First, would you go "all the way"? In other words, there are those transsexuals that would keep their male sex organs, and opt only for implants up top. Would you go all the way?
Secondly, if you were to get implants, what size would you aim for?
To answer my own questions:
I would love to go all the way. I dislike my "features" down there and would much more prefer the "other".
As for cup size, I'd like an A or a B. Nothing too drastic. I "wear" 36A bras, but obviously doesn't hold up much of anything, but I enjoy the general size it affords my shirts.

I didn't want breast implants at first, but changed my mind after a few years.
other thing is personal, shouldn't ask people that one,
in the community, non op people are frowned upon, so I think its safer to avoid the topic, its a personal choice.

Number one no,i will not keep that little b*****d.
Number two if my tits turn out small(which btw all the women on my mother's side have small boobs) i'll get a round salene implant d cup.
Ps the ladies on my father's side have big boobies also i'm pre everything(clothes hrt op etc).
