 A challenge was made within his own territory and Corrupter answered. He moved through the limbs of the tree as if through water. His large paws lunged up through the bark to wrap around Carna, and with a firm jerk he pulled the dedicate through the wood with him. During the travel through the wood, he knew the dedicate might feel suffocated. After all, unless she could breath through wood how was she going to get air? Corrupter carried his challenger to the higher boughs, where no one would be present when he dealt with the growling female. He emerged from the wood, and gave Carna a firm flick away with his paws. The bough of course was as wide as a dozen city blocks, though this one was currently vacant of any current buildings. Corrupter sat himself down, his bird legs jutting out to the sides as he set his paws before him. "Claw and call, hissing and biting. My acceptance or ire are you inviting?"

 Carna's call was partly a challenge, but mostly she wanted to show how tough and brave she was. And she wanted a tough and brave god to join, that wouldn't mind her motley appearance. And.. other oddities. Mostly, that she didn't speak. Well, not more than growls or such. Whether it was more 'couldn't' or 'wouldn't' was anyone's guess, but it probably wouldn't help her case now. The trip through the wood of the tree was shocking, as indeed, she couldn't breathe. They emerged out into the open and she felt herself flung aside like a rag doll. Gasping for air, she dug her nails into the bough, fighting for breath. But when she caught it, there wasn't much she could do to answer him, without words, even though she understood what he asked. And so she stayed defiant. She stared up at him, got to her feet, and growled at him, tail lashing.

Corrupter leveled his gaze on Carna. No words came from the stitch skinned female. He watched as her tail lashed back and forth, along with listening to the growling that came from her. Corrupter looked her over, then pushed himself to his feet and hands. Crawling in a animal like manner, he began to circle Carna slowly. "Do you want for me to be your God? Will you call me Master and Lord? Will you follow the commands of Mastermind? Sowing strife, mayhem, and discord?" He intoned as he circled the female. His tail flashed behind him in swift little flicks while keeping his eyes set upon her position.

Carna watched him assess her, and start to circle her. She turned to keep him in her line of sight as he spoke, also in an animal like manner, on all fours. She kept a good eye on him, while listening to his words, wary of any sudden moves during his spiel. She flashed a snaggle toothed grin at him as he asked if she wanted him as her God. He understood! She pounded a fist into the ground beneath her and stabbed her tail into its wood, ducking her head in furious assent. As soon as she did, she let out another growl, this one of happiness, and charged at him. She knew she really couldn't tackle him, as he was much bigger than she, but she still leapt at one of his forelegs anyway in a playful manner, showing she was not afraid of him.

Corrupter kept a keen eye fixed on Carna. He could see her delight at his questions. Her excitable response followed by her silly little charge made it clear of that much. He did not move as she lunged forwards and tackled his foreleg. Though immediately after he flopped to his side and attempted to wrap his other paw around her in a bear like hug.

Carna wrapped her arms around his foreleg in a claiming manner, and when he flopped down and the other paw swooped her up she rolled with it, not struggling; though she did start gnawing on his arm playfully, growling all the while.

Corrupter held Carna in his paws for a few moments so he could watch her playfully attacking him. Much like a kitten really. He shifted his paws to pull his new dedicate up against his chest, and hugged her tightly as he smiled peacefully.
