They don't have to be like henna-level intricate, but I would like to see at least a little bit of intricacy so it doesn't look like it was just slapped on.
• Inner Ear and Nose: Body color for the inner ear. Pink for the nose.
• Inner Ear Tuff: Dark black, darker than body black.
• Collar: Bright red.
• Beads: Bright blue/gem-like.
• Chopstick: Same as the beads. Maybe a very subtle glow?

• Bone half-mask. It can look entirely like bone or like a mask made to look like bone. Little fangs along the nose. I don't want it to look exactly like the mask from the ref pic, but the style will be similar. What I want it to do is cover all the sugar-skull face markings, or at least a majority of the markings/the more intricate bits.
• Single dangling earring. Silver metal with a blue gem. It doesn't have to be exactly like the ref pic, but that's the general idea of what I want.
• Long, fluffy scarf stripped dark grey and light grey.
Colored lines?: If you can/think it'll look a lot better than way. I'm not too fussed if you don't though.

Edits: Goat like horns, small tusks, a mane that falls around the head and neck, not the chest, and follows the back to the tail where it merges with the tail, very enlarged forepaws with large claws, slightly enlarged back feet, they don't need to have claws, they can if you'd like, a sleepy expression or half lidded eyes, a floating necklace about the neck that matches the first reference (neutral line art mod).
Colored lines?: Sure, they're colored in the neutral art.

YOu can use those and anything on the first reference, I'm fine with a few added colors if you think it will make the finished noodle look prettier. I do really want to the tiger striping on the legs and the odd spotting along the back.

Edits: Slightly larger wings than an angelic, honestly I won't really care if they were just control+t'ed to a somewhat larger size. Because a Yatagarasu is a crow, I'd love it if the ears were edited into something like a crown of feathers, or just shaped more in that way. The face can be made beak like if you'd like, it's not necessary but I'd like more bird like features. Although Yatagarasu are the messengers of a sun goddess, I'd love it if the expression and the look is sinister somehow. Three legs, two in front one in back, just take off whatever leg is easiest. I'd like for the legs to be bird like and end in crow talons. Going along with the theme, it would be awesome if the tail was birdlike and maybe flared. Oh, and if you feel like it you can make it have three or four eyes. The final thing I'd like is in the same neutral lines as before, the beaded necklace that connects to the collar and chopstick.
Colored lines?: Sure, not sure how it would look on a mostly black noodle. Do what you feel looks better.

I'd love to have this crow like and just between calmly dark and sinister looking just for the dichotomy of how it's a messenger of the sun but in Western lore it normally is synonymous with death.
