Rukongai under Attack (anyone can join)

[XIII Distant Dream]

Since the beginning of the Rukongai there has a sort of hierarchy. The lower in number Districts as in the closer ones they are nicer and well guarded. The higher in numbers are further away are slums and lost to the gangs. The Hood was now more then a simple criminal, he had stopped an official soul society crime and was wanted for murders. He stood on a large building with his black hood on and his bow ready, he had planned this for years. The hood was going to burn the District.

The Hood

The night was dark, darker then usual due to the overcast skies. There was no chance of rain, but the clouds hid the light. Standing on top of the district 1 capital was a lone figure. Most if they saw him would only think it was a shadow being casted from the near by gargoyle. The figure was known as simply The Hood. A man who had one mission on his mind, to destroy the Soul Society. In his hand was a dark bow that he rose up to fire. He saw a gaurd unit of Soul Reapers and thought them perfect to start the festivities. He drew the string on the bow, feeling the comfortable tension in it. As he drew it a glow emitted from it and an arrow appeared on it. It wasn't a real wooden arrow, but made of condense reitsu that once it appeared it crystallized. He fired off the arrow and then fired three more to follow suit. The airs sailed at perfect speed and direction until one met it's target in the heart. Before the other three could react they were also pierced in the heart. Hakora once again pulled his bow, but this time a red arrow appeared. He rapid fired his bow sending red arrows in random directions at near by buildings. As the arrows flew they ignited into flames and these flames crashed into the buildings igniting them and causing the night sky to light. "Come Soul Reapers, meet you fate and let me send you to Hell."

The Hood

The Hood continued his onslaught. As men, women and children came out of their burning homes he struck them with his arrows. He was rather enjoying himself until he was interrupted. A captain from the Soul Society arrived, later then expect, but it was only one captain and the Squad 8 Captain. He was not impressed how a man of the cloth thought he could calm Hood's rage and attack. He did not answer right away as he was distracted and saw a perfect opportunity to pull violently on the captain's heartstrings. A woman who appeared in her teens had ran out of her burning home heading towards the Captain searching for help. Of course she knew what a Soul Reaper looked like, she was protected by them unlike Hood's family. Right before she reached him an arrow came out of her throat from behind. The power of the arrow caused blood to cascade out and splash at the Captain. Once she fell dead, The Hood could be seen with his bow pointed at the captain and fresh from firing that killing arrow. He slowly lowered his bow and from under his hood he looked into the Captain's eyes."Leave now Monk, go find some more people worthy to die by my bow. I will stay here and slaughter everyone."

The Hood

"Looks like I found your soft spot. Really? Your plan is to hide in the shadows? You are just begging me to light this city."The Hood didn't really know how his power worked, but if there was no shadows to hide in then his zanpaktuo would be worthless. He rapid fired multiple fire arrows and ignited everything around him making it almost daytime. This left only a few shadows left. He then fired at each shadow a blue arrow followed by a white arrow. The blue arrow splashed against the dark areas and the white arrow was electrifying. Not only did it add to making light, it also sent electricity everywhere near the shadows and the water arrows only intensified the light and electricity damage. "The difference between you and I, I have no reason to live except to destroy the Soul Society. That kind of focus on one goal should scare you."
