Hello everyone! I recently spoke to the guild captain about this and she gave me permission to post here and ask you:

I've been captain of an active, literate comic book RP guild for the last decade. We've recently rebooted and are throwing in some Doctor Who characters. So that I don't have to NPC them all, I thought I'd ask an active Doctor Who guild if anyone was interested in joining in in a sort of crossover?

The story is essentially that two beings are collecting items of power. One of those beings if from the comics and the other is The Master. Meanwhile, someone needs to step in and stop him, don't you think? So we're in need of a Doctor and a companion. Your characters would be interacting with people like Batman, Iron Man, and other major characters.

If you're interested, I have just the place to have you jump in and will provide you with all the info you need. You don't need to be a comic book buff to get in on this action...just a good role player!

Which Doctor are we going to send though? I'll be happy to play one, just wanna make sure we send a doctor that best represents us.

Heya! Thanks to both of you for joining. The only comments I have are...our roleplays span the whole guild. If you check into the "dead threads" section, you'll see that the specific city threads end up hundreds of pages long, so we tend to restart them about once a year. Anyway, the point of that comment is that only RPing in one thread isn't feasible. But I understand your point. Like, one story.

We have someone who has volunteered to play the Master. As for which Doctor and companion to play, that's entirely open. Although it was #10 in several of the comics from IDW, we're very flexible (somehow that sounds dirty) and changes are no problem. You're even welcome to make an OC Doctor. Like a Tom Hiddleston Doctor... redface

Oh, I thought I was going to post in here? Lol another guild is fine too. I've been looking for a comic book guild.

If you want to throw people in now, we've got the following active threads: (1) Gotham - vampires with Constantine and Ghost Rider, (2) Jean Grey Institute - X-men training, etc. (3) New York - Iron Man and Agent Brand are working on a plan to stop all the magic from invading earth before it destroys earth or the "people" sending the items destroy the world, (4) Hellicarrier - Nick Fury is convincing Loki (yes, the movie Loki) to help out S.H.I.E.L.D, (5) Arkham Asylum - Batman is investigating why Luthor's Arkham inmates are so darn pleasant, (6) Exiles - we don't have an active thread here right now, but it's my pet favorite, so always happy to start something new. And of course, new threads or places are welcome!

I was thinking the same thing. I was actually going to start a rp plot in here that's been rumbling around in my brain. I think I will start the thread and if any of you want to join in that's ok.
