I dunno...I went trough a Castle marathon lately and I just can,t help but think of how much he would fit as Alistair... I mean, come on...no? The ultimate nerd as Alistair... this=Alistair...kinda?

Nathan could play an older Alistair, but Jensen Ackles will always be my Alistair.

Nah, not really how I imagine him...

I mean...Nathan Fillion also has this ultimate geek thing going for him that makes him more loveable for a DA movie...
Plus, he is god damn canadian...gotta respect that **winks**
And he did some bioware work in Jade Empire

As great as he would be to play Alistair, he is unfortunately a bit too old for that. Alistair is on the young side, so unless the live action movie would be progressed to a far enough future (to Origins) then I don't see how Nathan would ever be picked to play Alistair.

thats hard they where all pleyed so well in the first place Nathan Fillion hes got the aditude for the charicter but other guy looks like him. with the right hair and make up nathan, but the other guy could suprise me not like acters havent in the past

But I was thinking...if they really WERE to make a DA movie (which i'm sure most of us doubt they would), wouldn't you be worried that it could become something horrible like the fail attempt of Dragon Ball or Avatar last airbender?

Let's see...Tomb Raider did not too bad... Max Payne did fine... Doom was...alright I guess? I'm pretty sure I'm forgetting one who was fine too... other than that, the crap list is very long...

My only problem with a Dragon Age movie is everyone wants to assume a male protagonist. I would want (horribly much) a female Warden, so we could get some kind of romance going on there (because Alistair is my favorite romance, hands down).

Dischord I just.. I agree with this so much.. I love him on Supernatural, and giving him a chance to play a lighter and somewhat more humorous type of character - that would be amazing.
