Hydrangea had buried himself in his work and in his flowers in attempts to forget the life drama over the last couple of days. Nothing seemed to better clear his mind than flowers. Planting, arranging, watering, "painting" with them, it didn't matter. It made him smile and smiles were much welcome these days. He had even made up his mind to re do his own garden to keep his Landscaping skills on their toes. Clean off the pathways, add a small fountain in the middle. A section with neatly arranged trellises with growing vines. However, he found himself dissatisfied one way or another with the current selection he had. To many reds and yellows, it only reminded him of a certain somepony's mane.
Instead, Hyd opted to visit the flower store, quietly stepping inside and taking in a deep breath of the beautiful mixed smell of flowers. Honeysuckle had helped him a long time ago learn the value of generosity... plus the stallion was into flowers. There was no one better in his mind to seek arrangement help than him! "Hello?" he called softly, peering around for the large brown draft.

The whole shop was warm and inviting despite the cold weather outside. As always Honey's shop was a colorful wonderland of beautiful petals and bright green vines. All color existed here, even a few not seen outside a Honey was mixing flower breeds to get new patterns and schemes. A small bell announced Hydrangea's arrival, causing what may have been mistaking for a brown wall began to move.
The handsome draft stepped out from behind a trellis covered in his namesake, adding a gentle scent to the area. His long black hair was still silky smooth, reaching down towards the ground. He smile warmly at the green stallion, his nephew's brother in law and his former part time worker. "Good Afternoon, Hydrangea," his smooth deep voice crooned out, "What brings you to my shop today? Looking for a new flower?"

When the brown wall began to move, Hyd smiled, recognizing the draft at once. Of course when he was younger, he seemed a lot bigger than, but still big none the less and Hyd had to take a moment to admire Honeysuckle's size. Greeting him with a short head nod, he laughed a bit. "Yes, you guess it. My stock is a bit low at my Greenhouse, I'm lacking the colors I'm feeling for my garden re arrangement." he said as he glanced around at the plentiful array of flowers and vines to chose from. "I knew coming here would be the perfect solution!" he added, not to mention this place just cheered him right up simply from its smells alone.

Honey grinned as the stallion spoke of his own greenhouse. He remembered the young foal coming into his shop so long ago then becoming his assistance until he grew into his own. The draft nodded and gave Hyd a small tour of the flowers he had available this time of year. Bright pinks and golden yellows, deep blues and light lavenders, even a few blood reds and pure whites. A few of his creations were stripped, or looked like the flower petals were dipped in paint on their tips.
"I have many flowers available for your palette, if you see something you like just say so," he spoke. Then he passed a small area where the plants were brown, hard, and decidedly dead. He sighed as he looked down at them, "Such a shame. They would have been beautiful."
