Resultant of his mannerisms, Hikaru has adapted to becoming quite intelligible, predominantly referencing both his personal philosophies and desire for solitude. The majority of his time, when blessed by the latter, is spent reading novels [especially of the humanitarian and informative genres] or studying areas of his intrigue [of which primarily consist of religion and society]; these, despite what miniscule amount he may acquire, prove to satiate his specificity of curiosity, asking little of the world and respecting what is proposed. Due to the pastimes that he so frequently partakes in, Hikaru remains with a rather calculative, perceptive, and vastly capacitive mind, though still retaining a well intact idealistic view of his own beliefs. As a generality, because of this, curiosity leads his process of thought to circulate life, its purpose, and, simply, its existence. In often scenarios, his mind seems to be located in a plane elsewhere from his physical person, which has a tendency of making conversation problematic, when the situation may arise. Not an act of disrespect, he may well be unaware of the fact that another is making an attempt at conversation, unless made blatantly obvious to an extent capable of breaking his train of thought; his interest in humanity would not allow him to disregard another, if the option were so available. As cause and effect by this appreciation toward all formes of life, he claims pacifism, evidently providing a time of ease throughout standard communication. In a combative scenario, suited to this philosophy, he often refuses to fight, and will valiantly attempt to have the opponent comprehend his humanitarian views. He accepts the fact that there exists no purpose in wasting the life of another in such a brutal manner, or any, for that matter. Physical confrontation, in actuality, is the final plane of his will, and while in opposition of it, is incapable of resorting to a variant method during certain scenarios, lest he lose grasp of his own reality. If forced to partake in combat, he is often more so reserved and defensive, focusing more on the safety and well-being of both parties, refusing to allow the other to be harmed for justification not righteous of nature. Though true, and while Hikaru does retain a respect that emanates throughout all formes of life, his reason for solitude is that he believes each person must find or construct their own path, without the assistance of a separate individual, meaning that, while he may believe others to be of a significance far surpassing himself, he is incapable of truly helping them, and merely acts as a force that might allow realisation. This has caused his personal existence to be predominantly empty, serving others instead of himself, however, he remains unaware in regards to what it is to survive reality in an otherwise, lacking in justification as to why it could be advantageous to alter his lifestyle. As another result of these beliefs of equality, he is seemingly emotionless, allowing himself to respect every aspect of life without forming unfair judgement or opinion. Despite this, he knows well that God kills without discrimination, and he is willing to do just the same if the matter calls for such actions to be taken. He believes that any person of whom he might kill is entirely out of mercy for their soul; his name is synonymous with the god that he knows so well, and will act on his behalf.
Dionisio-Kiyomaru Harue Carmen-Kafk | Seventeen Years-of-Age Having been birthed to accommodate for Xemnas' traumatising upbringing, Kiyomaru was designed to possess a very identifiable and stark personality, in comparison to that of most others. Not knowing him well [or, for that matter, to any extent], he displays himself as very outlying and outstanding through means of unusually drastic amounts of eccentricity. His often casual persona is comprised only of this distracting presence, both unintentionally and purposefully acquiring the attention of others, depending on the matter at hand. In most- if not all- scenarios, Kiyomaru speaks his mind without thinking as a result of an attention deficit disorder, leaving his speech often skewed, spontaneous, and sporadic. Due to this, the majority of his emotions are not generally details of himself that he hides from others, openly allowing every aspect of himself to freely wander the atmosphere that surrounds himself. His flirtatious and perverse mindset is one of his most noticeable traits, simply because of the amount of which is unrestrictively present. However, it is more common to witness him in a state of childish ignorance, acting as if having been never raised nor taught proper mannerisms. However, with incentive enough, there does exist a darker personality behind his innocent exterior. When Kiyomaru is not perversely interested in a person- and occasionally when he is-, with reason enough, he proves a character far more cruel than those that one would generally witness. As a late effect of his upbringing, he is both masochistic and sadistic, which do have an underlying presence during events as casual as "normal" conversation- which, to some, may not seem normal to begin with. Due to these traits, there also exist habits that have become a part of Kiyomaru's standard living. The most prevalent of these includes a fetish for blood, wherein it is required that he witness an abundance of the substance within a twenty-four hour time period, otherwise he will be forced into a state of blood lust. These show a much darker side to himself, however, even in scenarios where these traits are openly presented, it is uncommon that he would lose his foolish and stark nature. In more open and public conversation, Kiyomaru is rather loud and speaks with rough language. Despite this, he enjoys playing with the minds of others, proving to be the case for any taunting or anything or like, more often than not. Upon closer perception and the formation of a relationship, he evidently poses one of two possibilities: possessing a far more "tsundere" personality in comparison to his evidently outstanding external appearance, or taking the dominant stance, claiming a person as a result of sheer interest.

xxAn Insight Into Reality ____________________________________________________________ .. “Well, I never heard it before, but it sounds uncommon nonsense.” Chapter Zero Prologue [A Premeditated Glimpse Into the World of Sanity (Or, Lack Thereof)] Time Frame? Non-Applicable - No Existent Time Frame; Never Occurred "A mien upon initial glance or a semblance upon the last; to appreciate is not necessarily to entertain."
Emotions and their brethren remained omnipresent objects of blatant curiosity that would only be forever left unknown and untouched by those who possessed them. Such things were, in the mind of the intellectual few who could only begin to comprehend anything of the sort, found better to be quaint in the lives of those bestowed by their sheer prowess- some odd that was far more substantial than any other strength that one could possibly identify in their own lifetime. Disbelief is not uncommon in any society with an intelligence whose prowess is anything of the moderate variation. The minds of any collective were only a group to be inevitably left unheard of- despite quantity, quality only reaches certain extents that are always and only lacking in the often misplaced fantasy that many have come to know as "perfection". It was only clear to those who were willing to believe that this immaculate goal of sheer desire was something to only be uncovered as unattainable no matter how many times a person might be reincarnated into a new life, immersed within a new reality where they could once again attempt to achieve their impossible dream. It was only emotion that would allow these major lies to so willingly sneak into and harbor themselves within the complexities of the mind now weakened by a foe possessing far more than enough experience. Staring into the past and its ways, a person can only come to see a collection of intelligent people, all of whom had found a true worth and reason for their existence in the life that they lived. The majority of these few, however, had displayed only cruder viewpoints. Although humans possess their well renowned vast intelligence, such simple details as emotions will only stand ahead of it whenever possible. These were mistakes that people were unwilling to fix- flaws that, for more than unknown reason, were left to only be untouched throughout eternity. It seemed that none would know why this came to reign true, and it was only judged by the lot to be best kept in this quiet manner. This was the reality that so few inevitably result in shying away from. It is only emotion that causes a person to lead their life astray from any course. It was only ever a war between the two largest decisive figures functioning within the machine known as the human body. Only is it in silence that a person truly realises what life it is that they are living. Priorities retain their appearances and externalities, but anything- even the most miniscule of details- beyond that point become lost in a space that, upon certain speculation, are simply non-existent. So often is it that a mind- and, as is accordingly, an entity- will become devoid of the true essence of its soul through basic interactions that have come to be known as nothing less than average in any person's routinely course. This is a detail that is capable of being recognised by all, but ignored in a same manner, further still, as a result of nothing more than whatever reasons one might possibly conjure to allow odds to forever fall into their own personal favour- a trait evident in many who have discovered its temptations. The mere nature of mankind has allowed for a clear mastery of temporarily postponing any form of preventable event, and, if incapable, improvisation to the extent of providing the prowess of puppeteering the minds of others into believing arrays of false, neatly woven truths. This only proves that far extents may be reached to satiate and succumb to subconscious desires. One will often push themselves harder to achieve their own definition of the state of being that is "laziness" as opposed to accomplishing distinctively lesser amounts of work with much more minimal effort, as well as consuming far smaller amounts of time, relative to the former. The only question to ever be left unanswered by many is what existence a person would be living without emotion- an inquiry whose outcome does not simply exist in theory nor reality. A boring place it would be, as considered by most, to reside in an omnipresent bleakness lacking the powerful emotions that so easily and skillfully assume control over a body, claim command over a mind, and change a view on any matter through simplicities as basic as the hearing of a few stray words, mere sentences, and undated paragraphs. Yet there is none to claim true that life would be a bore and nothing less- without experience, only does presumption exist. Many only assume that with the lack of violence, the lack of harsh taunts or gleeful laughter a boring place would be created. It is these overruling emotions that make life interesting, so stated by the vast majority- the vast majority was that so often left unattended to. It took the minds of many to achieve a single common thought on the subject, let alone many; lives that allowed themselves to refuse to follow without first interrogating. A variety of people were to inevitably exist in the world. It would only be assumed that the likened majority would believe in a better existence if pain and suffering- hurt and sorrow- were removed from society as a whole, though it is only to be found in human nature that a rebuttal would be proposed. Those that did not believe this to be the answer often chose to understand that happiness and joy- ecstasy and excitement- were the ones causing difficulty. The reality of the pondered chose to believe in neither of these opinions- there was something more to be found within life than "right" and "wrong", "good" and "evil". The only knowledge commonly possessed about the alien abilities of emotions was that they are powerful to extremity's lengths, it seemed. The information about what it was that this reality truly existed as would never be found, as this was how it should have been. While history may attempt to prove otherwise, it would appear more likely than not to be inevitable that the traits of apathy, complacency and ignorance have existed in every waking generation since the beginning of complex organisms. Any temptation must have developed alongside flaws and prowess such as emotion and intellect. Reproductive desire will, if possible, always lead to overpopulation. It is often that, even subconsciously, when one [majority of a] species begins to rely primarily on their primal instinct, they lose what traits made them unique when compared to others, and, are quite literally, not any different when analytical observed alongside another. For one to deny or ignore the fact that the reality that they dwell within is progressively failing is entirely same as terminating not only their own life, but also that of an entire race. Perhaps ignorance is bliss to oneself, but not to others. The difficulty is that people shy away from what duties they know that they must keep keen attention with, and as a result, force thoughts regarding these banished subjects from their very mental existence. Reality moves at a pace that its dwellers are incapable of comprehending, and, as a result, become lost in its complexities. Many have decided that, when encountering something that is unable to be comprehended, the best option is to exterminate its very actuality. As an ineffable result, life was now broken down by people into an endless enigma. With no evidence that it truly exists leaves it in an empty space that only awaits interrogation. It is this instability that prevents breakage. Upon reaching the supposed entryway, in regards to its validities, a person can only guess, and what end it will come to, one can only do precisely the same. This was true chaos- sporadic information that was all the while impossible to know yet desired nonetheless. It was curiosity that led people to such distances, but it was nothing separate that provided also the destruction of those who beheld it. It was this disarray that allowed for people to come to know both themselves and others as no damage was dealt without being returned in the attempted-to-be-equal life of humanity. Whether or not a person causes an act to resume the equality in life, however, is entirely interchangeable. Some aspects of the reality have come to be praised to extensive heights, and yet others appear so lowly, while the unnamed few are simply understood as neutral objects causing only strife in the already warped reality. Nothing can achieve entirety in value as it was far more than apparent that no such thing resides in existence. Any whole of the life that mankind has come to know is so seemingly endless, and all the while, far more than limited. Not one singular trait is capable of being compared between each individual life, as the majority believe to be true. Never does a person come to truly realize what large amounts of satisfaction life has to offer, despite the fact that, to anyone's knowledge, it is all that any living organism has. Each of these many individuals has yet to realize this detail, and it is only often that one will ever begin to comprehend it until they halt their egotistical and self-centered views and second guess all the while standing alongside another. Time is of the essence not when one lives, but when they take the time to contemplate the entirety of their existence.

xxThrough the Looking-Glass [And What Was Not Found There] ____________________________________________________________ .. “I wonder if I've been changed in the night. Was I the same when I got up this morning? I almost think I can remember feeling a little different. But if I'm not the same, 'Who in the world am I?' Ah, that's the great puzzle!” Chapter One Looking-Glass House [O, Home- What, O, Frabjous Home] Time Frame? "'Twas brillig, and the slithy toves did gyre and gimble in the wabe; all mimsy were the borogoves, and the mome raths outgrabe."
Xemnas had, initially, been born into the World of the Living as the result of an unwanted pregnancy, his presence having not been ever desired, in the slightest, by those that would come to conceive his existence. Neither his mother nor father had the most miniscule of intentions of his being birthed, and, due to this, little time was requested prior to his banishment into reality devoid of parenting, let alone any forme of an earnest guardian figure. Those that had allowed for his first breath only did so in aggravated guilt, with the female- a certain Annabel Lestrade- adhering to her child in frustration, despite the opposing threats of the husband, Arata Corsaire. It was of this conflict that the two, inevitably, were separated, leaving the newborn, but not unattended. After being birthed, Xemnas- at the time, Vertigo, for the reasoning of the swelling ache that he had bestowed upon his parental units- had received the duration to be provided a name, as well as a guarantee [short] few years in an orphanage, prior to being forced to maintain his life upon the entirety of his own whim. The father figure intended that the child receive as little nourishment as it would require to sustain its life, with not even the slightest amount more. He refused to allow his spouse to visit, let alone remain in the sight of the youngling, after this proposition was created. As a result of this occurrence, Vertigo was left with not a single bond with those who had conceived him- not a sole tangible connection was made with what family that he had been given, and this left a large gap in his life, that would, for unknown reason [in his eyes], vastly alter his life. The history of his parents had become lost in time, with him never having known even the most miniscule of details, regarding the two, and, as a result, this also meant that much of himself would remain a mystery. Segregation occurred in both himself and others. Although, perhaps he had never noticed, however, that those without a family or a home are raised in an extremely variant environment, in comparison to those who possess such supposedly automatic luxuries. Despite this, he would never learn what those comforts were to experience, and would rarely be within several meters of those that had possessed such, themselves. The majority of his future was ruled by this one abandonment and uncontrollable decision that was placed upon him as a defenseless, mere newborn male. While in the homeless shelter, Xemnas was given only the necessary care that would keep him from dying. He had received the bare minimum of food, water, and the shelter, itself, had hardly been a place that he could have ever called home, but it was all that he'd had. Alongside this, it was very rare, if at all, that he were given the permission to leave the building. He had become very unexposed to the outside world, and this was the way that he had lived for the first few years of his life. After some time, however, the system was shut down due to its extremely lacking nature, despite what little life it had granted to those who barely thrived within its walls. As cause and effect by this toppling, Xemnas, as well as the few others who attended the quiet orphanage, were forced to leave. This left him in a state where he would not only be entering an entirely different environment of which he had never before experienced, however it also meant that he was now living in a world where he would have to take care of his own life, in whatever manner that he could find, because there was no one left to help him survive.

The death of Alice.
A boat, beneath a sunny sky Lingering onward dreamily In an evening of July --
Children three that nestle near, Eager eye and willing ear Pleased a simple tale to hear --

Still she haunts me, phantomwise Alice moving under skies Never seen by waking eyes.
Children yet, the tale to hear, Eager eye and willing ear, Lovingly shall nestle near.
In a Wonderland they lie, Dreaming as the days go by, Dreaming as the summers die:
Ever drifting down the stream -- Lingering in the golden gleam -- Life what is it but a dream?
Chapter Twelve Which Dreamed It? Time Frame? ""
Xemnas contemplates the life of himself and his beloved, spending several months in a state of endless pondering, surviving primarily off of drugs and literature. During this time he, once more, forgets the entire existence of the Seireitei, and focuses on nothing more than his troubles in the World of the Living.

xxItsuwari Yoku - 偽り欲く ___________________________________________________________ .. "I can't go back to yesterday, because I was a different person, then."
Zanpakutō Name | Itsuwari Yoku [偽り欲く, Lust for Deception] Zanpakutō Element | Reality of the Wielder Zanpakutō Theme | A Discourse on the Ingenuity and Innovation of Mankind: an Advantage, a Drawback, the Imagination, and a Limitation. Zanpakutō Spirit | Noppera-bō [のっぺら坊, Faceless Ghost]
The, considerably, "initial" portion of Kyosū Genjitsu, the spirit of Itsuwari Yoku is rather collected, and, presumably, has undertaken a more simplistic transition than that of its counterpart. As a result, its existence seems to behold a rather stable disposition, in comparison to Yokubō no Mai. Quite literally, Noppera-bō assumes the appearance of an individual evocative of a "faceless ghost", as some might call it, a yokai of Japanese mythology. In actuality, while without any earnest features, its true forme seems to be nothing more than a malleable black substance, wholly reminiscent of thickened ink, capable of spanning over vast distances, for it is not held together by any specific skeletal matter. When metamorphosing into a conversational mien, it often stands at approximately two-hundred-forty-five centimetres, moderately humanoid in that it houses two appendages that are redolent of arms, as well as a mask whose purpose is to emulate the possession of a head and facial features, despite not earnestly being capable of creating either. In terms of colloquial interaction, its voice is often guttural and subdued, however, its actual personality is something far contrasting to this apparently soothing demeanour. A charlatan and mountebank, Noppera-bō is seldom genuine in nature, and is often taking advantage of its structural prowess to cozen conversational partner, for justification no more than entertainment.
Zanpakutō Inner World | Aimai no Dansuharu [あいまいのダンスホール, Dance Hall of Ambiguity]
Literally infinite in design, Aimai no Dansuharu, the counterpart of Sagi no Dansuharu, takes on the appearance of a desolate, moderately disturbed dance hall. Unlike its sibling, and unusual of the spirits's relationship, the realm of Itsuwari Yoku seems to be far more disgruntled and tattered than that of Yokubō no Mai, which, derivative of their history and coexistence, would leave one to believe them to be vice versa. The entrance of the strange world always proves to be a draped hall, leading into the once-symmetrical ballroom that the building once was. In a cross-diagonal pattern, covered tables line the floor, each placed- precisely- sixty-six and six centimetres apart from one another, with the occasional having been overturned, apparently hurled from one location to another by an unknown source. Oddly, the hall is endless, and, while an individual might visualise an end, it does not truly exist; it is merely a trick of the mind, leading one to walk, but gaining no distance. The bamboo ground, often, is drenched by a black, gooey substance, that is, in actuality, Noppera-bō. His presence in the realm is located, on most occasions, attached to the ceiling, oozing downward. Zanpakutō History |
Originating as one Zanpakutō, Kyosū Genjitsu- now having taken the forme of and referred to as Itsuwari Yoku and Yokubō no Mai- displayed its basis of elemental mastery as a prowess of duality, polymerising the imagination of the wielder with the reality that surrounded them to create a unique capability, befitting of the user that beheld it, Xemnas Yoshihiro Zaxaria; idiosyncratic, however not sufficing, enough. Never having possessed an earnest reason to place a Zanpakutō under his care, being the man of hallucination that he so was, the existence of Kyosū Genjitsu proved to be for no apparent reason beyond the entertainment of its owner, wanting to appreciate the fun and games that his creations found to be so beamish- this was, in the very least, how he viewed combat, not once considering his own death, but the events to occur, prior to such an occurrence. However, it was never, supposedly, intended that any mentally delusional place a Soul Slayer within their ownership, and this was transparently defined by the vexing issues soon to come. Throughout the passing of time, weapon and wielder became incompatible with one another, the deranged mind of Xemnas proving to be far too much for the comprehension of the one blade that he claimed to be his. He, despite this, could have cared less, and continued with his gleeful repose. In its due date, Kyosū Genjitsu became entirely unusable, incapable of achieving such a release as Shikai. Its owner, much like a child, continued putting pressure unto the toy, ignoring the fact that it had already broken. Shortly afterward, with the strain forced upon it, the Zanpakutō split its role of responsibility, creating a second embodiment, each seemingly separate from the first. Thus, Itsuwari Yoku and Yokubō no Mai were born.

Zanpakutō Activation Statement | "Masuku o nuginasai, Kao tō Issyoni Rei Gaikan!" Zanpakutō Name | Kao tō Issyoni Rei Gaikan [顔と一緒に ゼロ外観, Face With No Features] Zanpakutō Blade Changes | Kao tō Issyoni Rei Gaikan [顔と一緒に ゼロ外観, Face With No Features]
The physical alteration of the blade, Itsuwari Yoku, when undertaking Shikai, release is rather abnormal and drastic, in comparison to most other Zanpakutō. The weapon, itself, does not alter in any actual manner, however matter collects around it, creating a new "sheath" in the forme of a child's doll.
Shikai Abilities Futatabi [ふたたび, Reprise] The cousin of Harou~īn no Yoru no Urami's Toori Michi ability, Futatabi provides the user the biological capacity to polymorph, the trait of an organism or inorganic object or material that defines its ability to take various formes, allowing the affected to shapeshift their person, transforming and reshaping themselves at a miniscule level that achieves both the genetic and cellular structures. The technique allows for the wielder to alter their external appearance through mimicking architectural structure stored within the confines of the user's memory. Resultant of this, it is not necessary that the caster must have previously seen the ideal transformation, but it is required that they possess the capability that is realistically imagining the desired alteration. With the capacity to not only mimic externalities, the technique also grants the user the ability to imitate other, more internalistic details, such as the Reiryoku of another, effectively shrouding their actual identity [however, while these traits may be deceitful to another, they are not, in actuality, truthful, making it not possible for one to augment or depreciate their prowess through means of Futatabi].
Itsumo Nando Demo [いつも何度でも, Always With Me] The cousin of Harou~īn no Yoru no Urami's Yume no Kuni no Jyūnin ability, Itsumo Nando Demo provides the wielder with the potent capacity to adopt the persona of another individual and fully believe it to be their own, with no otherwise recollection [unless purposefully implemented] of their former self. As a result of this, unless the user is intellectual enough to create an exception, the affected is capable of wholly disguising themselves with minimal resemblance, forgetting who they initially are, in entirety, and taking on a disposition to the extent of understanding themselves as said identity. Due to this, despite what claims others might make, one who is under the effect may not truthfully know who it is that they are, in actuality, as they only know themselves as the person that they are mimicking, unless coaxed into believing otherwise. This ability proves to be extremely versatile for espionage and the like, as certain memories may be implanted into the stored personality so as to alter its motives, creating a foolproof camouflage [if properly manipulated]. Genetic details, unlike the general psyche, remain intact and unchanged [such as intellect, physical appearance, and the like]. However, the wielder is capable of the intake of new information through the usage of another's characteristics, absorbing any acquired knowledge directly into their actual identity. There exists a threshold limit of ten stored personalities. As any functional system, these "slots" may be "erased" or "replaced" with new "files". Its boundaries of versatility are not confined to three dimensional, living entities, and may mimic fictional characters and the like. Each personality has its own space of memory, separate from one another, meaning that, the older and more used one character is, the more knowledgeable it will be, with the same also applying to those of the newer variety, having less awareness.
Seikaku: Henrī Jikiru to Edowādo Haido [性格: ヘンリー·ジキルとエドワード·ハイド, Personality: Henry Jekyll and Edward Hyde] Amongst, if not, the earliest adoption of personality, Dr. Henry Jekyll and, as is accordingly, Mr. Edward Hyde were acquired amidst a time when the wielder of Kao tō Issyoni Rei Gaikan retained some desire to better the disturbed mentality and earnest nature of himself. Initially acquired for the sole purpose that was the investigation and study of the "mysterious case" that was identified commonly in both Jekyll and Xemnas, they later became a tool that allowed the latter to embrace the unintentional capacity to augment his mental instability. The doctor, though serving as a prosperous intellectual in regards to the physical science of biology, having reproduced the once fictitious serum in an attempt to cure himself of the case that beleaguered his mind, proved to only deter both himself and the unbeknownst individual that had provided him a reality beyond that of his previously feigned existence. Resultant of this, an addictive disposition was acquired by Hyde, and, sequentially, his wearer. It should be noted that the former's dialect is that of late 1800 Scottish English with an accent along the lines of the commonly known Scottish Standard English [SSE]. However, despite his fluency, the latter is not well-versed in any forme of linguistics, failing in the realms of both articulation and logical grammar. "Dr. Henry Jekyll is a 'large, well-made, smooth-faced man of fifty with something of a stylish cast', who occasionally feels he is battling between the good and evil within himself, thus leading to the struggle between his dual personalities of Jekyll and Edward Hyde. He has spent a great part of his life trying to repress evil urges that were not fitting for a man of his stature. He creates a serum, or potion, in an attempt to mask this hidden evil within his personality. However, in doing so, Jekyll transforms into the smaller, younger, cruel, remorseless, evil Hyde. Jekyll has many friends and has a friendly personality, but as Hyde, he becomes mysterious and violent. As time goes by, Hyde grows in power. After taking the potion repetitively, he no longer relies upon it to unleash his inner demon i.e., his alter ego. Eventually, Hyde grows so strong that Jekyll becomes reliant on the potion to remain conscious. Stevenson never says exactly what Hyde takes pleasure in on his nightly forays, generally saying that it is something of an evil and lustful nature. Thus, in the context of the times, it is abhorrent to Victorian religious morality. Hyde may have been reveling in activities that were not appropriate to a man of Jekyll's stature, such as engaging with prostitutes or burglary. However, it is Hyde's violent activities that seem to give him the most thrills, driving him to attack and murder Sir Danvers Carew without apparent reason, making him a hunted outlaw throughout England."
Seikaku: Han'nibaru Rekutā [性格: ハンニバル・レクター, Personality: Hannibal Lecter]
"Red Dragon firmly states that Lecter does not fit any known psychological profile. In the novel, Dr. Chilton calls him a sociopath. His pathology is explored in greater detail in Hannibal and Hannibal Rising, which explain that he was traumatized as a child in Lithuania in 1944 when he witnessed the murder and cannibalism of his beloved younger sister, Mischa, by Lithuanian Hilfswillige. One of the Hilfswillige members claimed that Lecter unwittingly ate his sister, as well. All media in which Hannibal appears portray him as cultured and sophisticated, with refined tastes in art, music, and cuisine. He is frequently depicted preparing gourmet meals from his victims' flesh, the most famous example being that he once ate a census taker's liver 'with fava beans and a nice Chianti'. He is deeply offended by rudeness, and frequently kills people who have bad manners — or, as he calls them, 'free-range rude'. Lecter is described through as "small, sleek, and in his hands and arms she saw wiry strength like her own". The novel also reveals that his left hand has a condition called mid ray duplication polydactyly [a duplicated middle finger]. He later performs plastic surgery on his own face during several occasions, and removes his extra digit. Lecter's eyes are a shade of maroon, and reflect the light in "pinpoints of red".[4] He is also said to have small white teeth and dark, slicked-back hair with a widow's peak. He also has a keen sense of smell; in The Silence of the Lambs, he is able to identify through a plate glass window the brand of perfume that Starling wore the day before."
Seikaku: Ruisu Kyaroru [性格: ルイス・キャロル, Personality: Lewis Carroll] Not originally the disposition of a certain "Charles Lutwidge Dodgson", more commonly recognised as "Lewis Carroll", Seikaku: Ruisu Kyaroru was formerly, in actuality, a creation of the author, as opposed to himself: "Hatta" in Through the Looking Glass and What Alice Found There, "the Hatter" in Alice in Wonderland, or the more commonly referred to "the Mad Hatter". Having initially been adopted for, solely, the purpose of entertainment [accompanied by a predetermined sentimental value, of which would have resulted in an eventual similarity, if not what had occurred as recorded], it was the most frequently used of the collection, despite its considerable lack of practicality. However, notwithstanding the fact, the spontaneity that the Hatter possesses did prove to be one that the vast majority are unable to predict, making it immensely probable for use in scenarios that ask a certain degree of randomness incomprehensible by most. Despite this favour and once-self-proclaimed usefulness, it was soon to be discarded for the sake of, or rather evolved into, the man of whom conceptualised the persona: Charles Lutwidge Dodgson. Coming to terms with himself, it was determined that the Hatta would be incapable of assisting the pursuit of his beloved. "Dodgson had a speech hesitation that manifested itself when he was reading out loud, far less so in normal conversation. When speaking, he was able to control the hesitation and even use it to effect. This problem did not prevent him from being a successful preacher, but he was much more cautious when asked to read a lesson or the service in church [...] Dodgson was a socialite. He loved the company of others, and if they were important and famous, so much the better. He was a lioniser. He certainly wasn’t shy or reclusive. He didn’t lead a cloistered life at Christ Church. He frequently made trips to London and elsewhere to meet the celebrities of his day. Paradoxically, he didn’t like being lionised himself [...] Many people attribute his supposed reclusive nature to his stammer. I prefer to call it a speech hesitation, because that’s what it was. He hesitated over combinations of certain words – words that began with a hard consonant or contained a hard consonant – he didn’t repeat words or sounds in the form of a stutter [...] The problem we have in understanding Dodgson’s true feelings is that he often deceived us with his unrevealing dry sense of humour. Statements in letters, even to adults, are frequently tinged with irony."
Seikaku: Nikora Tesura [性格: ニコラ・テスラ, Personality: Nikola Tesla]
"Tesla read many works, memorizing complete books, and supposedly possessed a photographic memory. He was a polyglot, speaking eight languages: Serbo-Croatian, Czech, English, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, and Latin. Tesla related in his autobiography that he experienced detailed moments of inspiration. During his early life, Tesla was stricken with illness time and time again. He suffered a peculiar affliction in which blinding flashes of light would appear before his eyes, often accompanied by visions. Often, the visions were linked to a word or idea he might have come across; at other times they would provide the solution to a particular problem he had encountered. Just by hearing the name of an item, he would be able to envision it in realistic detail. Tesla would visualize an invention in his mind with extreme precision, including all dimensions, before moving to the construction stage, a technique sometimes known as picture thinking. Tesla also suffered from obsessive-compulsive disorder [OCD] in his later years. He developed a hatred of jewelry and round objects, could not bear to touch hair, did not like to shake hands, and became obsessed with the number three—he often felt compelled to walk around a block three times before entering a building, and demanded 18 napkins (a number divisible by three) to polish his silver and glasses and plates until they were impeccable whenever he went dining. If he read one of an author's books, he felt compelled to read all of their books."
Seikaku: Shyārokku Hōmuzu [性格: シャーロック・ホームズ, Personality: Sherlock Holmes] Amongst the oldest of personalities [as well as, potentially, the most intellectual and sane] to be adopted by the wielder of Kao tō Issyoni Rei Gaikan, Shyārokku Hõmuzu- more well recognised as "Sherlock Holmes"- understands his motives [when needed], surroundings, and unearthly capabilities. Utilised for many reasons, he is, in the words of the user [during a time when far more sane than his current state], "the very essence and pinnacle of investigative intent that is nothing more than base intuition, logic, and methodology". When equipping the disposition and mentality of the character, he is rarely altered from the identity provided throughout the tellings of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. As a result of the individual's inherent versatility, the justification is self-explanatory, having the instinctive capacity to identify most anything, distinguishing that "there is nothing more deceptive than an obvious fact" and forthwith comprehending that if facts fail to properly find accord with a hypothesis, the latter must be altered to be congruous with the former, thus making him, arguably, the most well-equipped detective to exist in both fiction and reality. It should be noted that his dialect is that of late 1900 British English with an accent along the lines of the commonly known received pronunciation [RP]. "Holmes has an ego that, at times, borders on arrogant, albeit with justification; he draws pleasure from baffling police inspectors with his superior deductions. He does not seek fame, however, and is usually content to allow the police to take public credit for his work. He is pleased when he is recognised for having superior skills and responds to flattery, as Watson remarks, 'as a girl does to comments upon her beauty'. Holmes's demeanour is presented as dispassionate and cold, yet, when in the midst of an adventure, he can sparkle with remarkable passion. He has a flair for showmanship and will prepare elaborate traps to capture and expose a culprit, often to impress Watson or one of the Scotland Yard inspectors. The individual is a loner and does not strive to make friends, although he values those that he has, and none higher than Watson. He attributes his solitary ways to his particular interests and his mopey disposition. In 'The Adventure of the Gloria Scott', he tells Watson that during two years at college, he made only one friend, Victor Trevor. Holmes says, 'I was never a very sociable fellow, Watson, always rather fond of moping in my rooms and working out my own little methods of thought, so that I never mixed much with the men of my year; [...] my line of study was quite distinct from that of the other fellows, so that we had no points of contact at all'."
Sokonashi Ana [底なし穴, The Bottomless Pit] Unique to Kao tō Issyoni Rei Gaikan, Sokonashi Ana, the sibling ability of Itsumo Nando Demo, provides the wielder the capacity to manipulate one's own qualities of character and mind, though to an extent not including the initial prowess of its sister, of whom regards disposition and personality. What traits prove to become malleable through this technique are an extension of the aforementioned prowess, providing a forme of restricted pathokinesis, the department of augmentation that allows an individual to control their varying portions of their personal and specific traits, such as emotion. Capable of altering their sentimental reaction to varying degree, the user becomes skillful in the faculty of themselves, to an extent where they may prove to be equipped to such an extent that the prowess has achieved a level of standard intuition, the user forgetting the fact that the ability is separate from their own person, as if an instinctual trait. As a result, without fine expertise and understanding of its systematically functional mechanisms, one may become addicted to certain emotions or [and, potentially, as a result of such] be deprived of their tuned manipulation, entirely becoming disadvantaged by an incapability to control their natural reactions, in the slightest, the ability asking that they spend much of their time to regain control, with a side effect that is, often, being left with an incurable bipolar disorder of varying intensity. The primary emotions are comprised of: aggressiveness, awe, contempt, disapproval, love, optimism, remorse, and submission. These, when intertwined, may result in: acceptance, annoyance, apprehension, boredom, distraction, interest, pensive, and serenity; anger, anticipation, disgust, fear, joy, sadness, surprise, and trust; admiration, amazement, ecstasy, grief, loathing, rage, and vigilance.

xxYokubō no Mai - 欲望の舞 ___________________________________________________________ .. "If everybody minded their own business, the world would go around a great deal faster than it does."
Zanpakutō Name | Yokubō no Mai [欲望の舞, Waltz of Aspiration] Zanpakutō Element | Reality Beyond the Wielder Zanpakutō Theme | A Discourse on the Stability of Judgementality and Normality in Mankind: a Character, an Ear, a Sentence, and a Word. Zanpakutō Spirit | Hitomoshi [火点し, To Light a Lamp]
Relatively, being the "secondary" portion of Kyosū Genjitsu [having been the blade to separate from the initial], the spirit of Yokubō no Mai is rather unorganised, and, presumably, has undertaken a more difficult and painful transition than that of its counterpart. As a result, its existence seems to behold a rather unstable disposition, in comparison to that of Itsuwari Yoku, which should be evident in its appearance. It is, however, still similar in mien to its dual half, Noppera-bō. A bony, defined, and pale white figure, Hitomoshi is, apparently, the negative of its partner in duality. The epidermis, while not truly a "skin" substance, visually, seems to be comprised of a dense material, potentially wood, though clearly not; none have approached closely enough to make contact, let alone consider the prospect, with the spirit. His personality is something that cannot be necessarily classified as antisocial, but undesired by most. Incapable of any forme of extensive movement or speech, it is seldom found in any variant location or producing a sound more than its eternal scream. It possesses no true facial features, save for a mouth that envelopes the majority of the frontal head, which utters only one aforementioned noise. Seemingly "naked", though possessing no identifiable genitalia, Hitomoshi is often found in a fetal position within its realm, making most attempts of communication futile. xxARCANE REAPER TALENTS _____________________________________________________.. "You used to be much... muchier. You've lost your muchness."
Kido Background Knowledge |
Xemnas possesses no firsthand knowledge of Kidō, primarily for the reasoning that is his characteristic traits and personality, making the endeavour an event near improbable. Alone, he was incapable of seeing a sole purpose in bothering to learn the art, as it- in his mind- seemed to be a waste of time [and an amount of work that dissatisfied his lazy complacency]. Despite this, though, there have been others that thought it wise to make haste in his education, not knowing him as having the disposition that he truly does, but only a man no more than a basic illegal/rogue of the Rukongai or a Shinigami, hardly different than any other, in those regards. That was to say, save for his thick record, in the history of crime [or lack thereof]. During the time as a Lieutenant within the Thirteen Division, resting under Lorde Saikyou- having forgotten the fact that he once was persecuted for many a supposed "crime" [a detail not unusual of him]-, many Captains had made attempts in teaching Xemnas techniques focused on Kidō, though with little-to-no percentile even suggesting achievement. It was abnormal, in their minds, that he, an elusive and recurring illegal, had made such haste in his successive retreats, without knowing even the slightest information in the subject. He, however, ignorant and, quite frankly, far too lazy and stubborn in his beliefs, prevented accomplishment in any person that even considered trying to transfer their cognition. To date, because of this, he knows not how to cast a single spell. Kido Expertise | Incapacitated; Non-Existent _________________________.. Kido Known Bakudō Known | Non-Applicable

_________________________.. Shinigami Abilities
Zanjutsu | 斬術, Swordsmanship Zanjutsu is the fighting style for the Zanpakutō and is one of the four basic fighting styles of the Shinigami, It is shameful for a Shinigami to not master at least this technique.
Not a novice nor a master in the art of Zanjutsu, Xemnas' expertise in combative swordplay is adequate, though slightly less than what one might assume from an individual that has been the Lieutenant of both Squadrons One and Thirteen, as well as possessing such a recurring criminal record as his own. It should be duly noted that, if his Zanpakutō were frequently in its sealed forme, his capacity would likely prove to be far more skillful, as the weapons create a renowned daishō [大小, Big-Little] dual wield, comprised of a sole katana accompanied by a wakizashi, similar in design. Although capable, with the slayer being confined to its state of Shikai, mastery in the art of Zanjutsu proves to be without much justification, in the case of Xemnas, and, by his own logic, that provided him no reason to further augment his capabilities with it. Nonetheless, the improvisational prowess that he possesses does allow the capacity to virtuously hold a sword, though to a degree varying that of the average Shinigami, adhering to no specific style. Hakuda | 白打, White Hits Hakuda is a close-combat style of fighting, in which an individual is unarmed and uses only their body, and is one of the four basic fighting styles of the Shinigami. In this art, high-speed Taijutsu [体術, Body Skill] attacks are used to overwhelm the opponent. Physical strength and skill is determined by this class. It seems to be a combination of several martial arts.
Considerably the most efficiently trained of the "generic" capabilities of a Shinigami- abnormally, as a recurring Lieutenant of the First Division-, Hakuda proves to be the epicentre of Xemnas' prowess, excluding the Zanpakutō. Accidentally augmenting himself with the skill, utilising only collective knowledge to instinctively create a defensive or offense barrier style, he is capable of surpassing the majority of others that are of an equal rank as himself, as a result of spontaneous and uncanny movements that are, to most, unknown. The methodology seemingly unique to himself exist only for this justification, within himself never having intended on becoming masterful in the art. However, despite not having been indoctrinated toward any specific type of combative knowledge, Xemnas' physical technique does prove to be reminiscent of aikidō, hapkidō, and zui quan. During his time as a human, lightweight boxing was a predominant fighting style for use, when necessary. While skilled, having exceeded twice the amount of time for mastery than the Squadron Seven Captain [being one-thousand-five-hundred-sixty-six years of age], himself, his technique remains limited, due to his ignorance toward Kidō. Hohō | 歩法, Step Method Hohō is the name given to one of the four combat skills of the Shinigami and relates to footwork. It is an important skill for most Shinigami, and is one of their four basic fighting styles. The agility and speed of Hohō can be enhanced and improved through concentration, training, and mastery of it.
Being naturally agile, Hohō, though an art severely untrained, proves to be amongst the most potent of Xemnas' capabilities as a Shinigami. Accommodating for his predominant lack of utilisation of Kidō and Zanjutsu, much of his combative prowess is identified as his speed, being moderately more equipped than the average Lieutenant, perhaps having acquired a level more toward a par with those members of Squadron Two, of whom specialise their work in the style. Enhancing the overall capacity of Hohō with his quick, unpremeditated actions, he is capable of outwitting the majority of opponents, leaving them unable to follow his movements or predict his procession of thought. This wield should be duly noted, as it is capable of incapacitating an observer, as a result of little more than basic speculation.
Air Walk A skill, though not necessarily related, is the Soul Reaper ability to walk on air using spiritual energy. By collecting and solidifying spiritual particles beneath their feet, Soul Reapers can gain traction on thin air to either freely move about or to stop themselves from falling. This particular ability can only be obtained from officer level. This will act as a generic overview of Hohō and wont cost anything against the user, if they use this technique.
Dashing A most basic technique that allows the user to throw him/herself to a certain direction using a certain angle of which way the stance is directed and executed. Based on an individual's attributes, dashing can be quite a moderately fast move instead of running. Also depending on the distance, dashing can be quite useful if in closer range to the opponent. This technique is basically for all ranks. However, this will cost 1/2 of a single speed point. Meaning .5 of your Speed Points.
Shunpo [Flash-Step] A movement technique that allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow. This technique requires a very high level of training, thus a most difficult one to obtain. One, who is of a high lieutenant ranking, must be able to possess Shunpo. Furthermore, it is a most fearsome mid-range/long-range speed known to be the exceeding ability than dashing. All in all, this ability can only be used by lieutenants and captains. For lieutenants it is nearly mastered, yet not perfected. Therefore, it is only of mid-range level 1. For captains Shunpo is of a level 2 maximum ability in which it is fully perfected for both mid-range and long-range. This ability takes one speed point away. Durability |
Perhaps the most inefficient of Xemnas' combative aspects, his durability serves him very little purpose. Possessing little muscle mass, having an extremely lean and thin build [but not lacking in athleticism], very little is asked of a weapon to cause damage or puncture his skin. As a result of this, he relies heavily on his ability to not be struck, lest his capability as a Shinigami would be excessively little, proving to be of miniscule benefit during combat, acquiring injury at a rate far faster than any individual should. With this incapacity, the detail is duly noted, subconsciously, instincts acting in their most potent prowess to prevent any forme of wound. Due to this, his style during combat centralises around distance and spontaneity, being weary of strikes from the opponent, as any moderate amount of sustained harm could prove lethal. With his personality, he often, also, either entirely ignores or overreacts to any injury, making his low level of durability a cautious detail, even further. Reiryoku | 霊力, Spiritual Power Reiryoku is a power aligned with the spiritual sensitivity and willpower of the user. It is used by Shinigami and other spiritual beings to provide capability for their various abilities. Every spiritual being and every Human has a certain amount of Reiryoku. If this capacity surpasses a certain degree, it grants the person superhuman abilities. Those with such an above-average level of Reiryoku are very rare among living Humans. It seems to be that the most basic ability that Humans with a higher level of Reiryoku have is the ability to see ghosts: Pluses, Shinigami and Hollow alike. Shinigami are essentially souls in Soul Society with very high levels of Reiryoku who receive special training to utilize their powers. Hollows and other spirits use their Reiryoku to catch their prey.
Befitting of his abnormal history, relative to most other Shinigami, Xemnas possesses a rather sizeable level of Reiryoku, surpassing most others of the Lieutenant ranking, the fact noticeable to the majority of those that pass him by. Due to his specific nature as a Shinigami, his mental stability affecting the common behaviour of his person, it never became aware to him, in the slightest, that it might prove to be an asset to desire to learn how to properly command his spiritual pressure, and as a result of this, he is constantly releasing intensive amounts of tension unto his surroundings, without any forme of purposeful limitation. This detail matches his ignorance toward Kidō, acquiring him, also, an entire lack of capacity on that behalf. With both augmented and natural derivation, this level occurs due to his state of mind and constant Shikai release. This does not allow him to surpass the average Captain, though it does mean that he is capable of acquiring a par with the moderate majority of them. Despite this, however, although Xemnas is the home of such an immense concentration of Reiryoku- although he is constantly releasing it- he never seems to be affected by it, even in the most miniscule amounts, acting as if it simply isn't there, his focus being distracted by objects that are excessively more "significant", in his opinion. Oddly, while most intensive pressures would physically alter the surroundings of the source, that belonging to the Lieutenant of the First Division places an effect differentiated unto his present location. Having possessed much difficulty with concentration, in regards to his prowess as a Shinigami [as made evident by the separation of his Zanpakutō], the Reiryoku is often wavering with an unstable amalgam, representing much of its wielder's mindset. As a result of this, while in any amount of its presence, the pressure asserts varying emotions and sensations unto those affected, and while they, themselves, do not understand it as belonging to themselves, it is respected that they are those of another. These vary, depending on the current state of Xemnas. Should he be able to master the utilisation of his Reiryoku and achieve the potential that it offers, he could have it purposefully transmit specific reactions, though, as has been demonstrated by his history and speculation by the Gotei Fourteen, this is not possible. The release, however, may be masked, depending on varying factors of the Zanpakutō. The only time that he may appear to have any masterful manipulation of his spiritual pressure is when assistance is being granted by Bankai or Shikai.
Great Spiritual Energy This level of spiritual power corresponds to those possessing a large amount of spiritual power which is finely controlled. This level of spiritual power is common amongst those of an average Captain rank.

Puppet on a String Theory Logician, Philosopher, and Psychologist Clinically Insane Psychopath and Sociopath To Whom It May Concern, It was daylight when you woke up in your ditch. You looked up at your sky then. That made blue be your color. You had your knife there with you, too. When you stood up there was goo all over your clothes. Your hands were sticky. You wiped them on your grass, so now your color was green. Oh Lord, why did everything always have to keep changing like this? You were already getting nervous again. Your head hurt and it rang when you stood up. Your head was almost empty. It always hurt you when you woke up like this. You crawled up out of your ditch onto your gravel road and began to walk, waiting for the rest of your mind to come back to you. "If God is our Father," you thought, "then Satan must be our cousin." Why didn't anyone else understand these important things? You can see the car parked far down the road and you walked toward it. You got to your car and tried all the doors. They were locked. It was a red car and it was new. There was an expensive leather camera case laying on the seat. Out across your field, you could see two tiny people walking by your woods. You began to walk towards them. Now red was your color and, of course, those little people out there were yours, too.
