Mika likes to dress up in elaborate (and often anachronistic) dresses, but hates wearing make-up. Her hair is generally dyed light pink and left untied, but she will dye it other colors too at times. She's naturally a strawberry blond. The dresses she wears as a female are often very voluminous, hiding her figure. She sometimes pads her breasts when she goes swimming or wears corsets when she wears a dress with a low neckline.
Shiki dresses in simpler outfits in comparison to his fraternal twin. He doesn't like putting chemicals in his hair, so he has multiple wigs at home. His hairstyle may change drastically between any given time one sees him. His natural hair color is black. He often has aqua blue highlights.
Personality
Likes: Mika: People who accept her, her mother, people who are part of minorities, people with good manners, shopping, sweet foods, sour foods, spicy foods, any fruits and vegetables, fish, anime, yaoi manga/anime/dramas/CDs, modeling, clothes in general, designing dresses, art, playing woodwind instruments, and voice acting.
Shiki: Reading, Shakespeare, being alone, writing plays, bitter food, sour food, vegtables, and sculpture. Secretly, he likes men and K-Pop boy bands.
Dislikes: Mika: People who discriminate against her, her father, uncultured people, red meat (she isn't vegetarian, but will avoid eating it where possible), bitter foods, heavy instruments, perverts.
Shiki: Being forced to be with other people, his sister's tomboyishness, being confined to an area, bratty girls.
Fears: Both: Being discriminated, anything with 8 or more legs, drunkards.
Strange Gestures and Obsessions: Mika: Instead of bowing, she curtseys.

Overall Personality: Mika is very friendly and caring. Despite her wealth, she never makes a point of overtly flaunting it. She is also somewhat tomboyish in personality. She also is a little immature. She also has a strong sense of compassion for minorities and will not hesitate to step in if a friend of hers is being bullied. She is a fujoshi, but she calls herself a "casual yaoi fan". She does not believe in forcing her views on others. Mika herself has no interest in being in a relationship.
Shiki is a loner type. He doesn't often hang around others and is often seen alone reading. He doesn't respond to anything he doesn't care about. Should any issues come up, he will often ask Mika to address them later. Shiki is gay, but closeted.
What is common between them is that they are very studious and willing to help people study. They also like to shop, but for different things. Mika likes to shop for clothes, and Shiki likes to shop for books. Both are quiet about their Asperger syndrome and will not talk about it in public.
Social Life
History: Mika and Shiki were born fraternal twins in Fukushima. Their elementary and middle school years were tough until it was determined when they were in 7th grade that both of them had Asperger syndrome, but exhibited different symptoms. From there, school was never a problem. Home was a different story, though. Because Mika began hanging out with asexual transgender friends and Shiki with homosexual friends, Mika became less interested in relationships in general, and Shiki became interested in men. Their father became very angry in response because he wanted to arrange for Mika and Shiki to marry his business partner's son and daughter and merge their companies. He forbade them from hosting their friends as punishment for being asexual and homosexual. In response, the two had their friends over in secret. They were eventually caught, and nearly forced to go to military school. In response, their mother got a divorce when the kids were 12, and Mika took a bus as far away from Fukushima as possible, ending up living together with her mother in early January. Shiki stayed with his father for only a day before he ran away on his own terms. He has lived a nomadic life ever since. He occasionally visits his sister and mother, who pays for his education at Ouran. Mika transferred to Ouran at the start of the spring semester. Shiki transferred in mid-January. They were misplaced in 1-A, but the issue has been resolved.
Hobbies: Mika: Writing, making costumes, designing dresses, voice acting.
Shiki: Acting, sculpture, video games
Primary School, Middle School, and Extra-School Activities: Mika started going to Ouran after moving in with her mother. She started a transgender support group in honor of her friends, but is looking to expand it to include all other orientations as well. She also is a member of the Art Club.
