Mission Difficulty List:

Extreme: These type of missions will usually require soldiers and Kill List characters(because well a lot of people usually die in these kinds of mission). Most of the time these types of mission require a large group, depending on what it is. Expedition missions, carried out by the Scouting Legion, are usually in this catagory and the enemy is allowed to auto-hit. Don't worry we won't over do it. No trainees are allowed to take this type of mission. Payment is usually large unless it's an expedition but not all mission pay.

Hard: This type of mission require soldiers that can use the 3DMG so no trainees. Succesion rate is 50-50 so it could go either way. Your character(s) will not be able to get this done easily and quickly. Payment is good for these type of missions but not all missions will pay.

Medium: These missions are fairly ok but they still do prove to be a bit of a challenge. Payment is fair but not all missions pay.

Easy These missions are quite easy and usually are like chores. For example, escort and delivery type jobs are usually in this catagory. Don't underestimate these type of missions though, if you are, so to say, delivering some important document you may be attack or something....who knows. Trainees usually take these jobs. Payment is low but a bit decent but not all missions pay.
